After upgrading to 4.3 via kies i m stuck on boot logo.
When i entered recovery mode there was a fallen android with a red triangle
Factory reseted still the same.
Tried many odin 4.3 roms (stuck at boot logo again)
Flashed a custom recovery twrp which flaggd knox and flashed alliance rom 4.3 (still stuck at boot logo)
Flashed boffela kenerl (still stuck)
Flashed a 4.1 custom rom
It worked but no imei did a efs restore nothing happened
flashed persus kenerl (imei and signals back)
Lastly used 4.1.2 for some time
tried to upgrade to 4.3 again (stucks at boot logo)
flahed twrp some how i cant wipe data and encryptions says unknown file system
Now using 4.1.2 alliance rom 1.3 (Note all stock 4.1.2 roms work but every custom rom like cm,omni rom, miui dont work i.e they stuck at boot logo too and already tried factory reset)
I have 2 questions
what does fallen android with a red triangle in recovery mode mean ?
Also what about the twrp issue?
Any help will be appriciated

If you have stock ROM installed now and stuck in a boot loop, enter STOCK recovery and do a factory reset, wipe cache, reboot system..
thnks, but i have done everything..wiped all things so many times, installed different roms.
thats so weird problem, even the stock Rom is not working,i have installed the same rom while upgrading from froyo to gb.
is there any another solution expect these basic things.

Do factory reset, clear cache and wait for at least 15mins. Cause when u flash, it takes time on first boot. At last resort send it for repairs.
Have this problem after flash xxkpk or xxkpi(that one package i forgot which) glow agn and agn the samsun logo..tired on it other firmware.no this prob. ....the one pakage firmware only 9 step...4file mod firmware hav 10step.
Try wipe data.cache and.reboot,(cwm)

flash a Odin package having 4 files
I tried following the steps indicated in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1424997. I was able to successfully flash the ROM N7000DXLR5---4.0.4/12.07.30-N7000OLBLR2---Download--Philippines (Smart) . I was already on the last part where the phone should reboot and would install some applications but the phone is just stuck on the Samsung logo screen. I waited for almost 2 hours already. I tried taking out the battery and rebooting the phone but its still stuck in the Samsung logo. The Volume down+home+power key is still working as well as the volume up+home+power key. I don't want to take another step because I'm afraid of my phone getting bricked.
I previously had a Jellybean custom ROM installed but don't like it since S-Pen features aren't working.
Install philz ics kernel from stock recovery and reboot into recovery. You will see cwm. Now do a factory reset. Then reboot.
You need a factory reset but 4.0.4 is not a safe kernel, that's why you need Philz kernel.
If you want a full stock ROM with kernel (like I need to send for warranty repair),
flash any GB stock rom appropriate for you, (still hang at samsung logo),
factory reset on recovery and update using kies to 4.0.4

if you are using N7000 then siyah kernel is not meant for this device as yet.
try to philz kernel if you can access recovery and then try to flash alliance rom.
or simply flash stock rom accessing the download mode.
Hello everything,
I know there are plenty of samsung logo boot loop threads out there, but honestly, I didnĀ“t find one specific to my problem.
So I was running [4.3][CM10.2][11.10]Team Asylum CM10.2 ROM on my N7000, but I need to downgrade my phone to stock ROM N7000UBKK8_N7000UBKK3_N7000TCEKK2_HOME.tar
So I went ahead and downloaded Odin 1.85 and flashed que mentioned ROM, but I am now stuck at the boot loop.
My phone shows the GT-N7000 screen, then the "Telcel" screen (carrier) and then the Samsung glowing logo, and the loop starts. It goes back to the telcel screen and the samsung glowing logo.
I read so many threads, that I didn't know what to do next. Still have access to download and recovery mode (stock), but before I hard brick the phone I wanted to ask you guys, what I should do first.
Thanks for your help.
The rom you flashed, is it jellybean or ICS? If JB then boot into recovery and do a factory wipe.
If you are unsure, install Philz kernel from recovery and then using Cwm, wipe data.

The ROM I flashed is GB. Can I go ahead an flash stock ICS and do the factory wipe?
No ics is not safe. Gb is safe. Boot into recovery on gb and wipe data. Then reboot.
Hey, thanks a lot!
Wipe data worked great. Now time to upgrade via OTA to JB.
Thanks again!

Id been using s1 i9000 but i never needed to format anything from mount and storage
Also what is the partition tombstones?(In my opinion the latest version of philz with option of formating tombstones was the real solution )
i was trying to downgrade from revolt rom (kit kat 4.4.4) to sweet rom (jb) 4.1.2
so i flashed philz kernal so that i could install the rom
after that i wiped every thing and installed the rom
then once its booted up it stuck in setup menu
then i installed speedmod kernal
and rebooted system, then a black screen appeared and also no recovery
i went to download mod then i found this
custom binary download : yes (2 counts)
current binary: custom
and also a yellow triangle appears if i tried to boot up the sevise
please tell me what to do or refer to any helpful topic

For now ignore the yellow triangle and try to get the phone up and running. Flash Philz kernel again. Boot into recovery and and wipe data cache and system, preload. The go to download mode and flash a stock rom.
