PLEASE PLEASE HELP
Ok so my phone is rooted, i installed anim mod and when i was installing one of the mods from the app i had to reboot. i rebooted but the phone loaded up as far as the Galaxy S logo and then went black and the lights of the buttons stayed on.
Ok so i could get into the recovery mode, but i tried all the options there tried clearing everything and it said it did but everytime i rebooted same thing kept happening.
So finally after freaking out i got on youtube and found a video called "How To Restore The Samsung Captivate To Factory Firmware With Odin3 One Click Downloader". not realising captivate isnt exactly the same phone as gt i9000. (sorry cant post the link)
I downloaded the drivers and started using odin3 one click downloader. so i got into download mode then plugged in usb and done the fix but...
Now im stuck with a screen flashing saying "at&t world phone" and neither the recovery mode or download mode will work at all i tried numerous times.
Experts please i would be so grateful if you could help me out
also my warranty is obv void now im guessing, is there a way of paying samsung to get it fixed or do i need a warranty or can i buy a warranty??
Thanks guys

Can we presume that you do know how to access download mode ??
and you have followed the instructions for download recovery with the jig .
If so and it fails you need a Samsung Service Centre .

Good evening everyone,
Just a heads up that ANY input on this issue is appreciated, basically whats going on is I have the Galaxy S GT-I9000(international version) with Cyanogen Mod 7 installed and after rebooting my phone and clearing the cache I cannot get into the clockwork mod to recovery or clear caches or anything, however I CAN get into download mode but the device is unrecognized by the pc, ive tried anything imaginable to fix this.. changing computers, multiple drivers including the android sdk one but the phone refuses to boot past the gt-i9000 screen, as i said it can get into download mode but odin or hemidal suite do not recognize it and obviously kies does not as well.
any help in this situation is very much appreciated, the original issue was that it was stuck on the cyanogen mod loading screen but after restarting phone a few times it wouldnt even get past the gt-i9000 screen or into the clockword mod recovery, i think it may have to do with the actual hardware itself connecting to the pc, i seriously doubt its anything to do with software but anything i can try is very much appreciated.
ps i have tried multiple usb cords as well.
thanks in advance
andrew
Use jtag to put it in download mod
It is a driver issue , try the one from : http://androiddrivers.net/samsung-android-drivers/download-nexus-s-drivers/
Yep, try Nexus drivers, they will probably work.
Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA App
Hello everyone I am sure that there is a lot of this thread going.
But I think mine is even worse.
the problem:
I rooted the device, everything worked fine ( did it with card reader - because my pc can not recognize the device had the problem a long time ago, somehow it worked then, but does not now, giving me the code 10 and 43
I think my USB port on the SAMSUNG might be damaged, because it does recharge but wont connect at all, tried kies, tried all the debugging modes, drivers, turning off the computer, rebooting all that stuff..)
The main problem is I flashed the cwm, rebooted, worked fine, then I clicked the do Backup thing and from then I can only go to yellow "downloading" or samsung logo, cannot even use that "Odin" because my USB is apparently damaged.. Any Ideas at all other than taking the phone and throwing it into the dumpster?
it is gt-s5830
my system is Win7-64bit
any help will be deeply appreciated ...

Hi there
you will need to give a usb jigg service to your device and then flsah it back to stock using odin
SGA s5830 stuck @ boot logo
I follwed these steps before it stuck @ boot logo
1 rooted phone through root_S5830.zip file
2 then used 6.0.4.6-cooper_fix.zip cwm recovery
3 decided to flash Touchwiz-Resurrected_ROM_V1.0.zip rom
4 followed all steps to flash thrrough CWM recovery
phone reebots samsung.com logo>> samsung boot animation shows up>>samsung name appears again keeps glowing and phone restarts!!!
after it I tried 6-7 different roms then i tried to flash through odin but wasnt able to do so but failed the device showed up in odin but wasnt able to flash stock rom
then i decided to go for Phil touch recovery I installed Philtouch recovery and tried to flash a custom rom now I'm stuck again at boot name GALAXY ACE s5830 nothing goes further!!!
I searched over XDA and some guy quoted this problem is solvable by using odin and putting phone in downloading mode (vol- button+home button + Power on ) I am able to put my phone in downloading mode, but when i conncet it to PC it says USB device not recognized WTF!!!!!???? 10 mins ago i connected my Phone using same cable same port same odin now this ***** appears ???
I swapped PC's, Cables, ports everything nothings working , phone wont start stuck @ boot logo pls help ASAP :crying:
That's it.. You have hard bricked your phone that's dead recovery and dead download mode. Give your phone the usb jigg service which will force it to go to either the download mode or the recovery mode whatever you want.
Hello guys,
I have samsung galaxy note 5 SM-920C that is stuck in restart loop, I'm super noob in rooting and other stuff, basically I turned off the developer mode in the settings and the phone got stuck on the samsung logo, and I cannot connect it to the PC tried everything from drivers to 4 other pcs at home, but nothing paid off, tried to connect my other Samsung J7 boom directly recognized.
I wondering if there is a way to just make it work again it is my main phone and I have many authentications on it. PS: phone won't even go to recovery mode nothing accept the download mode for ODIN. and on the loop screen there is blocked by FRP.
Thanks to all

Hi all! First of all my name is Matias, I'm new here and I'm no expert modding or repairing phones. I've done some tweaks, flashing some roms in old devices but nothing complicated. I'm happy that this forums exists as I've found helping comments or threads more than once. Today I signed in because I can't solve a problem with a phone I'm trying not to throw away.
I have a Samsung J5 Prime (SG570M) that is stuck in download mode. I have already flashed the stock rom with Odin (both last version) and when the flashing ends, it says 'succesful' in Odin, but when the phone reboots it doesn't boot up, the screen remains black. It's not a bootloop because the samsung logo doesn't even appear. Any suggestion what could it be or what should I do? I already tried changing PC, USB port and cables.
Any help would be awesome, thanks in advance!

If you haven't used the 4-file flashing firmware in Odin, you should.
Hey, thanks for answering! Yeah, I have used the 4-file firmware and followed all recommended steps from the sammobile guide. Don't know what else to do :/
