You may have already got the solution now but if not here goes....
This was a known bug in v2 and v2.1.
If you need this feature factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik then flash v2, then 2.1 then 2.2 however be warned 2.2 doesn't seem very stable yet I reverted back to 2.1 for stability.
all links are in the original thread and updates are in the OTA section.

Err... you don't need to flash stock ROM again... just do a clean install of aokp... or any other ROM if it gives you trouble

Is there any solution or mybe special step ??
I usually use this step (its work when JB still on kernel v2 /4.1.1 )
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvic cache
Wipe batery stats
Wipe system
Instal ROM +gapps
wipe data/factory reset
Boot
Or maybe I got wrong the arrangement??

Not sure about this particular case, but I'll tell you my approach is to *always* do a full wipe + format partitions and internal sdcard before flashing *any* ROM. This way I'm sure there's nothing old left (app data, config etc.). Using this approach I've been running many ROMs without most of the bugs users report (using XXLSA now), I think it's worth the time to reinstall and reconfig everything. If you don't need to keep old data and config:
1) Wipe data & cache
2) Wipe dalvik cache
3) Format /system & /preload
4) Format internal sdcard (make sure you save anything you need before)
5) Flash ROM
6) Wipe cache again
7) Wipe dalvik cache again
8) Reboot
(Not sure if 6 and 7 are needed, but I prefer to be a bit paranoid in this case.)

I think it depends on which custom rom u r currently on & which one you are gonna flash..for ex: flashing Ultimate v5 XXLSA over Alliance v1 XXLS7 may not work..

I agree with you. If you perform a full wipe before to install a new rom, the probabilities of occur in some rom's issue (like FC or just a "simple" weird lag) are low. Tested personally.
It always better/advised to perform a full wipe.
In the end, you could do a nandroid backup of your last used rom, wipe everything, install the new rom, and then try to restore the data partition only. If you get some errors or general issue, you can easily full wipe everything again, and reinstall the new rom again... at least, you tried

What does the OP states? Flashing ROMs is STILL a dangerous business.
Read the OP for the ROM you are installing

leaks always require full wipe for it to function properly.
Hi guys, who can help me
i ve updated RocketRom JB XXLSZ from Eybee for 4 days ago. however i have a problem, i cant pan (scroll) my homescreen, so how could i do? please:crying:
Using the same ROM I have no such problem. Have you well made full wipe before flash ROM ? Try to reboot into recovery the wipe cache, wipe davilk cache, reboot system. Perhaps the problem disappears.

thanks so much but i made full wipe before flash ROM carefuly n i also made full wipe one more time, it still has such problem:crying:
Have you installed any mod after ROM flash ? I've only installed the original ROM and my applis but no mod. That question because few others have wake up problem after screen off, perhaps they have mods.
Can anyone tell me what is dirtyflash and how to do it in le 2?
I am using RR rom in le 2
Please explain it to me
Thanks ?
flash the new build and then wipe cache and dalvik cache
If you are not wiping data and don't do a factory reset before flashing new rom, than it's dirty flashing.

Can i wipe the cache and dalvik cache before flashing the build?
IDK... How it effects the flashing.
I personally do it both the time(before and after flashing).

I did flashed the new build above the old but forgot to do the wipe of cache and dalvik cache and ended up with many bugs on the ROM and apps constantly stopping so had to re flash the whole thing but anyway thanks a lot
