[Q] replacement ear phones

Where can i buy in-ear earphone for the Note? the one received with the Note got damaged (by me). can not find a similar piece with volume and media (audio) controls. Please guide if these can be bought from some store in Mumbai.

Yes... I looked up several online Indian sites and equired at leading retail stores. Surprisingly even the most basic accessory with call management system is not available for such an expensive and good phone

Yes... They too have the answer as 'no'. Very very surprising as the phone is doing quite well in India. Ppl will require genuine accessories

I visited ebay.in and found few sellers with the required earphone. But the prices varied a lot and honestly some friends have had issues with products purchased using that site. Though the seller refunds/replaces the product, it is very time consuming process and constant follow up is required. How do these guys have it with them when even samsung retail stores do not, is the question. Anyways thanks for the suggestion.

Because they buy them as Samsung does not seem to be interested.

LG G2 QuickWindow

Would someone please try contacting their local LG service (on facebook for example), asking them for the LG QuickCase.
On my local computer magazine forum i've read that the ones who have bought the G2 should receive the QuickCase.
Note: It may only be for Croatia or at least International d802.
They require:
IMEI, scanned bill i your name, email and phone number.
I hope it really works for all people - which DIDN'T get the quick case.

It is true,at least for us in Croatia. I contacted LG Croatia and they told me to do what is stated in the first post. I did it and now I'm waiting.

I ordered diztronic TPU case and Ballistic case. This one (Quickwindow) I'm getting for free. I wouldn't buy it if I really wanted to protect my phone. Ballistic is for real protection.

I'm thinking about buying one now that support for AOSP is being developed, but I'm not quite sure how it affects the battery

I have one and haven't noticed any adverse battery effects. All four corners are protected and the screen from sliding in and out of pockets. The entire right edge is covered also. The left edge is mostly covered by the flip hinge.

I hit up LG on facebook and got a response stating that they're going to look on to what they can do. I'm in Canada by the way.

Google has no present plans to offer it on Google Play Store

We don't currently offer the LG G Watch R cradle through Google Play. We only have the regular LG G Watch cradle available on Google Play. But, it is offered through Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/Charging-Crad...r+cradle&pebp=1421851473566&peasin=B00PBJ2ZLM. You may also be able to find it on LG's webiste. LG's website is currently blocked, so I can check to see if it is offered there.

I looked through all of our announcements and I don't see it listed there as any plans for it being carried on Google Play. We did start carrying the regular LG G Watch charging cradle, so the 'R' version may be carried as well. But, at this time I don't have a time on when it will become available on Google Play.

Nevermind, the article mentions the Urbane pins are different. Because LG knew we'd want one.

That's cool. I didn't need another, since I already have a spare. I was just saying "we", in the context of "R" owners in general.
Still, I am not pleased with how LG operators. (And this is not my first LG device, so this is not my first time making that statement.) The Urbane and "R" have the same battery. There's no need to make a "different" charger. They could have made the pins on the Urbane in a setting, that would work with our charger. And sell OEM chargers that work for us all.
I once said, I would not buy any more LG products, except Nexus devices. Then, Moto flubbed on making a round smartwatch with a decent battery. So the "R" was the only option for me. I tear through smartwatch battery. I'm hoping Moto gets the 360 v2 right. I might not buy it, unless I I see a real need to. But, it will give me hope for not having to buy LG watches in the future.

Z3C sold out or what..?

I am happy owning a Z3C, what an excellent phone! Since 6 weeks though, I am looking to buy one for my wife too. But there are no more in stock! At least not in Switzerland and afaik also not in Germany.
What is going on here? Sony produces a great phone to a good price and after not even a year on the market there are no devices more available.
Maybe someone on the xda forum can shed some light to this mystery?

Maybe people are hoarding it, I've considered it myself.

According to geizhals.de, there are currently about a dozen German online shops that still have the Z3c in stock.
I assume that Sony needed much of their production facilities for being able to deliver the Z5c in time, so they probably didn't produce Z3c's in the past couple of weeks. However, I really hope that they catch up with the Z3c again since it's a great device! :fingers-crossed:

Looking for the orange one, but you're right, in Germany there are a few left in stock. Am not sure, though, how reliable the "in stock" is... Got som e bad experiences there from earlier purchases.
In Switzerland they are definitely sold out since weeks. The biggest online retailer there (digitec) even took them out of the online shop completely and another (brack) still takes orders but has minus listings on their site, also since weeks.

Best and Reliable way to buy Huawei P9 in USA ?

Hi All,
I'm looking to buy Huawei P9 or P9 plus in USA. What will be best way to get it ? Also if I buy from third party - will Huawei still honor warranty for their device ? I've bad experience in past with LG G4. I bought international edition and LG USA will not touch it although it is known hardware problem in device.
I'm coming from LG G4 and on paper specs looks very similar between two devices. My primary concern is phone camera. I've had great time with LG G4 camera and want to make sure Huawei camera matches or exceeds LG G4 camera.

You can try a few sites. eBay or Amazon are obvious choices. You can also try clove.co.uk. Some eBay sellers do have a warranty, but I'm pretty sure you'll have to go through the seller for the warranty.
