I wish Samsung didn't make different models for every carrier, it makes everything so confusing!
I hardly see this model number SM-G730A anywhere and only see the i8190 model number for the S3 Mini.

i have just ordered a galaxy note from telus here in canada..
but thanks to their wonderful tech support and very informative web site...
i have no idea what model it will be until it shows up at my door..
i feel like a fool, but can anyone tell me the model number of the telus Samsung galaxy note?
and where to get a good solid case like a otterbox??
( are cases interchangeable with the international model of the phone and others?)
thanks for helping a fool who orders online...
The service provider model of Galaxy Note in Canada is SGH-i717. Unlock international version is GT-N7000
My friend bought a used galaxy S, model displayed in his phone is SGH-i9000, whereas in mine is GT-i9000, I am wondering if these are same models?
Yeah, most likely same phone.
However, to be sure, go to settings->about device. There it will display the phone model.
Also, when starting the phone, it should display the model name.
GT-i9000 and SGH-i9000 are the same, but name in use is GT-i9000 or just i9000. SGH was used previously in older models which mostly didnt support android. But it can vary in other countries. But both names are applies to exactly same phone, so they are same
same look?
Before anything greetings to all I have a query I have the tablet galaxy tab s2 model sm-t815c from taiwan or china (one of the two is) I'm waiting and waiting but does not appear the update to marshmallow, is still in lollipop 5.02, I was looking for information on various websites but nothing for my model, which I wanted to know is, if I install the rom from another model i.e. galaxy tab s2 sm-t815N0 of Korea , It has marshmallow, I doubt because with Android as much as I did was to put his hand to a galaxy s2 and then never more it touches anything, would have some problem of bricks or something so? The two devices have the same hardware, processor, connectivity etc, just change the bands, the other question that arises is that the lte bands are different, my country uses lte 4 aws which have rom Korean, and the mi has it, if I change it the bw4 on my device to be activated in order to use it?
Forgiveness by ask both, not want to put the leg and meet me with a super brick.
Sorry for my english i used the traductor
as title.
the exact model number is either SM-T810 or T813. I haven't bought it yet but thinking buying one of these 2 models.
so what was your question?
Has anyone ever tried replacing the frame of G900A? I'm planning to revive an old Galaxy S5 AT&T variant that have seen better days. I found a shop online that still sells legit Samsung S5 frames but obviously no G900A, the options available are G900H, G900F, G9006V, G9008V, G900F, G9008W, G9009D, and maybe more. The only model I found virtually similar to G900A would be H and F, the others have sim cards on the sides of battery instead of the top or dual sim variant. That said, I'd appreciate it if someone can confirm that G900H or G900F is suitable for G900A.
Thank you very much.
H is for the Exynos model and F is for the Snapdragon
