Hi so has anyone got a working version of faceniff for our RAZR I or an x86 device ? I have the app installed and it runs and opens but wen I turn it on it starts then stops right away!
I am not using this as a hacking tool but rather a Netflix blocker
I noticed it seems to stop Netflix working on the net word but affects nothing else and its become a great way to stop my kids abusing Netflix all day

Couldn't get this working either: "Faceniff service stopped" it says...
Yeh I got it working on an old phone I have an mtk s3 clone it picks up profiles but doesn't show stuff but it works great as a Netflix blocker only problem is battery on that phone is gone and it only lasts 20 min
This all works great and just seems to block Netflix on my network and nothing else its a great way to get my kids out the house by saying Netflix instant working right now haha

works great on my xoom, features ambient lighting, environmental effects and 3D OpenGL graphics.
Works 90% of the time. Some times ill open it and ill get nothing but a black screen. Loved the game but after a few days of playing i lost intrest cause to get any good guns you have to have the "bucks".
I have not had any problems with it at all. A very nice game, can't beat the price either!

ive recently tried to install a couple of applications on my galaxy mini only to discover that according to the google market 'words with friends', 'box.com' and 'tumblr' are not compatible with 'this phone'. now ive used tumbler before on my old x10 mini pro and had no issues there so why would the market think the phone is not compatible with that particular app and the other 2 ive mentioned. any ideas guys. i am still running on a rooted stock room 2.3.4 that came on the phone.
Every phone has a different specifications and hardware and these are classified by android market
by this way the apps for every phone are differentiated by market, thats why u don't get the apps u have mentioned above
if u really want those apps try to download them from other sources or websites
Whenever I get that error, I just google the apk and install. Though I wouldn't recommend this on HD games or the likes because it will not run. Try experimenting what works or not. It's not that harmful really.
Thanks, got all the apps i used to use and all working fine, even got bbc iplayer which workd great

I've been playing with my Nexus 7 for about 5 days now and this just started happening. I thought I had too many tasks running so I closed everything, still happening. I rebooted and started playing again but it continued to stutter every 3-4 seconds. Any thoughts or is this happening to anyone else?
Not seeing that myself... just played it for a bit to make sure. To describe it as Butter would be appropriate. It is a much better experience than on my Galaxy Nexus, and that says a lot for what was a significant improvement over my Nexus S.

I had installed the app Ultimate Rotation Control which was causing the stuttering. I uninstalled it and it fixed the problem.
Running motley kernel, every game runs great.

More users have responded using this app (and similar apps) and experiencing these issues.
Uninstalling indeed fixes most stutterissues.

I have also experienced this. Stuttering on Dead Trigger. Ultimate Rotation Control removed, problem solved. Just glad I had the trial to decide and didn't pay for it.
I paid the license for Ultimate Rotation Control, was about to uninstall to avoid stutter but...
in the app, you can also edit the settings for each app.
So in order for games not to stutter, you can turn off this app.
Applied settings so this app wouldn't affect Riptide for example, result: no stutter
But still I got the rotation on the homescreens, landscape automatic etc.
So small piece of advice, play around with the settings for each game, homescreens, apps etc to avoid stutter.
It's really not a bad app after all
edit: just switched off (you see a screen with a red cross through in the settings of the app) Ultimate Rotation for all my games, youtube, videoplayers etc.. to avoid the stutter.
When opened in the app (if you switched off Ultimate Rotation for that specific app) you see the icon in your notification bar change to a small screen with cross so you know it's switched off.
Happy camper now no stutter in games, videos, youtube

This is good to hear, may have to give it another try. I can't say I noticed these features in the trial, do they only become available once youv'e purchased the pay for version?

I don't remember tbh.. the settings per app is the last line of functionality in the app itself when opened from the app drawer.
Just downloaded the trial again. I don't know how I managed to miss this first time around. Will give it a while and probably buy the lisence.

Good luck hope you can apply the settings per app and avoid the stutter.
Just played Mass Effect for a few missions without stutter so.. for me it's working
Guys i had downloaded FIFA 12 and RealFootball. Both games only play if i have the wifi connection on. And no they are not online games only. If i start them and come out [multitasking] and switch off my wifi on the note and go back to the game they play fine. But just to start them over i need to be on wifi or online. Why cant i start them offline? If i do so it just shows black screen and says 'unfortunately the game has stopped' and gets back to home screen.
Is there a work around to this to play/start the game offline?
I think a lot of the time it's for drm reasons, so the game goes online to connect to the license server and then allows it to be played. Can't think of any other reason why else they would make it that way.

Anyway to bypass this? Bcoz if i am at an area where there is no connection then i will not be able to start it at all?
No way I'm aware of. It needs the connection to server to run, without it it won't, so installing a firewall or something will just stop it running. It's hard coded into the game I'm afraid.

Well this is stupid. What if the area does not have a connection. Nobody is connected 24 hrs a day. and that too games like fifa which are not online only. Seriously something needs to be done about this!

Hi all
I have just installed sopcast on my n7 and it works great. However every time I switch my Nexus on I get the message "unfortunately sopcast has stopped"
I get this message regardless if I have been using sopcast or not.
Any thoughts on how I can stop this from appearing?
Thanks
Chris

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app again? Maybe it will fix the issue.
I see this a lot too. Last version ate Data even when closed latest is better though, but now I'm finding hardly any streams work. Put it on my dads n10 for football but nothing played except a few random channels on the stock list. Seem to be worse lately than it was as i expected it to be the most foolproof and ad free way to watch games at a decent quality. May have to hunt for alternative.
