Hi, I'm have a problem with my Xperia V (LT25i).
I downloaded CM10.2 stable (2013-12-02) then extract and flash boot.img into my phone.
First of all it O.K. so I wipe all data, system, cache for reset my phone but when I turn it off it won't turn on again.
No sign of it's life. :crying:
No fastboot, no flash mode only red LED blink when charge without battery.
Anyone can help me?
I'm sorry for my bad English.
Did you unlock your bootloader first?

Hold on a minute.. Your telling us that you wiped system, data & cache and then your saying it doesn't turn on?
That's pretty obvious, you had to flash CM right after the wipe.
Or your battery might be low.

It's fully charge before I did it. I turn it off to transfer CM to my MicroSD.

Yes, I have already unlock bootloader.
Thank you to you guys.
As NuriJ said, there is no system on your phone right now (I missed that). If I remember correctly you can extract the boot.img from the CM ROM, it includes recovery afaik. Flash the boot.img with Flashtool and then flash the ROM from recovery.

Try reinstall using fastboot
Now my phone can't enter into fastboot or flashmode. It's just won't turn on even if via USB with volume+ or -. :crying:
Same here... Could be any useful thing in this? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1849170

Hi everyone, I've a big problem on my milestone : It doesn't boot, it stuck loop on M logo...
I think I tried everything:
- RSD Lite Flash via the official versions and bootloaders
- Restoring backup nandroid
- Installation of custom rom
Despite all this, my phone will not boot, it displays only the M logo, then restarts again to view the M logo, and so on ... If anyone has an idea, I'm interested
(Is there a possibility of using adb to format the phone completely, never to leave anything on it, then install a clean version rsd through the system?)
For french users, there is a post here : http://forum.frandroid.com/topic/52109-milestone-ne-boot-plus/

4. Enter bootloader mode
5.flash official rom using rsdlite

What I've done in open recovery : wipe davlik cache, wipe data, wipe cache partition.
There is a way to wipe everything ? To have a totally empty milestone ?
Ok the 3 wipes and now you should be able to install a rom from the Apply Update folder if you already have one there.
I've just tried to install Cynaogen 7 for Milestone (here) but still the same issue : loop on the M logo...
Is it brick ?
grr.. there is a recent thread about pulling the battery out or something... right here
edit: was it this thread? geez I must be tired
What if you did the 3 wipes again and just try booting without reflashing...
I dunno what else to do.. sileshn is really good at this part hehe

I'll try to flash with GOT and try to do a diagnostic, what are you thinking about ?
That wasn't the thread I was thinking of but it was a different problem.
They were stuck on the M permanantly, well, until it got fixed..
sileshn is another user here that is really good at this flashing sbf stuff.
But it sure wouldnt hurt to flash GOT.
Ok, I try it, and I'll tell you.
I hope sileshn will come to see this post and will be able to help me
I've flashed the GOT sbf, and search on got recovery, but always the same, still looping on the M logo...

hold volume down, home and power buttons together for like 12 sec then the system should enter into recover mode.scroll by volume keys and reach factory reset and press home key.i thick this will resolve the issue.

No, he isn't bricked yet. He just stuck at ANDROID text. So maybe half-bricked. If he can enter Recovery Mode then you are in good luck. If he can't then bad luck, but if he can enter Download Mode, then lucky come to you ! (then if he can't, congrats... you have a trashed phone.)

Agreed. If you can enter recovery and/or download, just go and reflash another rom or the stock rom through CWM or ODIN.
Maybe one click unroot?

oh my, that's a big problem... go to recovery, wipe data, cache and dalvik cache, then format system, flash rom again, and reboot...
Lol...don't be afraid nothing has happened ...since it uses aroma installer you should not wipe data before flashing miui...
Here is what you can do...
Flash a new rom may cm7 or anyother (not miui) ...then again boot into recovery and flash miui without wiping data ...afaik you will be ok...

So you had cm10 installed? If yes push power + volume down and hold it. Otherwise use smartflash to unbrick. Only kernel 3.0.8 includes this reboot to recovery option. Older ones dont have it...

thats the problem i had CM10 installed but does it have anybody to do with it since i wiped my phone? im trying the power+volume down method but doesnt seem to work...downloading smartflash
just for sure do I press them simultaneously or one by one?
thanks for the quick answer by the way :good:
Plug in your charger and when you come to the charging screen hold vol- and power. (or maby on lg logo works to)
If you can't come to the charging screen use smartflashtool.
ok i seem to have a problem here. i use smartflashtool and everything works ok i enter recovery and install supeuser but my phone keeps looping, any idea?

Hi there all,
I think my phone is half dead??
i installed KA06 Xperia Z Revolution custom rom before( it ran great ) and today when i downloaded
this rom ---> [ROM][CM10.1][AOKP][PA with HALO & PIE][OVERCLOCK 1944 MHz] PAC v23.0.0 - 0611
1) I put the zip into sd card then use the CWM v6.X to install from sdcard
2) booted the phone and it does show up PAC start up screen, i notice the CWM has changed??
3) I read the rom has a boot problem which cause the screen to black out for a moment but so far i've been sitting here waiting for it to boot for hours ( i have reset it time to time and went into CWM and clear devik caache, cache etc)
SO now i have my phone stuck on the black screen, can anyone please help me?? i need some step to step guidance as my pc can't access my SD card now i can't put my KA06 back on to reflash.
please don't tell me i bricked my phone =[
many thanks
No sir you didnt brick your phone.....
Just reflash your stock sony rom.... And then flash the paranoid android.....
Had the same problem with me too.....
Reflash the stock sony rom via flash mode.... On flashtool.... Boot it up.... Then once it boots up.... Poweroff and flash the paranoid android kernel....
To enter flashmode poweroff the phone.... Press the volume down key and then attach the usb cable

You need to connect in fastboot mode, power off and reconnect the cable while holding Vol+ button until your led turns blue.
