[ROM] MiniCM9-3.0.0 [1/4/12]ICS 4.0.4/CM9 port for the Χ8

Hello all,
anybody can help please after installing the [ROM] MiniCM9-3.0.0 [1/4/12]ICS 4.0.4/CM9 port for the Χ8 i am getting bootloop i followed all the procedure
but phone keep repooting

i have the problem too, but after i flashed the sim hotfix it will work perfect. try to remove sim from device and test if minicm9 will work now.
if yes so flash the sim hotfix, if it wont work reflash hole rom and hotfixes.

Maybe. You forget about Flash nAa ICS Kernel First?
Or Wait for other PRO help.

try redownload kernel and rom

-Flash the kernel.
-Eveytime after flashing a new kernel,DELETE DALVIK CACHE (Make it habit!!!)
Full wipe alone doesnt help
Evey kernel requires time to build its OWN DALVIk
-wipe battery stats
-factory reset
-flash the rom
- wait for 4-5 minutes...

Keep in mind that first boot can take up to 5 minutes.

I have a x10 mini with ROM minicm7-2.2.0 and naa 11, and I put minicm9.3.0.0 version but the download links do not appear for the x10 mini only for x8, my question is I can put the version for x8 in my mini x10

How I do with every Rom :
1.Flash Kernel
2.Wipe
3.Flash New ROM + Gapps if need
4.Boot up
Never had a bootlop problem.

yeah you can try it (do it at your own risk)
-change lcd setting to 120 in build.prop
++ copy some stuff like semcRIL,akmd2,vold...heck it tough and many more to make it fully working port
in short you can use it on x10 mini BUT it wont be a fully working port.
EDIT- Dont try it until unless you know what you are doing !!!!....LEAVE IT U WILL BRICK YOUR PHONE

Does anybody managed to put Fancy Widgets on home screen? For me it doesn't show in widgets menu and I can't find any other way to use it.
(Ofc using nAa ICS & kernel)

If anybody have problems with bootloops , i suggest to install Gapps cuz first i install without them and i got bootloop , but then i installed Gapps as well and now everything is workin OK

Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe dalvic cache
Install ROM
Install 2 hot fixes given by nobodyatall

[Q]How to boot my ace

Guys, please help me regarding my device, i've recently flashed the PAC rom by nims, my instruction for me of one of xda members, {go to cwm/mount and storage/format data and format system/wiped data and wipe cache partition/and flash} every thing's fine and booted, but when i've change my mind want to go back to my edited rom, i'm just stuck on galaxy ace logo.... but when i flash again PAC rom.. success, others rom wont boot up.. someone help me please

THANKS for response guys, i have managed to revive my ACE, i just downloaded a fresh ROM and flash it, i dont know whats happened last night.. maybe its because i've formated the system and data in mounts and storage at CWM..

I have installed the latest build of CM10.1 to my Galaxy Mini.
The problem is that my home button now does not work.
I have tried different builds from different dates, including last nights, but the home button just will not work.
Any ideas?

try clean install, like this: wipe your data, wipe cache partition, before install the rom

I installed the stock Jelly Bean LQ4 again, and on the setup screen appeared google.com.gapps stopped, I click ok, I went to WIFI screen and the keyboard didn't show up, if I clicked ignore appeared "stopped secsetupwizard" I downgrade to 2.3.6 , reinstalled the Jelly Bean LQ4 and the same thing happened, I downgrade again, installed cwm, did all the wipes, I installed the Jelly Bean LQ4 and the error persisted.

No, I gave factory reset after installed the Gingerbread and then installed the LQ4, and always giving error in Setup Wizard.

Then do a reset even with LQ4.

After instaling JB, do factory reset from recovery. If you do before, it doesn't mean anything.

Well I had problems with playstore after trying some of the first cm10 alpha. Hm, I suggest you to try to deodex your system with Frapeti's method. You have flashable zips in dev section. See if that helps.

2. Install the rom
3. Make the wipes and formatting
4. Use the rom.

Yes. This is just for deodexing: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2095301
And for ROMs, choose one from our dev section, for JB. They have [ROM] prefix in title.

See if that problem with setup is fixed after installing deodexed. Not needed for custom rom. You even can install custom rom to try to fix that.

It's not in ROM? Ask ROM maker to provide you. Or use phonesky.apk from deodexed zip, just push it to system/app. You can copy it with some root explorer too.

Try this in attachment, install it with CWM. If not working ask ROM maker for help, like I said first time.

Exactly had the same problem, followed the instruction here and was able to recover it and 20140405 is up and running again!

Confirmed.
Only flashed Semaphore 3.4.3 with heimdall, as advised in official development thread [NIGHTLY][ROM][4.4] CyanogenMod 11 for Samsung Galaxy S.
Did the job for me, therefore kudos to the guys over there.
That will teach me to read devel-thread before upgrading, hehe ...
