[Q] i8190 without internal memory - Galaxy S III Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hi, i'm having a trouble with my i8190, the phone restarted and when turn on, all was erase, and the internal memory is gone, how can i solved this issue???

I think that could be a software error. Have you tried to connect your phone to your computer and look if Kies recognizes the internal memory?

Screen broken, how to get data from phone memory?? (Galaxy S i9000)

Hello guys,
the screen from my galaxy s i9000 is broken.
I think the phone is still working because i can hear the boot sound etc..
I need the data from my phone but cant turn on the usb mode without seeing something on the screen.
When i plug it into my pc the usb sound plays but the mass storage wont show up because i cant turn on usb mode...
Im on custom firmware with CWM..
Any ideas how to get my data without replacing the screen??
thanks in advance
Boot to CWM, plugin USB cable, fire up ADB, use it to pull your files from the phone.
Sorry, I don't have now time to explain it thoroughly, but you should be able to find some ADB tutorials from this forum.

Which rom you were using?
If using any custom rom then read how to use adb and you may pull the data using it.

@mightyillidan: So maybe your USB port is broken or Idk.
@shlomib
Maybe its a bootloop so try first to wipe. If this don't work you have to flash a new rom, you can put one on your sd with: mounts and storsge --> Mount USB

assuming that u have the driver for the laptop to detect ur phone, it might be a problem with the usb cable.
u might want to unmount ur sd card while trying to connect
Seems like a hw problem, but just to be sure, you may want to check on Linux.

[Q] formatting galaxy note without going into recovery mode

so my phone is not working at all it is just a black screen i connected it to the PC won't work i tried to go into recovery and download same results so i was wondering if there is a place where i can insert a pin or so to make it format etc like formatting without turning on
What happend before?

it's not possible like inserting pin or something
If you have download mode accessible, flash safe kernel with odin
if there is no download mode, get JIG.
if you don't know JIG, send to service station.

Bricked or not

i found my year old galaxy mini s5570 a few weeks ago..it was running the good old froyo 2.2.1...i rooted it and updated it to 2.3.6 and rooted it again...after the update my computer started giving me error "USB Device not recognised" whenever i connected my phone. I tried booting it in download mode and recovery but the computer says the same error. My device is unable to get into recovery but download mode is accessible....i have tried the usb fix which involves a gentle lifting of the toungue of the micro-usb port........i was trying again and again to reach recovery and suddenly i was able to access it (Stock recovery).i did a wipe data and a wipe cache and since then my phone is stuck at the screen where it says "Samsung" and underneath it "www.samsungmobile.com"....thats all i seei cant get past it and now again i am unable to access the recovery.....IS IT BRICKED AND WHAT IS THE SOLUTION..
SORRY FOR SUCH A HUGE POST BUT I THOUGHT DESCRIBING ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED MIGHT HELP......
i have the proper device drivers and the cable is also fine (Tried switching cables and it did not help).
Windows 8? And as long as you have download mode try reflashing stock GB and avoid windows 8 with flashing.

Tried it...Something else...
Hmm... what a rare error. Try powering it off (completely off). Then press Home+Power.
Tell me if you entered recovery.
