[Q] Atrix HD CM11 Bluetooth drivers on Win7 - Motorola Atrix HD

Anyone has been able to install bluetooth drivers? On both CM 10.2 and 11 i'm missing drivers when pairing my device to a windows 7 SP1 x64 install. I believe it's the bluetooth internet tethering drivers, the rest of the functions work fine.

Anyone?

USPL and Windows 7

Hello,
I have already moved to Windows 7, which is very stable and much faster then Windows Vista...
There are some problems with the Windows 7 and USPL...
Is there a configuration guide, which explains the procedure, how I can manage the USB connection problems within Windows 7.
Many Thanks
Roman
You need to update the USB drivers.
The following post will explain how. This works for Windows 7 aswell as Vista.
http://www.modaco.com/content/windo...u-on-vista-it-can-be-done-the-ultimate-guide/
One thing to note, you have to put your phone in bootloader and connect it via USB for it to show the Mobile Device - HTC USB in Device Manager.
One laptop I was on I knew I had to apply the fix on so hadn't tried without updating, and took me forever to find out why I couldn't find the driver to update.
I used a small program called "Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b".
Its freeware for using unsigned drivers in Windows 7.
I'm using Windows 7 x64 and USPL works perfect now.
Thanks

Hello,
Had to upgrade my Windows 7 to build 7077 first....!
Then it worked @ 1st try... ;-)
Roman
I have problem with installing driver on Windows 7 64-bit (build 7077). I always get error: This device cannot start (Code 10). Does anyone have solution for it?
I had to get to 7077 as well, i couldnt make it start on 7057 or 7068 either.
I just solved it, but I can't explained how... I tried it again and again.. did some restart of HD and of Windows 7 and finally I was successfull . My tip is to re-connect HD on USB before installation...
I use 7077 x64 and no issues with it whatsoever. I had no issues at all with any build and actually it gets the drivers and Windows Mobile Device Center automatically for me. Check your system drivers like chipset and usb controller for updated versions maybe?
Thanks
Many thanks for the solution that you give to us.
I have been testing every release of Windows 7 since 7000 and as long as you install WMDC (Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1) and then update the HTC USB Sync driver (put your phone into bootloader and update the driver in device manager with the one from the guide in my signature) you won't have any issues flashing roms. This is for both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows 7.

I'm using Vista 64 bit. Do you have "allow usb connections" checked under settings in activesynch?
yes its checked..gonna restart and see if that magically fixes the issue
I just followed directions online for if active sync fails to connect to your fone which involved deleting the USB host controllers in device manager then it all still failed. im thinking i should install a diff os. im going to try windows 7 ultimate...other ideas are welcome
I am using Vista 64. The only problem I ran into is having more than 2 of the same device profiles already paired. I had to remove a previous winmo. I am sure you did but, have you tried downloading and reinstalling activesync?
You've probably tried initiating active synch both from the computer and also from the phone..... let us know what the fix is when you hit on it.
The issue was that I plugged in the phone to the computer, BEFORE installing .NET Framework and Active Sync, so my comp recognized it as a different USB device altogether.
I reinstalled XP 64 and did it right. Installed .NET Framework, then Active Sync, then connected my phone to it.
I'm just new to 64bit computing. Anyone have a 64bit OS they recommend? is windows 7 64bit edition out yet??

[CM7.1] USB tethering - driver(?)

Hi all,
i'm trying to thether my phone with windows xp but windows requires the following driver
"LGE Android Phone"
i've tried:
LG USB Modem Driver
LG United Mobile Drivers
LG Bluetooth Drivers
LG Android Driver
SDK Drivers
but nothing is working.
do i need a special driver? i'm running the nighlty 177
I had just the same problems when using the CM7 mod for the first time... I also searched for driver and installed many things without knowing if it will work... then just tried to connect the device with usb-debugging mode and windows (7) suddenly installed some drivers and my phone got connected to my pc...
You need an extra driver for XP
For XP an extra driver (Remote_NDIS_based_Internet_Sharing_Device) needs to be installed for tethering
See this thread for the driver:

Tethering USB don't work

Hi,
i have the last nightly CM 10.1 directly from cyanogen site (so old bootloader)
My usb tether dont work, i try with the 4.2.2 native application and my windows 7 32bit (i have also try in a 7 64bit) install the adb interfaces, but dont install (dont prompt nothing) the network interfaces.. I try the same method on a i9000 galaxy s and it install all the device "on the air".
I try also driver adb from pdanet, tethering with clockwork app, nothing happen..
i try also this driver http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1752074&highlight=tethering
With pdanet my installation breaks when try to install the app on the phone (so i think is something wronk between the adb driver and the phone)
with clockwork he find the phone but dont work
with the native android app it install the driver adb but nothing more..
Please help!

[solved] win7 64 bit MTP drivers - cannot connect internal nor SD card to explorer

Hello,
my Z is connecting fine to Win 7 32 bit for file sharing in MTP mode, but on 64 bit MTP drivers are not installed correctly. It appears as C6603 model in device manager, but doesnt appear in explorer, so I cannot shift files. Used this drivers:
http://developer.sonymobile.com/downloads/drivers/xperia-z-driver/
Also SUS, PC Companion, Flashtool drivers, adb drivers, root flashing with doomlord kit worked.
Is there some way to copy the drivers manually to right place or can someone attach the files for win7 x64 here
Is there a workaround to copy files to the Z if there is no driver fix, it seems also other smartphones have trouble on MTP connection with win 7 x64. I know Airdroid. Maybe a app using usb tethering?

First unlock your device when it's connected.
Second tell us what rom are you using.
Problem resolved. You have to install windows media player 12 on win 7 x64.
No. The same problem is with me and I'm having WMP 12.xxx but still there is a device in the device manager named MTP IP which is not installing anyhow.
Using Win7 Ultimate SP1 64bit on Vaio with 4gb ram.
