Calls default to galaxy gear(CM10.2) - Samsung Galaxy Gear

Hi !
All my calls defaults to the Galaxy gear spekar. Every time when i make a call or receive a call I had to change from bluetooth to handset.
Is it possible to change this behavior ?
Im using a Galaxy Nexus, with cm10.2 , and the Galaxy Gear is using Null_13
The best would be if the Galaxy Gear only pick up the calls if I Answer the calls on the Gear !

You probably need officially supported phone/rom...
I know on my s4 stock rom, call goes through whatever I answer on - car/glass/watch/phone
My N5 on the other hand seems random

Your phone sees your watch as a Bluetooth headset that's why. The only way other than a s4 or a note 3 would expect the ability to install gear manager on your phone and for every app to work properly.

its definitely not the headphones or the hardware as we all have the same issue.. it must be software related this really sucks samsung better release a fix fast...
Under GB this problem definitly not exists! Now with ICS its a kind of noisegate when you listening in low volume, hope it will be fixed.

Same on my Note...
I've got the same problem but only when using Headphones.
is there any place online we can report this direct to samsung ???
+1 same problem with ICS low level sound and headphones... movies and MP3.
With GB or CM9 (ICS) the problem not exist.
same im on ICS4.0.4 and the problem is on there too

One annoying thing.

I think somehow I opened an option to hear where I enter. This happens only at TW launcher and I don't know how I did it to close it.

Sounds like an accessibility option like talk back.
Go to settings setting/accessibility then disable from there.

I don't know how but it stopped... thanks anyway.

Yes.
Just use acr call recorder.

Does it work for sure? The acr recorder? I have an unlocked dual sim exynos and I can not find an inbuilt call recorder anywhere...

I've been using acr since note 4 works perfectly.

ANDROID 9 is the issue. Once you upgrade, call recording of any sort WILL NOT WORK

Hi there.
I have a SM-N960F (Dual SIM - running Android 8.1.0 / SE 9.5 - Baseband: N960FXXU2ARH7 - Kernel: 4.9.59-14091311-QB19533257 - Build: M1AJQ.N960FXXS2ARH6 - Security patch: 1 September 2018 ) bought in Europe (not locked to any supplier - just the normal retail model) and the builtin Call Recorder option does not exist (it's disabled , does not show up).
So, as "hackdrag0n" said, it is a region type feature (being active or not).
I have a person I know in Malaysia (with the same Exynos model) and the Call Record feature is active.
I had to install a third party app to achieve the mentioned functionality.
Regards,
The first time I messed in the phone app my snap asked me if I wanted to urn on call recording. I said yes. And that's it. Window closed. No settings or options displayed. I don't really want to use a call recording app if it is built in. But nothing 8n options, settings or storage indicating call recording. Call recording comes in handy dealing with corporations, management and ESPECIALLY insurance claims. Unlocked snap here.
Works really well for me on the Indian Exynos variant.
Hey i have the Note 9 with the latest from Verizon ARH6 and the September 1st Security Update. I CAN confirm that call recording using ACR (automatic call recorder) DOES work. This was an issue on the actual Samsung Forums but ACR for sure WORKS. Now as for the built in call recorder like mentioned before it's a region thing.
And you are running android 9??

best part, i'm from malaysia with malaysia note 9 and call recording is not there, so i use ACR ...
Guys... use an activity launcher... lol. I used Activity Launcher by Adam Szalkowski from play store and opened the 1st phone list and then call recording. And from there turned it on. It's on your phones. They just removed the link but not the settings activity. ;p
Your right....I have enabled it for all calls but it doesnt seem to do anything. Is there anything else you have to enable?
