Help the phone get stuck

hey guys i need help i nstalled soem software that called vzo from some one that put this in the forum,
well it suppose to do video calls or someting like that.
but it dont do noting
its just get my phone to get stuck all the time
.
i cant do noting after soft reset he get stuck what can i do?
i cant move with tuch screen and noting,.

hard reset?

i didnt tryed should i do it ?

if there is no way how to uninstall the application and u cant do anything else with the phone then the hardreset is the only way. But be aware that by hardreseting u loose all your data on the phone(not on sd).

Problem!!! camera led is lit all the time

Hi!!!
My camera LED is lit all the time, even when the phone is off. The only way to turn it off is to take out the battery. what's the problem?? shortcircuit?
Also my phone doesn't vibrate at startup

No idea, sounds like a fault. Have you tried running something like hTorch to see if that can change the state of LED?
Failing that, battery out and back to the shop, imo.

yeah, tried htorch and the only thing happend is that the led gets brighter. but it cannot be a software fault because the led is lit when the phone is off

well having the light on that long will have destroyed your vibrator so that explains why that doesnt work - if you try performing a hard reset and that doesnt work it must be something other than a software problem unless you have had this problem since you first got the phone (i'd use a stock rom just to be sure)

I just checked if it was htorch that was on when i first saw that the led was lit, then i turned it off right away, but maybe it was on in my pocket or something because i opened it and the camera LED "holder" has melted
yeah, i'm on stock now, same problem

im no expert but that must mean there is some sort of hardware problem or a loose connection or something because if flashing even the stock rom doesnt fix it then it cant be a software fault - i'd try and get a new one under you warrenty if you can

it works now i only restarted the phone no led lit now it's just the vibrator but that can i live with

oh - good! phew lol - unlucky about the virbrator though although to be fair i found it sucked compleatly - i could never even feel it

So.. was it htorch fault? I'm considering installing it on my xperia...
Anyway i think you can use your guarantee and get a new phone with vib working.

i don't know no, i bought it on tradera (ebay in sweden) without guarantee

its gonna destroy ur phone like it did the vibra if u dont fix it immediately

Look in htorch threads. There are people who fix this opening their phone and moving something. It looks pretty simple. You can watch the youtube tutorials..

i'm gonna do that, i pretty handy when it's comes to electronics as i work as an electrician, and i've fixed phones before, but i need to know what i have to do, that's the problem but i'm gonna search and hope i find something useful

Damn the LED is still lit, but now it goes on off randomly and only sometimes, have to check more how it looks inside.

Yeah it doesnt sound like a software fault if you have tried different roms and hard reset lots of times -

No i fixed the vibration but not the led, i going to send it for repair

Help! No one can hear me

Hey guys...all of a sudden nobody can hear me when I make a phone call. I was running Fresh 2.0d and I restored back to stock. Stock radio.
I did drop my phone but I don't think it affected the microphone since the voice recorder app still records my voice...anyone have any ideas?

I had the same problem. Go to Flipz website, he has a fix!

From what I read in posts about "audio loss issues" it sounds like that problem has something do to with people not being able to hear any sounds after a syncing with gmail? Please someone correct me if I'm wrong here I'm kinda new to this.

I should probably also note I can hear the other person perfectly they just can't hear me at all

it has nothing to do with syncing that was just an idea someone had.
restart your phone and if you still have the issue where no one can hear you but the voice recorder works. flash thee audiofixRC. see what happens. nandroid backup first and just try it.

Vibration

Phone doesn't vibe on anything . Keyboard,nor notifications nor on ringing . I know about the settings and that isn't working .occasionally it will work.any ideas?

Loose vibrator connection?

Idk. Sometimes I will tap the bottom of the phone and it will work for a brief section. Maybe rooting and installing a ROM might help? Lol

What system app controls that anyways? Maybe clearing its cache or debugging in SDK could help

Your vibration motor needs to be replaced.
It's a hardware issue.

Then if its a hardware issue, why does it still work occasionally ?

It's a mechanical thing. Rotor gets stuck, you tap at the bottom of the phone, rotor gets unstuck, till it gets stuck again.

You can try disassembling it.
It has a double sided vibrator.
It should be soldered onto the board. If it is not or if it moves, then this might be your problem.
Just be careful while disassembling.
I'm always looking for an excuse to disassemble stuff. :laugh:

Kinda afraid to disassemble it. Especially if its soldered on. Idk what to do...thanks for the insight.

The vibrator is marked in the picture. It can be seen as soon as you take off the back cover.
If you can't replace it by yourself, have it replaced by a service centre.

If it works sometimes,could it may be not seated properly? I would assume that if its faulty,it wouldn't work at all

Problem with camera/OIS

Does anyone alse have problem with the camera?
The imagine in my screen never stops from moving, and if I take a look at the back sensor I can clearly see that it's moving. I think that this is the OIS not working properly.

a very few others had this issue as well, get it exchanged, quickly!

Exact same problem here. agree with poster above, get that exchanged, thats what i plan on doing too.

Did you try an hard reset?
I'm quite sure it's an hardware problem but right now I can't reset my phone.

Ya, did a factory reset, no change here.
