[Q] Problem changing rom - RAZR i Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have the stock rom sml29, and I'm trying to put the pi-llama 1.5, but after spending the motorola logo, it appears 'ready device' and automatically restarts.
I've tried any other rom, but it only works with sml29.
Can anyone help me?
Grateful.

sml19 = ics?
which android version is it?
maybe you first need a regular update to 4.1.2 JB.
is your bootloader unlocked and a custom recovery installed?
regards

[Q] HTC Vivid Bootloop, Unlocked bootloader, S-On, TWRP installed.

Hi,
I got this phone today, and unlocked the bootloader using the htcdev website. I then flashed a rom, and wiped, and then flashed the boot.img using fastboot. It worked fine, but the cyanogenmod nightly wasn't very stable. I decided to flash a different rom, but I couldn't get anything else to work. The roms, now including the previous rom, don't boot past their boot animations and shut down and boot again. Any help would be much appreciated!
Also, when I power down from the bootloader it tries to start up again. I have to pull the battery.
Also, it's an AT&T version. ROM recommendations are needed, because I can't get anything to work. :'( Preferably de-sensitized. I've check the dev thread with all the ROMS and links.
Make sure you are doing full wipes for each rom and also flashing the boot image.
Sent from my HTC One
I do that

Yeah, I do that, using the factory reset in twrp and then install the rom, and then I flash the boot image using
fastboot flash boot boot.img
which flashes it no problem. I did actually get the cyanogenmod to work, which is interesting.
Update
I've gotten a ROM to work. It's http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1428726 A sensed ROM. Hmm...

You need to update to ICS first, otherwise it won't boot any JB or KitKat ROM.
Then S-off your device, it's really easy

Thanks! I'm running the "leaked" RUU which is supposed to update the firmware to ICS, right? Can you provide a link to S-off? I can't find anything. Well actually I can, but I can't understand it. :/
There you go: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2521157
I've changed CiD? because of Vodafone not updating to ICS.
Then upgraded with an AT&T ICS RUU - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2013122
Solved.

Yeah, i did but i get stocked in the boot animation. I tried flashing the stock recovery that I found on a guide for installing 4.1.2 but I had the same issue. The problem might be that i need the 4.1.1. stock recovery, but I cant find it anywhere.

[Q] I really did it now....

I was trying to flash a new ROM (Viper One) and followed the instructions to update the firmware. I got as far as getting into the fastboot and relocking the device so I could update the firmware to the latest version (per the instructions). I tried to no avail to unlock the bootloader and came across a thread saying I need to have a stock kernel to unlock the bootloader again. What I didnt count on was that the previous custom kernel was still loaded on the device even though I did a factory reset (again per instructions). I have searched for a stock 4.3 kernel but cant find one so I can finish this.
Ideas?
Thanks so much, in advance!

I was able to get my phone back to where it was before (viperOne ROM thats running v 4.1.2 and Sense 5.0). I am trying to get this back to stock before I take to Sprint to replace the phone for the purple camera bug.
I guess what Im looking for is the stock kernel for v4.1.2 so I can then flash it and take it in. The one you had linked to was for v4.4.x and will not work.
Thanks in advance!

Since, I don't know which version you are looking for you can pull the kernel out of the firmware for that version. You can check this site: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2576995 or this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2658910.

G2 Verizon unlocked update.

Hello guys,
I bought this Used G2 yesterday its Verizon version but its unlocked i don't know how they unlocked it but my non Verizon sim is working fine in it.
Now i want to upgrade to Android L.
I was checking the android version in phone and i saw that Chinese logo i have uploaded the image.
I Don't understand this what is this ?
My phone is currently using:
Code:
Baseband:
VS98024A-M8974A-AAAANAZM-2.0.20046
Kernel:
3.4.0-perf-gdf89a11
[email protected]
Build:
KOT49l.VS98024A
Software ver:
VS98024A
Don't know anything about recovery.
Now in phone it says its rooted
but when i try to install SuperSU it gives me this error (check the image)
Code:
"there is no Su binary installed and supersu cannot install it this is a problem!
Now my question is how do i upgrade this phone to Android 5.0 ? without loosing the ability to run my non Verizon sim.
Phone will always work with other sims since it is GSM unlocked . About that weird logo of yours, i couldn't really help but what i would do is flashing the 39A firmware once and for all so you can have Lollipop. Once from there, i suggest you to flash CloudyG2 3.3 so you wont suffer from battery draining and slow charge.
Good luck.

K3 Note - K50-T3s Update Information

Hello.
Got a K50-T3s and have a few questions, if someone can help me.
My stock version is vibeui_v3.0_1604_7.209.1_ST_K50-T3s (Android 5.1)
Tried to OTA update it but it is giving me this error "Network resquest failed or model is not fit"
Thinking to update it via flash tools. This is the latest stock rom to be applied via FT? vibeui_v3.5_1621_7.62.1_dev_k50-t3s_wc66355725.
Or should i flash a custom recovery and flash a custom rom like this one? http://forum.xda-developers.com/k3-note/development/official-build-lenovo-k3-note-k50a40-6-t3370537.
Or should i do anything different thanks.

Did you know a way to get back the 800Mhz frequency somehow?
I once read that if you flash a certain custom rom (Cuoco92's one for example) it will unlock the missing frequency because the T3S and T50 model are the same except for the fact that in t3s they disabled that frequency..
But I can't find any confirmation about it..

I have exactly the same problem too.
Your link is for the K50a40. Does it work with the k50-t3s ?
Also, I am concerned that the FDD mode should still work
