one packagde firmware ??
helppppp
If you can access download mode, its not a hard brick.
Just flash a stock firmware with Odin in downloading mode. After you get the "PASS" in Odin. Unplug the USB. Remove Battery and put it back. Go to Stock recovery, clear user data and cache and reboot.

no, it doesent cost something, you just need to find a good firmware to flash.
sorry?if you can enter download mode?
if you can ,it never be hard brick,you can seek a official 2.3.4to flash,i meet the same problem when i flash CWM by Odin,and it just show (mobile ! PC),but Ican enter download mode ,finally i flash official 2.3.4 successfully,the you Will has an original recovery,then you can do everything in recovery!!
BTW if your Odin show COM when your phone enter download mode?

if your phone go to download mode, then just flash it with odin with 2.3+ version of android.
try this firmware -> http://hotfile.com/dl/145766351/d0cbbbe/S5570XXKPI_SERKPI_XXKPI.zip.html
(link from samfirmware)
password to archive: samfirmware.com
BE CAREFULL WHEN CHOOSE FILES IN ODIN!
Boot -> APBOOT_S5570XXKPI_CL260130_REV02_user_low_true.tar.md5
Phone -> MODEM_S5570XXKPI_CL260130_REV02.tar.md5
Pda -> CODE_S5570XXKPI_CL260130_REV02_user_low_true.tar.md5
CSC -> CSC_S5570SERKPI_CL260130_REV02_user_low_true.tar.md5
EFS -> nothing.
Hard-brick! You re so unlucky
You already tried flashing froyo first , and then GB ?

Please ! :crying:
(and how to backup all my data , apps, messages, contacts)
Lol, newb
You need to download Odin Multidownloader v4.38
Then get the file "cooper v1.0.ops"
Now that you have downloaded both go to samfirmware and download a firmware for your galaxy ace ( download the latest one)
After it finishes downloadibg, extract the .md5 file and open odin.
Then put the .ops file you downloaded in the .OPS part and select " one package" and choose the .md5 file
Reboot your phone into downloading mode (power buton+ volume down+home button) and plug it to your computer wait till Odin recognises your phone and start flashing.
Make sure your phone is atleast 50% charged
After Odin says its done disconnect from computer and shutdown phone and load into recovery ( if you cant shutdown, simply remove battery) and wipe to factory settibgs and wipe cache. Reboot and you should official stock ROM.
This guide is ver simple and with not many details but there are many guides on the internet.
So please use the search bar before asking.

As you can see, it's a very easy procedure. Also, "downloading mode", as said by Tovagulet, is activated by turning the phone off, and power buton+ volume down+home button.
Good luck

Hello,
I have installed this "ibtimes . co . uk / articles / 419836 / 20130102 / android421-jellybean-cm101-custom-rom-samsung-galaxy . htm" rom on my (actually my mom's) galaxy ace S5830 and it worked just fine. Before i installed it i made a CWM recovery backup. I wasn't happy with the rom so i wanted to go back to my last one by restoring the backup. first i wiped data and cache and then restored the backup. But now when i tried to reboot the system it got stuck on the Samsung logo and later on it was just a light blue screen. can someone help me please.
Don't worry, you need to flash a stock ROM via Odin. Look at the stickies

Simple Bro , Download the firmware files from sammobile.com then Google for Galaxy Ace Odin ..I guess the version is 4.38 or something like that ..and make sure you download the cooper file with it then flash the original firmware using Odin.So then your phone is back to how it was when you bought it.
I hope this was helpful.
If you want the instructions on how to do this ..let me know ..I'll give you the link for the files also
Help!
I'm having the same problem.
I tried to install a new rom on my Samsung Galaxy GT-S5830, but when it was supposed to boot, nothing happend.
I tried to install the original firmware using Odin, but the problem is that I can't connect my phone to my computer.
The only thing my phone is able to do now, is showing the charging screen, opening the samsung recovery mode and accessing the download mode.
I really hope that someone could help me!
Thanks in advance.
PS:
My provider is Vodafone (don't know if it's important)

Dude! Switch off the phone. Then press the 3key combo to go to Download mode. U don't need to go to recovery either (which is a 2key combo). & ops name should be:-
COOPER_v1.0.ops

Hi BscorpionII!
As you can open recovery, if you don't have CWM 5.0.2.6 you could install it from your recovery and then try installing another ROM from CWM 5.0.2.6.
You could read this link
"Nielli's [GUIDE] Guides and Tips How to Root SGA, Install CWM5 and install Mods + Downloads"
In the link you'll find the last stable recovery -version 5.0.2.6- and much more.
Good luck.

Do post the screenshot so we know more about what we are looking at.
I upgraded my Samsung Galaxy Ace s5830c to 4.2.2, run.
After I moved to 4.3 and also worked, but after changing some things in build.prop (Root Explorer), my phone stopped getting into Download mode, It is a gray screen forever. Now my phone is stopped ( Loop Infinite )
I can not do unroot: Installation Aborted.
When I try to change my android version (install zip from sd card), appear this: Installation Aborted
I did found the build.prop backup, and I can not go back to stock rom by odin, because as I said, the screen turns gray when I try to enter download mode.
Help me, will have to go back stock rom, downloading a backup. (My friend did it, but I did not think and do not know how to do)
Thanks, beautiful site admin

You can continue with the installation using "One Package". According to @fernando15j, when he pressed the key combo, it was in Download Mode even though the downloading image was not displayed. If this doesn't work work either, then your last option will be USB Jig. You can use the following guide to make your own,
