Not at the present that I know of but they are working on a way.
Its not going to be possile to make calls over wifi. There is no hardware to support that. Only thing would be a skype program or something similar with a different phone number.
My phone keeps losing signal when not being used, this isn't in bad areas where signal is hard to come by, I have to go into my network settings and choose network again to get my signal back.
Has anyone else suffered from this issue? My g1 is rooted with Akirah's 3.1 firmware. Any help is appreciated, cheers.
Anyone at all had similar experiences or an idea on how to fix this? Thanks.
When I'm setting up a wifi hotspot with my phone, I cannot make a call. The call will start and then it'll close by itself. I'm running FRG83D on Tmobile. Does anyone else have this issue and knows how to fix it?
Does anyone elses wifi turn on on its own? Mines does and I cant figure out how to stop it. Anyone have any ideas?
Turn off the Connection Optimizer. I believe Sprint has its own on this phone too that will automatically decide whether WiFi is the best source or not.
