Nobody has it and nobody know if it will be available in the next update. I really hope so because I will need that too but if that not come in official way for sure will come in unofficial way but no eta at the moment.
And again the same question about app2sdcard.....
The only way actually is: root your phone, use an app like FolderMount and be happy

Yes, FolderMount works for me. Did you root your Z1? Did you make folderpairs and activate them?
Folder mount is an amazing app.
1. Download and install a big app (lets say modern combat 4)
2. Open folder mount and create a new entry by selecting the plus symbol
3. Name the entry as Modern Combat 4
4. Go down to the next line and click it.
5. Find the apps data file (in this case is /storage/emulated/0/Android/obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftM4HM
6. Open that folder and click on the tick.
7. When you get back to folder mount it will ask you if you want to automatically choose a destination folder, just click yes and let folder mount do the work for you.
8. Select Exclude from media scan.
9. Allow it to mount the folder in your SD card, probably takes a few mins.
10. Pin it by turning the pin from white to green, takes a few seconds.
Your done.
PS: No idea if it wil be implemented in the future, I'm sure Samsung did something similar but then they were missing a good few gig from their internal memory so maybe they had reasonable cause to.
My advice is to just use folder mount, I've got about 10 large games mounted and my internal memory is still on 8GB

This is the way. But for some apps like Fifa14 you must move the data and the app. Otherwise the app will again download the data....

Haven't got fifa 14 m8, the control system is shocking, especially seeing as the moga controller is readily available, I have no idea why they didn't implement it into the game.
I've got RR3 which is an EA Game, it's in android/data/com.ea.games.r3_row and thats the only folder that needs to be mounted.

Hi there..
I update my SGS to Froyo last 2 days.. and yesterday I apply Voodoo 5 on it.
But today I just noticed that any images from my external SD will appear double in gallery.. dunno when it started to happen.. is there any way to fix this?
thanks
Im my case was 5 for each original, and with a lot of problems to delete the "non-real" ones...
thats hurt.. anyone can help here?
Yup! Just go to Application Manager, then easily clear cache for Media Storage! Ta-Da! No more duplicate images!
(It made my ringtones reset, but I could live with it!)

If you have Root Explorer
GO into /dbdata/databases/com.android.providers.media
and delete both the internal and external files
Reboot

Great hint, just wondering though if there is any way to have an app or script run at boot-up to do this for you, so people don't have to do it manually every time their gallery has a fit?
Well, this patch is not my WORK, but i think, that everyone have a problem with it and because the autor from Russia called Duero shares it only on 4pda.ru and I think that for us it´s hard to find it and read Cyrillic, I decided to write a guide how to use it on our phones
1.
First, I am not really sure if it´s necessary but I recommend to download and instal this http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk6-jsp-136632.html
2.
Download this file http://www.mediafire.com/?0octk79867ugqn9
then open this downloaded file and find the "game".apk and double click on it. The program will automaticly patched your game and you just save the patched file whenever you want. Then copy the patched game to your phone and install it.
3. Create the folder called GL on your external SD and the game data from your main folder (sdcard/gameloft/games) copy to "external SD/Gl". Then you obviously can delete your original data on sdcard and everythink works !!
ENJOY IT
its not working for me..tried it with Shrek kart
you have to do somethink wrong, because for me it works great
Thanks dude, worked for me. Just patched files uninstalled old ones then reinstalled the patched ones. copied folders from /mnt/sdcard/gameloft/games to /mnt/sdcard/_externalsd/GL/ and they worked. saved 1.53 gig on my internal memory.
well when i try to patch a game the programm does nothing..not even a window to inform me where to save the patched game just a window to explore my pc to check which one apk i need to patch and then i hit open button and after that nothing...

Yep then after a little while (depending on the size of the game and the speed of the PC) it will open another explorer window, this time where to save the patched game to.
i am getting mad with that programm...i am trying to patch shrek cart and is patching another one for example fast and furious 5..what the hell is goin on???
i am choosing shrek cart and when a window appears with the message patch finished and the box appears to save the patched file and its saved with another game instead with what i choosed!is that happening for you too ??
A lot of users use this patch and noone have yours problems. Just download the program and open it. Then find your game file in this program and double click on it. Few seconds later it will say, that your file was patched sucesfully and you have to save it somewhere everythink is in my guide

well i managed finally to get it work except shrek cart because its saving with another game!.i get this error after applying the patch for the Asphalt 6,Fast five,Modern Combat 2 :""This is not original copy"" when i try the non patch mod of the apk it does not giving me the its not original copy error!weird...maybe i am not lucky or my netbook is for garbage...
it's fantastic.thank you very much.
finally it worked after many times...THANK YOU VERY MUCH
I'm glad that you finally mastered it and i could help !!
it's Revolutionary.very good job
do you copy the Whole Gameloft/games folder or just the Specific game data folder such as GLHS folder?
Confirm, after patching the APK. even if you do not have the game data at first.
Gameloft will still let you download the game data into your SD card GL folder automatically
GOOD JOB
i want to ask will this patch other game apk, not from gameloft to install game data in ext sd card??
Well, you can try it but this patch is exclusively for gameloft games so i think that it´s not gonna work

There is no interface it just asks for the file to patch, and when done it asks where to save the patched file.

Take backup before doing this. all apps installed after this will go to SD card
1. Get the Google Android SDK
- Unzip the file and place the folder onto your desktop or anywhere that can be easily accessed.
- find the platform tools folder (default, it should be : adt-bundle/sdk)
2. - Open the folder called " platform-tools"
- shift+right-click anywhere inside the folder and choose [Open Command Window Here]
3. Go onto your Android phone and select USB debugging
- Go to [System settings > Developer Options] and select USB Debugging (if the option is grayed out, unplug your phone first)
4. Enter in the following
adb devices
adb shell pm set-install-location 2
adb shell pm get-install-location
5. - if you did it right, the last output should say: 2 [external]

Got a part solution if you install the file from this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=42398581 and then I'm using gl2sd ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.slf.ListglApp) to move the files to sd card. It's not perfect but it's a start

I am unable to move my apps to the SD card , apply the fix from the above link ,but this unroots the phone so i have to run the SuperSUv2.zip file again to root the device , please advice

With ROM modified (ParanoidAndroid, Cyanogenmod, SlimKat, ecc...) it is possible move apps to sd without other application (FolderMount, Link2SD, Apps2sd)?

if that also doesn't work, check /sdcard or /data for files that big and delete it
Look in sdcard
Then android and obb
Basically
/Sdcard/android/obb
There will be a golder inside it which will be related to games u have downloaded
Only large files are in this folder hence there is a big chance that only the ashphalt 8 file is on it but be careful if u delete wrong folder u might have to redownload data for another game

I know that SD Apps without root has been asked a lot of time so I won't ask about this.
But still I tried to use ADB Bridge to command pm set-install-location 2 to see how it would turn. At first I thought that it worked, but instead I found that it is not working. Plus I got the error "Not enough storage" so I had to switch back to 0 (auto storage location).
Isn't there any way to make use of ADB on our phones to get a working app like APP2SD enable the "Move App" button? Or just a way to do it via the computer?
I'm not really into rooting etc right now, I remember that jailbreak and tweaks were taking a LOT of my time when I was on iOS and I don't want to go back to the custom route with my Z1. I just don't need custom ROMs etc, the phone works like a charm with stock 4.3. Eventually Z2 Apps and Kitkat could make me jump all the way to root but this is off-topic.
So anyway : Is there any way to make use of ADB to enable installation or location change of apps on our SD cards?

Just use folder mount m8, does everything for you, simply pick the folder you want to mount on SD, mount it in the location that the app gives (should be a mirror of the apps path but on the ext SD card) then allow it to mount and you're done.
I've got about 12 huge games installed and i'm still on 9GB.
It works exactly as it should.

Appreciate that but in all fairness root is an app away and quite removable, without root i'm guessing no.
All of the scripts that i've seen over the years that enable this feature all require root or something from the OEM's side to enable it, I think the galaxy S4 had the ability to move apps to SD to combat the low memory that users were left with, but without Sony directly implementing this I think you'll have a hard time doing this.
If it were me i'd root, as i said it's quite removable.
Good luck all the same
Ok guys thank you for the the replies ! Well I wonder if I must root since there can be bootloader locking issues. I'll look for this

You wont have root without unlocked bootloader atm as there are problems with mounting system partition rw without kernel that fixes it, and cjanging kernel requires unlocked bootloader. But you can always downgrade to 4.2.2, root then without unlocking bootloader and either keep using 4.2.2 or backup TA, then update to 4.3 and when you will want to remove root just flash back stock kernel and then restore TA
