Can someone please explain this picture to me, and how to fix it. I find myself trying to relock my bootloader however I get this error at part 2. Btw it works perfectly when my phone is on. But in fastboot after every plug back in it continiues to give me this message. Thank you in advance.

Hey guys..
I have a problem with my HTC one (m7) and it doesn't start up. The HTC screen loads up but turns off and then restarts again. And does the same process.
I can get into the hboot screen where options such as Fastboot, Recovery, Factory Reset, Simlock, Check SmartSD, Image CDC and Show Barcode show up. If I try and go into Recovery, the start of recovery page blinks on screen for a second then the phone restarts.
So, I can't get into recovery and try to factory reset the phone...
Please help, this is the first time I have encountered a problem like this.
thank you,

Have you tried the "fastboot erase cache" command in hboot?

Well, it's a fastboot command.
Install adb and fastboot on your PC, then plug your phone and run the command in command prompt.
Here a adb and fastboot guide:

but the phone does not hook up to the pc, because it does not start up. it is stuck in rebooting..
even if the phone is plugged in, while it is at hboot, the pc does not recognize it, i think?
Update: yup, the phone is not being recognized by the pc, so it cannot do any functions to it. not quite sure what to try out at this point.
Update 2: hi thanks again for the suggesetion. I plugged in the USB in a different USB slot on my pc, and I heard the sound of connection. I am currently in the Recovery page. I think all I have to do know if download a stock rom and run it through CMD and hopefully it will start.
thanks again. i'm new to this site, so if there is some sort of review button or thumbs up or whatever, please inform me so I can give my proper appreciation.
Help! I think i flashed something wrong for my Z2Pro, now it's stuck in recovery/fastboot mode, i can still access the menu, but i cannot flash anything via fastboot, my computer says waiting for adb device, inputting the command adb devices show nothing. Trying to flash stock ROM via QFIL but instead of port 9008, its showing port 900E, if i try to flash, it says this:
Download Fail: Switch to EDL Fail Failed to switch to Emergency Download Mode.
@OP
Try this method, I think you'll be OK!
But you need to use Google Translation!
and download a Rom from the "Rom Section".
Good luck.

Edit: I just saw your thread over "ZUK Fans Europe", I'm glad you got it working again!
Yup! Thanks!
Guys I am facing the exact same problem.
Could you please let me know how you resolved it.
Thanks
@digitalguy13 and @alvintan38, did you already solve it? I have the same problem

Maybe you can get it to work trying this guide: http://www.androidbrick.com/zuk-z2-z2-pro-qpst-qfil-miflash-rom-flashing-guide/
Thanks for the suggestion, I managed to fix the 900e message using the DIY cable. This was a really easy solution So for anyone, which encouters the same problem, just follow the guide from zukfans called "deep-flash-revive-your-zuk-z2-from-hard-brick-state-9008-mode-easily" (sorry, I'm not allowed to post links yet)
Hi Folks! I've tried to find a similar topic, but I didn't.
I've got a virus on my P9+ L29 and was trying to factory reset it. I did everything as I was supposed to do, but now, it's in a bootloop. :crying:
When I press the three buttons, the dload/update just don't start. I tried with the rollback package and also with the factory firmware, but none of them worked.
It always stuck on "Your device is booting now...", even when I try a 'normal' boot or a 'dload' boot..
One other intersting detail is that I cannot turn off the phohe, it always reboot.
I'm able to enter in Fastboot mode (bootloader and FRP unlocked), but actually, I don't know what should I do... Does anyone can help me?
Seems bricked. You should contact huawei assistance..
Thanks.
I thought there was a way to flash ROM through ADB/Fastboot.
Actually, I'll keep trying looking for something like this, and then, look after an assistance.
I haven't found any assistance here in my contry yet, so, I'm trying on my own.
You know what's strange? I'm able to access the Fastboot mode, I can check the device is plugged in (fastboot devices), when I flash the TWRP it says "OK" but then I'm not able to enter in the recovery mode.
Now I'm looking for a zipfile in order to use 'mfastboo' and flash it through fastboot...
Please, if you have any idea on what should I do, let me know and I'll try.
Hi,
Suddenly my HTC M7 went on loop restart. I tried to use Power and Vol Down button options but nothing worked. Getting message of S-On, Security-On etc. Tried to flash the Mobile using bootloader and all available stuffs on google, but did not work.
Please let me know, if there is a way to fix this problem. The only thing I can access is the Memory card that I can insert in other phone and do something.
desperately looking for a guidance on this.
First you need to grab a fastboot getvar all to be able to help you, we need to know more about your device.
You need to boot in fastboot and run "fastboot getvar all" (you need htc drivers and adb installed).

You will need to flash the latest stock ROM you can find. That is what worked for me. If you don't know how, there are plenty of YouTube videos that explain how.
Download fastboot and start from there. (I don't haven't made enough posts to post links, so hopefully someone else can)
Also, you will need to use htc_flashboot (attached here) since the normal flashboot seems to have issues with HTC devices.
Try that and report back here.
Just wondering if anybody could please help me out, I've been looking for a particular file to unbrick my phone using QFIL as it's stuck in fastboot and I've had no success through the command prompt.
The file in question is titled " NONHLOS_ONLY__ze620kl_QFIL_15.0501.1711.36.tar.gz "
Surely somebody has it laying around on their computer that could reupload it, thank you very much!
Issue solved, although I have no IMEI or baseband if sombody could please help!

You'll have to put your phone in EDL mode and use QFIL to unbrick it. I had to open my phone and use the test points inside to get it to connect. You'll be able to find a tutorial and the files needed here: https://firmwarex.net/asus-zenfone-5-ze620kl-official-firmware/
