once you have done those commands, you will have to correct recovery to be able to successfully install ARHD 41.0.
once you are in TWRP 2.6.3.3 or .4 then you still need to "install" the ROM. (assuming you do not have a Sprint or Verizon phone)

Allways do a md5 check before fashing any recovery, rom or kernel. Any minor bit error could give you massive problems.
Just google MD5 checker and down a program or your pc, or use the md5 checker app from app-store.

It depends on the ARHD version.
As far as i know you can flash the v31.6 with cwm. Or am i wrong?
@Karlzzzon: Which version do you want to flash? 31.6, 53 or 60?
You need to do
fastboot erase cache
That will allow you to get into recovery.

Hi guys,
I stupidly did exactly the same mistake as @Karlzzzon... I'm currently stuck with the HTC logo and have no access to the recovery.
I understood from your previous answers that I should have flashed with TWRP 2.6.3.3, which I'd like to do now. But how am I supposed to do that considering that I can't get to the recovery ?
Thanks in advance for your answers !

even if its possible to flash a recovery.zip directly from recovery, the usual way to flash it is from fastboot using a recovery.img
Code:
fastboot flash recovery name_of_file.img
fastboot erase cache
assuming your phone is a M7_UL or M7_U:
download twrp 2.6.3.3 from here (make sure MD5 match 72067aefb69541d40e8420d7aa46408d) and save it to your adb folder then:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.3-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
your rom.zip should still be there so just install it again
if not
adb push it to your /sdcard

[Q] Htc One stuck at Htc Logo

Hey,
I have a huge problem and do not know what to do. I write what is in the bootloader:
Locked
M7 UL PVT Ship s-on rh
Hboot 1.57
Factory reset do not work. I did not find anything in the internet. It seems the mobile is not rooted or had a custom rom right?
It is from T mobile and when the T mobile logo appears it is like the graphic card has a problem, then it stucks when the htc logo is there.
anyone an idea? If someone find the problem he/she can have a goodie :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

your phone looks like to be stock (unmodified) so you should first contact t-mob to repair/replace the phone under warranty. If a factory reset has not solved the issue you'll probably have, at least, to unlock the bootloader and that may void your warranty.
You might also want to try this command from bootloader:
Code:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot
and see if the phone can boot normally, if not ---> claim warranty, if no warranty ---> unlock bootloader a flash a rom to see if the phone can boot with a fresh install, if not ---> probably an hardware defect.

Download the multirom recovery and the clean TWRP and place in your adb/fastboot folder.
Open a command window in your adb/fastboot folder
Boot into bootloader/FASTBOOT USB
Type the following commands:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.8.0.2-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Then type:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery TWRP_multirom_m7_20140926.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
thanks, but it doesn't work...
Try a different USB cable.

You may have to start over.
Copy all of your personal items off of the phone
Flash stock recovery
Boot into recovery and perform factory reset
Flash multi-rom recovery
Flash custom kernel
sorry, but it doesn't work .... just says "entering recovery..."

Does it say "entering recovery" on the stock or custom recovery?
Have you changed:
<> cables?
<> USB Ports?
<> Computer?
First try stock firmware with stock recovery & kernel
If fails, stock RUU for your phone

Are you using
Code:
fastboot erase cache
after you flash the new recovery?
Edit :- never mind I see now majmoz already instructed you to erase cache.
Flashing a firmware.zip should get you back to stock recovery.

When you flashed the stock firmware (unmodified) did you boot into recovery and do a factory reset?
After factory reset did you reboot into recovery after it so that the wipe will take?
If flashing a pure stock firmware didn't work then you next option would be to try the RUU for your phone.

And you've checked your sdk is up to date?
Can you try flash recovery again with fastboot erase cache. It doesn't matter if it does not take, but please post the full output from your command window. So I can see exactly what you get. Thanks

[Q] Can't enter recovery

Hey guys,
I've got a big problem with my recovery. But first things first: I got my One (M7) about two or three weeks ago, flashed TWRP 2.8.3.0 and rooted via flashing the SuperSU.zip.
Yesterday I finally had time to install CM11. So I wanted to enter the recovery, first via the Power-Off menu (have a XPosed Module that added a shortcut for it) then via the bootloader and then via ADB. The "Entering-Recovery..."-Screen appears, then disappears for 2 seconds and then reappers and the phone is stuck with it, nothing happens, TWRP doesn't start.
So I tried to reflash the recovery via ADB but it doesn't help.
Does anyone have an idea about how I get my recovery working again?
Greetings from germany
Edit: If it helps: I'm on stock rom with S-On on HBOOT 1.57
fastboot erase cache
Already tried that after installing TWRP. Shall I do that before installing?
Edit: I tried fastboot erase cache now pre- and past-flashing TWRP 2.8.4.0.... nothing's changed

Are you following these steps:
In bootloader/FASTBOOT USB:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.8.3.0-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Have you tried other version?
I believe you must use 2.8.0.0 and above for CM11.

When your recovery will not load like this the easy way to fix it is to reflash the current firmware on the phone again
this writes the stock recovery back to the phone and most times TWRP will work again after this

Yep, I already worked it out yesterday by flashing the stock recovery first via fastboot and then TWRP again.
But thanks anyway to everyone for contributing and trying to help

Thanks, I will take a look at it since I still only can install TWRP 2.6.3.3 and enter it, other versions won't start and 2.6.3.3 gives me an error every time I want to install a custom rom -.-
Edit: Doesn't work
