This is a sprint variant
Check your mid/cid and use this if it match http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/ruu_m7_wls_jb_50_sprint_1-29-651-7-zip/

windows 8.1 isnt compatible with fastboot on hboot 1.44
you'll need a win 8.0 or 7 to use fastboot
then you'll be able to ''fastboot getvar all''
and confirm you can use the ruu.zip or the ruu.exe at htc1guru.com. in both cases you need fastboot working to ruu

HTC One RUU issue.

Hi there,
I have a problem with my htc one. I had a rooted stock rom with TWRP recovery.
I wanted to go to 4.2.2 so i tried using an RUU which failed, i probably picked the wrong one. Now my wifi constantly says 'turning on', lots of apps are blank saying no sd card installed and im not sure what to do now.
My baseband is 4A.17.3251.14_10.39.1150.04L and i bought an unlocked uk phone.
Anyone know what i need to do now to get it working again?
Thanks
Please give more info....

What info do you need?
I may be wrong but don't you need stock recovery when running a ruu or be on the same cid or mid. ??? I think more info would help? Did you change any of those ?? Like are you s on or off?

My bootloader says relocked.
I am s-off.

Use twrp usb otg feature.. install rom from usb
Or try adb push.
When connected and booted into recovery what does "adb devices" return?

You're computer's detecting the device just fine.
Put your rom.zip in the same folder as your adb files.
Plug the phone in and boot it into recovery.
Hold shift and right click in the folder with the adb files.
Select open command prompt here.
"adb push rom.zip /sdcard/"
It'll take a while so just leave it alone. It will tell you when its done.
After it's done, flash the rom like normal.

My HTC One is bootloader unlocked and i have installed a custom recovery and a custom rom. It is S-ON.
If i want to make everything stock again, what do i have to do?

Boot into fastboot and use "fastboot oem relock" command. But note, your bootloader will show RELOCKED instead of LOCKED once you do that.

Will HTC repair the phone on warrenty when the bootloader is RELOCKED?

Only with S-OFF you can get it to show LOCKED again. This means few additional steps, it's not hard.
I don't know if HTC repairs RELOCKED phones under warranty.

HBOOT 1.54 doesn't work on Windows 8.1. You can use Ubuntu 32-bit Live CD which doesn't need installation.

first things first make sure your s-off and lock bootloader (if unlocked)
next fastboot oem rebootRUU
then fastboot writecid 11111111
then fastboot flash zip hboot.zip (attached at bottom)
and fastboot reboot (it should now reboot into bootloader.)
let me know when your finished.
