not signal at all? did you try Official CM? for a stock based rom? remember to configure APN properly, check this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2496075
First I would try another sim if there is a chance to do so, to make sure the problem is really device related. If your problem persists there are quite a few threads to go through for this problem (search for "RIL" or "no signal")

Who can help me flash cm 7.1?

I dont know about bootloader, havent simlock.
Sent from my E16i using XDA
this rom needs unlocked bootloader and custom kernel. if you have 12W04, you can't unlock BL, so you can't flash custom kernel. therefore you can't use this rom, if you want gingerbread try GingerDX
But one time there was fix for error 7! Of how install cm on stock kernel?

Hi guys. just gonna ask,
I've seen and learned about the build number, and the builds that i come across reading the forums isn't like mine.
Mine is JZO54K.I8190NZSAMC1 so i don't know if it is compatible when it comes to flashing ROM and kernels and other tinkering the OS stuffs to my build. Thanks to your answers in advance.
As long as the rom is for your device, lets say you got the 8190L then you can only flash 8190L roms

It depends does the rom include your model? if it does give it a go
i think it does include my model but to be sure since it's my first time flashing custom roms. i flashed enox revenge and it's going smoothly no noticeable bugs yet. thank you for confirming. now i have peace of mind when it comes to flashing stuffs.

Glad it worked out in the end for you! I tried enox revenge, but i wanted more of a s4 feel so i went with dmod. Both are excellent roms very stable to stuttering or anything.
i've read the thread about dmod. doesn't it drain your battery fast? i think that's one issue of the dmod right? and to fix that you have to flash something (which i've forgotten).
btw thank you again!

Hi my friend has a problem with his S3 mini his first custom rom flash was cyangenomod 11.0 4.4.2 he had no problems apart from battery drain, he has flashed a few other kit Kat Roms had no problems, just a bit rubbish so he flashed carbon 4.4.2 and his 3g did not work ever since, no kit Kat Roms work with 3g any more since carbon, he is currently using pacrom 4.3.1 with no problems, but he would like to use carbon 4.4.2 as this rom has particular features which are better than other roms. Is there away to fix this? He ask on Maclaw (novafusion) but no reply.

Right I've got him to flash the latest baseband but still no luck the preferred network has changed from 4g to 3g so it has done something, I got him to email novafusion, but he said that he's had no reply, stock rom works with 3g, but 3g does not work at all with kitkat roms

Hi
Sorry for the stupid question but I never did it before-
1. I'm from Israel.. If I flash through Odin the new FW from Argentina, there will be still option for Hebrew in it?
2. If I'm already on xxlqe, after flashing do I need to wipe everything or I can stay with my apps and settings?

1.
I am on CM 11 by TC now and I do not know if CM adds languages ir is it only baseband related.
It was LQE (Poland) based flash.
I got hebrew language.
2.
If you are changing stock JB -> another stock JB it might be enough to wipe cache / dalvik (no need factory reset).
Worst case scenario - you will do factory reset after flashing new version, when discovered some errors in usage
As usual: before changing ROMs - do nandroid backup
Thanks for the reply!
Another question- is there big difference between the FWs?
