Anybody know where I can get the latest rogers firmware with camera ota? I would like to unroot so that I'm prepared for the 4.4 update but can't find the rogers ota file to flash.

Here's the fxz files to flash with rsdlite http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2411618
I'm not moving to kitkat through the ota, I'll wait for a flashable zip. Not willing to lose all my data nor do I wish to rsdlite for the third time, 3 strikes I'm out

Hello guys,
I have an Moto X from ATT and i cant unlock the Bootloader for a root.
I have read many threads and i am a little bit confused which one i have to choose.
Is the thread from "Jcas" SlapyMoto at the moment the only way to root.
Thanks for your help or do you have other ways to root?

Nope not correct. If your on 4.2.2 post camera update you use slapmymoto + the disable write protection after you finish the disable write protection you follow the rockmymoto thread and take the 4.4 ota. We haven't gotten 4.4.2 on at&t yet so your good.
MOTO X Slapped

Unless you mean after you have completed Slapmymoto and are rooted, about not accepting any OTA's, I believe that is correct, to not take any OTA after
Ive tried bout 5 times to install TWRP the same way i did on my G2 and it just Fastboots
Whats the steps to get around this or will this Recovery.img not work for D950
openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.0-f340k (1) <----File I downloaded ....and the file that keep fastbooting my xtra newish Phone

Ty 4 yer Reply!
So I've been bouncing back and forth between 4.2 and 4.4 playing around with stuff. Last night I downloaded kk update as I've done several times. Except this time it wouldn't update and a messagep popped up saying I'm suspected of rooting. So be warned, at&t has probably changed the update package.

Towelroot was the easiest root method i EVER used. I confirm it works on d950. Do it up

But is this going to happen. Shod we stay on 4.4.2 and not upgrade to 4.4.4

I believe a respected dev already told us Samsung devices are not vulnerable to this.
Ok
