For the start - on what version of Android are you now?

for both 2.3.6 and 4.1.2 .. no difference ... and if you have both ..then i would really appriciate ... if you have for another version of android then let me know...but for now i can be both on 2.3.6 and 4.1.2

I do not have odin flashable. But do this:
Root: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2087424
Install Universal kernel flasher and some root exlorer from play store
Install CoCore EP with Universal kernel flasher, download and unpack kernel.bin.md5 from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2140597
Reboot.
We have kernel and custom recovery on the same partition, so you must install it with kernel.

You can install it from the play store, and install some root explorer like ES File explorer. Copy kernel.bin.md5 to sd card, in app browse for kernel and install it.

UKF is compatibile with any CoCore, it might give you warning if it is some CoCore that is not added to its database, but you can ignore warning and install. Yes, you will have CWM permanently. There will be no problems for phone with it.

thanks bro and one more question is can i flash this cocore zip package through stock recovery while device is rooted ? then i will have recovery ???

No, you can do it when you install it first time. It needs CWM, it is for updating. You must do it the way I told you.

Or you can use shaan temporary CWM (I test and use it myself)
Download the "update.zip" from the thread, then flash the zip using stock recovery...
It works on ALL versions of android (yeah, even on 2.3.6)
Then if you want cocore, just flash the zip of cocore through recovery and done it, you got cocore on your phone...
Just don't forget to read the cocore thread and always remember cocore kernel only works at stock jb 4.1.2 based ROMs...

CoCore = permanent, Shaaan's CMW = temp.
P.S. And you can flash CoCore ZIP with that temp, then you get permanent. If you do not want to use Univeral kernel flasher.

I've downloaded the Cocore 6.8 kernel. It is a zip file.
Now my question is Wetherby to flash the zip file or the md5 file in it. There are also other files in the zip . And as I said I'm gonna use "universal kernel flash tool" which is mentioned in the Cocore thread.
Thanks!

The rom is now avalible
As I found in another thread that the deodex version of the ROM has bootloop , I have decided to flash the official version first and then root it. I have not done anything before on my stock 4.1.2 I.e no CWM or root . For this ROM is it sufficient to keep system recovery or I have to install cwm recovery , after flashing through Odin does the warranty violated ? Please clear my doubt and also provide Odin link .
Thanks in advance .One more question, what about lag compare to 4.1.2 ?

We do not have to unlock bootloader.
Install CoCore kernel, you will get custom recovery. And install ROM with it.
1. ROOT.
2. CoCore.
For first install of CoCore do this: Install Universal kernel flash, and some explorer with root permissions like Root explorer or ES file explorer. Download CoCore zip, unpack it and use kernel.bin.md5 file with Universal kernel flash. After that you will get CWM or TWRP (depends what CoCore version you choose). From that part you can change kernel by installing its zip from recovery.
3. Download JB custom ROM, copy to phone - and install it from recovery.

When you flash stock JB firmware (not ROM) you get all stock, ready to pass warranty.
If you want to go to GB, you need to follow guide how to do that. Because you will get bootloop if you just flash GB from Sammobile.

[Q] Flash CWM

Hi!
Can I just download cwm from here https://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager and flash it via stock recovery like I had done with all my other phones? (Stock android 4.1.2)
I read many forums about that I have to flash Philz kernel first and use odin but is it necessary anymore? I also tried to look different kernel+cwm versions from Philz but newest download doesnt have any different kernel version (or I just dont find them).
You will need to use philz to root. On this phone recovery is in kernel.

That's that's one of the latest.. Match the rom version you have any other the kernel name and flash that.. Then you will be able to flash any rom but kitkat.

I can't help then, sorry.
For the Note 1, all recoveries are hardcoded into kernels. To Odin flash a recovery you are entering the kernel itself also, unless you can ask your ROM creator to install other recoveries into their kernel.
