[Q] bricked after CWM install! - HTC Vivid, Raider, Velocity

Hello
Few days ago I wanted to flash CWM recovery for my Vivid. Its S-Off and unlocked, running Unofficial CM 11. I wanted to install stock Att ICS version of android but I geting error message on TWR. So my only option is to install CWM recovery. I found a PHxxIMG.zup (xx is number, I dont remeber now) and inside that zip was CWM recovery .img. I flashed recovery with Terminal Emulator and whent I reboted phone nothing heppened. No charging, no lights...Vivid seems dead until I conected to Windows I found that Windows detect device as QHSUSB_DLOAD.
I have found a toturial here on XDA for unbricking Vivid with QHSUSB_DLOAD problem. But, after two days of trying still nothing. Script on Ubuntu Terminal wont find my phone. Evem if I know its connected and Linux see it. Any hope for my phone?

Sorry...
AFAIK your phone can only be helped with a JTAG...

Phone not recognized in ADB

I am running stock Froyo 2.2 with an unlocked bootloader and have flashed roms to my phone before. I wanted to flash the new cyanogenmod rom onto my phone, but when I try to install clockwork mod it says I need to be root. I tried to use Modaco's superboot method but my phone won't be detected in adb (it is detected in fastboot). Have tried everything I've read. USB tethering is off, unplugged multiple times, reinstalled sdk, ran adb as root. Any help?
First see if you can figure out how to post in the right forum.

[Q] One has no SD Card - no mount in recovery - no rom installed

ok, so my phone is screwed.
Been trying touse this thread to recover it - http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2325853
I have no SD Card, I can not mount SD Card in Recovery.
I have from what I can tell installed the Android SDK and when doing 'adb devices' I get 'error device not found'.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled HTC drivers and sync, does not recognise my phone. Device manager shows my One but can not find any drivers for it.
I have tried the All In One Tool to sideload, does not work, does not reboot to bootloader etc due to drivers not working.
Basically my phone is dead as, what can I do? Take it to HTC, how much would it cost to fix?
Cheers
EDIT: If i reboot system from Recovery it tells me it does not have root, do i want to root it? I say yes and it reboots to splash screen, nothing else
What operating system are you running?
If you're using Windows 8 search for the thread with the windows 8 drivers.
I accidently formatted my SD card while I had no rom installed. It took a while but eventually ADB picked it up and I was able to push the rom to my device using ADB push (I was also getting the "No devices found" message). This was before I found the windows 8 driver thread, it just randomly started working after many resets of both my phone and computer.
What recovery are you using? Do you happen to have a flash drive and a usb otg cable? This is an other option.

that is easy dont panic
1- if the drivers is not installed properly you cant do anything from PC and send it to the device
if you are using Windows 8.1 there is NO drivers for it,
if its Windows 8 there is NO official driver yet but you can install Windows 7 drivers
if its Windows 7 or earlier make sure its installed correctly if you dont know reply to my comment i will tell you anything you want
2- it happned to me too No Root and NO Rom installed, i simply copied the ROM to a USB Stick and using a USB OTG cable ($1) i plugged the cable to the phone and mounted the cable and then installing it from there,
tell me more about what you have and i will help you
Spent a few hours last night working on this with the help of Matt from here
I have CWM Touch (latest) and he was able to fix the driver issue, and we got sideloading working.
Will push the rom to phone, install, start roms splash screen but go no further. Still no SD Card or missing the mount points to show SD Card.
Attempted to S-Off, failed, unsure if CID 11111111 was successful. (Not CID11111111, was HTC_039 now VODAP21 or similar)
I has told/read an article that if you flash a differnt base (eg ICS to JB) that it will replace a script that handles/writes the mount points..
That worth a try but I believe all roms are JB. Any idea of any ICS roms for the One??
I can not find a RUU for 1.29.980.2 to try, only Nandroid Backups that I can not use as no SD..
EDIT: what does a flashing red led mean too? Cheers

Bootloop and unable to enter recovery. PC wont detect phone.

I rooted my One months ago when I got it, installed viper one, and Ive been loving it.
But I havent been updating it, and my viper one was on version 2.7.
I was going to wipe my phone and install the newest version, but something went wrong with the installation and it wouldn't go through, and it somehow corrupted my CWM.
Now I cannot boot back into recovery, and Im in a bootloop.
I can get into bootloader, but thats about it.
My phone is S-ON, and I can't get my PC to detect it to flash a recovery, or anything else.
Ive updated my HTC drivers, and it doesn't seem to be helping.
Edit: it seems that my PC will detect the phone while it's in bootloop, and will go as far as putting the phone into fastboot.
But once Im in fastboot, it no longer detects my phone, so I cnanot flash a recovery.
When you're in the bootloader with your phone connected. Can you see the driver installed in device manager in windows?

What Windows are you using. Use Windows 7 if you can. Windows 8+ can sometime have problems communicating with HTC drivers..
Either update Windows or make a ubuntu live USB/CD

[Q] [Solved] Can't recover my 2x

Hello everyone!
So I've been doing a lot of OS tests on my 2x, but this time I think i screwed it up.
The situation is the following: The phone only boots until the lg logo (have ICS bootloader) and can't boot on recovery (don't think he has recovery right now).
So it is completely empty besides the bootloader. Furthermore I don't have the proper drivers installed on my computer. When I turn the phone on and the windows trys to install it fails.
UPDATE: I've been able to boot it on S/W Upgrade to the computer and the windows installed the right drivers - I will try to smartflash a ROM
So I need to fix this situation...
What have I done:
I've downloaded the drivers from LG and LGMobile Support Tool - this last one cant recognize the phone in the current state.
I've downloaded AIO and installed NVFlash Recovery in order get the new Partition and unlocked bootloader (It's currently unlocked already) and put a new recovery image but i always get "USB device not found". I know this is because the drivers aren't there. But how can I install the drivers of the phone itself if I can't boot it up? (Note: I've already installed the lg drivers).
So... What exactly can I do?
Thank you for any help provided
If u can boot in s/w so u can smartflash a stock rom, or install apx drivers there are in aio somewhere it should work and next flash recovery 5.x.x.x so u can repair emmc for flashing roms copy zip to your phone and flash
This kinda worked.
So I tried the smartflash the baseband and ROM. But i got an error and the process was incomplete although i think it did installed at least the bb. After the error, windows started installing some nvidia drivers and I thought that the computer had recognized the phone. And so after that I've tried to change my recovery image and it worked well. The PC could connect through nvflash.
It is now fully operational!
Thank you very much
No problem bro )

[Q] Brick flashed with m8 rom? - Cannot fastboot/adb and TWRP wont mount my USB

Hey Guys,
you are my last resort of hope as i have given up to fix this problem by myself.
I have an HTC One M7 that i have done a bigger repair on (=new camera, battery, display, backcover). Phone had worked fine so no hardware issues.
After that i decided to set up a new rom to also have a 'clean' system, but after i wiped via TWRP as usual (only data and sdcard...) i accidentally flash an M8 ROM which i had stored on the internal SD card after the wipe.
Of course the installation failed and i was not able to mount my USB-OTG or connect the device by fastboot-USB or ADB. Windows only lists my phone as "Unknown Device".
I am still able to acces TWRP and bootloader, but i cant connect anything to the device to set up a new rom.
Drivers are not the problem in this case, as the HTC One of my friend will enter fastboot-USB and will be found by fastboot just fine. Mine will always show just "Fastboot" and wont be recognized.
After that i have tried several 'fixes' found in other threads, but i think i messed up even harder, as now windows wont recognize anything at all. Also have no luck with linux.
Herei is my data:
*HTC One m7 Unlocked + S-OFF
*CID-02__102
*HBOOT-1.44.0000
*RADIO-4A.14.3250.13 *OpenDSP-v26.120.274.0202
*TWRP 2.8.5.0
*Rom was the lastest Venom Rom
Any idea on how to solve this problem? I run out of ideas and think i am stuck with a bricked phone...
Would be so easy if TWRP would just let me boot my USB
Thanks in advance to everyone willing to give me a hint!
Greetings to you all!
Dont you have a nandroid backup?
