About the Slow Motion, Sound and FPS

Hey i'm new at forum and i have some questions about Moto g (2 generation)
In slow motion mode i read they record at 60fps and playback at 15fps (i used MKVToolNix GUI to convert to 60fps, it's amazing)
1 - There's a way to make the cellphone record and save at 60fps ?
2 - There's a way to save slow motion sound?
And there's an app called L Camera
1 - The L Camera is only for Nexus, but there's a way to make work in moto g ?
2 - There is any other app and software changes that make they record in 60fps?

Force EIS on 60FPS video recording?

Hi all, is there any mod to force EIS to enable when recording in 60FPS or does it only work for 30FPS? I don't know why xiaomi didn't enable it for 60FPS video recording - the hardware is very capable of doing so.

I think it is hardware specific and can't get through software
