[Q] Notification LED - Xperia T - Stock 9.1.A.1.141 - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

Hello,
my notification LED only works to indicate the charging process. It doesn't illuminate for normal notifications although "super stamina" mode is turned off. I know that this is a known problem. The only advice I found is to wipe the phone and reinstall all apps through the market, rather than using Titanium Backup.
Not using Titanium Backup at all is no real solution for me since I would loose all application data such as conversations etc.
Is there any advice on what could be restored with Titanium Backup without breaking the notification LED? Will restoring apps and data only (omitting any system settings) work?
Would there be a chance that the system lib that drives the LED in earlier firmwares could work on Android 4.1.2? As far as I understand the LED works flawlessly in 4.0.x. Could anyone running 4.0.x extract this lib and upload it so I could try to replace it in 4.1.2?
Any help leading to a permanent solution is greatly appreciated.
Regards
Achim

[Q] Market shows no installed apps after rooting + backup

Hey folks,
I finally got around to root my stock german 2.1u1 milestone with universal androot (z4 and superoneclick wouldn't work).
i don't really have use for root, i just wanted to backup my system as it is now (using titanium backup, for the settings etc).
later that day i ran into unrelated wifi-problems, so i rebooted my phone, only to find that the market shows no apps installed
( except for titanium backup), but all apps are there and working just fine. does the market think this is a new phone?
i tried reinstalling some apps via .apk, which changed nothing and via market, which helped, so i guess i could just reinstall everything via the market.
i guess i also could just get update notifications from appbrain, but i don't really like the inconsistency.
so i guess my questions are basically these: is this a common occurrence? can anyone enlighten me? did i hurt my system?
thanks in advance
so no one ever had the same happen to him?
Same for me
Did you try to recreate my problem(with the same steps)? Or did this happen on an unrelated occasion? Have you found a fix?

[Q] [GT-i9000] - ICS - Gmail

Hello guys.
Yesterday I updated from latest stock ROM to ICS Dark Knight 5.5, then for many problems I switched to ICS 4.0.3 ICSSGS RC 4.2 Onecosmic.
Now there's only a pair of problems, but I think these could belong to the same cause:
in the notification bar, it sometimes says it's running out of storage
Gmail works really bad, it takes minutes to send or receive a mail and the refresh button doesn't work
Can anybody help me fixing this?
I was thinking how to reset Gmail: deleting application data doesn't work, is it ok if I delete any file related to Gmail in data/app?
Thanks everybody!
look for datafix script on xda. it should solve your ''low storage'' problem. and for gmail, i'd delete app's data, force close it, then wipe cache and dalvik and fix permissions in recovery. if that doesn't work, you should ask the dev of your rom for some solution.
Try this,
[Script]New "Low Storage" Notification fix
Don't be deleting gmail stuff.

Help
Hi ultradj83
Why not cut your losses and try a more up-to-date rom. ICSSGS now has a newer version but now by Team Nyx (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1677650). If you want to keep the ROM you have just open apps in settings and clear gmail data. If all else fails, try fixing permissions in recovery mode.

[Q] Several things not working

So i'm at a point where my wi-fi wont turn on, background syncing is having problems, cpu is running slow, and i've already restored my phone once.
so far how i managed to **** it up:
-tried editing framework-res.apk causing brick, 4 hours later i manage to restore to stock, reroot, and restore apps/settings through titanium backup
-download one power guard, sees phone is slowing down and it not helping much so remove it
-having issues with background sync, emails don't come in, calendar doesn't automatically update, smartwatch not receiving notifications
-flash a kernel 77.12.22 using the kernel changer on forums
-wi-fi doesnt turn on
-flash back to original kernel with wi-fi still not working
i'm wondering if anyone could point me to what i can do to fix it rather than reflash the stock OS and having to load the backup again
UPDATE: flashed to 77.12.17 and wifi is working again
I still cant figure out how to make the background sync work again for me, it's very frustrating

apps/downloded/widgets

Hi all,
Fairly new Nexus 7 owner.
I have used twrm to flash various roms (paranoidandroid, cleanrom codenameandroid and various others).
I back up my apps/media beforehand with My Backup Root.
After flashing I restore my apps(via My Backup Root) and then I find when I click on the centre button on the Home screen I have APPS (which are all my restored apps), then DOWNLOADED (which has all my apps again) followed by WIDGETS
Can anyone shed any light on this for me
TIA
Seamus

Unable to access Album from Camera

Greetings,
Recently i just updated the Jelly Bean from 4.1.2 to 4.2.2...unfortunately, after installing, i was, and still am, unable to access my album directly from camera. whenever i tried to open the picture i just captured, it goes blank.
any idea?
i already contacted Sony Mobile support in my country (Malaysia), they suggested that i re-install the jelly bean by using given link (painfully, it costs all my saved games and things!). it solved the problem for a moment, but once i restore my phone, it happens again.
any help is very much appreciated.
Right after you re-install and before you did any restoration, can try to take a picture and see whether it works?
What are you using to restore? TitaniumBackup or the native "Backup & Restore"?
Make sure you don't restore any older versions of system files (app + data). Just restore your additional installed apps as per normal.
yes, it worked just fine.
just after i restored, it happens again.
i used normal backup using PC Companion.
Use titanium backup, this is the most powerful...
