Tried install this Rom using TWRP , but install FAILED.
ERROR : " error executing updater binary, error flashing zip '.........'
Before install , i've wiped system/data/cache/dalvik but nothing changed. FAILED
New build with stuff fixed coming soon...

@wolfgart it's not a ROM issue.....
If this successfully flashes.... We'll get it booting but the issue is its not getting flashed.... Normal partition set up should be working but it's not

What situation?
I know mithun pretty good. Without the unrespectful G Flex testers he would already got a booting cm.
He had destroy on board and I was willing to help as well.
Prefer with donations? How much did you donate to devs yet (especially here at G Flex section)? Not everyone has money to donate. The biggest part of users at XDA are still students like me. And I don't have money to donate. Sometimes when I get some donations from users I will give the money to other devs.

You'd be surprised at the number of devs who actually do this. Jokersax has been building his cm9 blindly for awhile. Up until just a week or so ago he got an atrix. But looking forward to testing once it goes public! Thanks for spending the time to create a new rom for the Atrix!
99% of the devs out there develop for a bunch of phone and only have 1 phone... they develop for multiple cuase they have testers.....
we're using some known device code that is know to be working well. with our customizations and base... i am doing the first build now, and will update the OP within an hour or 2 with the link to the download, if i get good feedback we'll put in more of the goodies. and it will become offical. and all.
Are your bases of known working code coming from the Cm9 code by the Atrix-dev team(Turl1) or Photon dev team(jokersax)?

A mix of both, some of the turl1 has better working, some jokersax has better, so we're combinging, once we verify its working, those that made the device trees will receive FULL credit for the device port portion of course.

i did at least get him to let me root it and unlock the bootloader and load a new kernel... once this is stable i'll just steal his phone. he'll cfall in love with ICS.

I'm looking for people who owned an ace or have seen my work to give me a hand. I need to know if my icsunday has a place on s2 and how you would like it changed for a high end device. Thing such as base(gb, ics, stock, aosp, aokp, cm7/9, miui gb/ics) Functions, overclocking, you get the idea. If you want to help and don't know me just google me and you'll get the idea. Thanks in advance.

No, not necessarily, You don't have to have the specific variant in some cases its simply a driver replacement. So he could have a normal variant for all you know which is why I asked about the rom, not his device and hence my question is not same as the others. So wind your neck in.

This ROM is for the GT-P3100 but can be flashed to the GT-P3113 but you will not have Phone functions! I have a GT-3113 Stock Rooted De-Odex'ed ROM HERE
This is a Stock Rooted De-Odexed ROM. It has no added tweaks other than root.
Its just as Samsung would have made it if they made it rooted and deodexed ;c)
This is great for those that want to dabble in making there own custom ROM or someone just to have something to fall back on!
All apps are up to date as of 7/10/2012

Flash like a normal rom. Binary only counts when u flash a recovery.

:good: just as described in 1st post. samsung stock as is but rooted & de-odexed... i just flashed over existing stock rooted, didn't factory reset, just wipe cache & dalvik cache.... working fine so far, can make & received calls(viber), no bootloops or any negatives...
gonna hangout later at uot kitchen for battery icon theming, & try to apply v6 supercharger tweaks...

But...
Sadly I must say I have returned the device so I can get a Tegra 3 based device. I am debating between Nexus 7 and Asus TF300.
But I will leave this thread open and leave the downloads up for you all to use and discuss.

Once I talk with cam for porting 4.2 I will. I just have a few questions for him.
EDIT: Good news. I'm compiling CM10.1 with CM9 source, but updated. Will see if it works, because that's all the instructions I can find, is on jocala's thread. So will give it a try and if it works, I'll release a build with workings and not workings.

Oh god. I didn't post yet. I'm trying another ROM. And it's based on Galaxy W Stock 4.0.4 you'll see when I'm finished
EDIT: Doesn't seem to wanna pass Installation aborted (bad). So I don't know what's wrong with it.

Yea. I dont know what is causing the error to pop up in updater-script. I would like some help if anyone is willing too. It happens in every ROM I try to port.

I'm chomping at the bit over here as well. I just installed the latest illusion ROM with Karam's Kitkat Gapps kit, kitkat fonts, kitkat sounds, and the Tinted status bar module for xposed. Everything works, no f/c's, and it's soooo smooth. I can't wait to get the real deal.
Do you know what sources this is built from?
Any info on the Karam's Kitkat Gapps kit? Not finding anything. Already on cm 10.2 and 4.4 launcher etc. Tia

I posted in his thread and asked if I can help get it going again.
Other thing I can try to do is diff a Tmo and Spr CM10.2 to spot the carrier differences, then apply those to the kk build for Tmo and see if I can get boot.

Well if there's anything I can do to help I'm willing. I have never developed but I have been rooting, flashing roms, and tweaking things for 5+ years. Id like to learn to develop but my Adhd doesn't help lol. But none the less let me know if you need a guinea pig.

He says he's got his source up, but it doesn't sound like he will be compiling it. Plus it needs the radio bits. I'll see what I can do with his t-mobile build and one of our aosp builds.

Ur not going to be able to dual boot with 12 GB but if u mean 128 GB then yea that's should be enough

If you know how to compile from source, then you should definitely try building from his source. I want to, but I just don't have the time right now to set up Linux to build it.
