If I seen it then I wouldn't have posted, I couldn't find anywhere if there's a custom recovery
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
The answer is No because of the locked bootloader.

ima get some winkin in too lol
To the OP, when they hack the bootloader on our phones we can then start using custom recoveries and ROMs. Nothing but root until then.

Unless Hashcode gets safestrap working then we can flash custom roms but being restricted to the stock kernel. Well, there is a chance for kernels to but this is all still in its infancy.

Yes

Same here. Kingo works. Ver 2.0 should be approved by XDA. Ver 1.whatever they have now doesn't have our IMEI's...Its all good to me. Works like a charm.
Same here rooted MJ5 with Kingo. Installed Wanam..Xposed Installer got my Adaway back..Titanium Backup. Got rid of all the At&t bloat and Samsung bloat ni custom lock Knox is 0x0 and Warranty us 0x0.

So with kingo i can root my at&t galaxy note 3 on 4.3?
Sent from my LG-G2 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Yes you can root using Kingo on MJ5
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using xda app-developers app
Nobody has proved that Kingo is malware. I used it on MI9. Unrooted with their oneclick unroot when I heard At&T was pushing an OTA to MJ5. Once it was back to stock, I did the OTA to MJ5 then rooted again with Kingo. Installed Wanam..Xposed Installer..Titanium Backup..Adaway...and Greenify. All has been great. Froze At&t ota update using Titanium as well as these apps

[Q] Stock kk root

Is there still no root method for stock kk? And if not would it be possible to Odin flash to jb or is the boot loader gonna cause problems with that?

We have no root for 4.4.2 at the moment and you cannot flash back to 4.3 due to locked bootloaders. :banghead:
