Is there a fix for this?
I've read that its related to the Memory Leak in lollipop?
Could someone please tell me how to resolve this.

Are you rooted? You can try to uninstall and reinstall it. Maybe someone has a flashable zip or you can do it with the help of Aroma gapps.

If you don't want to install/reinstall playstore (for it's a system app) you can try aroma gapps because there you can decide what you want to flash. Uncheck everything you don't need and just flash playstore. Just an idea.
You can also uninstall playstore with titanium and move the new playstore apk to system with a file manager like root explorer.

@Wiked.95
Myself and other members would like to help however we need you to better state your question.
What do you want to deactivate?
What do you want to uninstall?
And for what reason?
Thanks!

Unless you trying to track, locate or wipe another smartphone/tablet/watch remotely from an Android device, there's no need to install it from the Play Store.
With newer versions of Android, 'Find My Device' is built into the operating system.
(Settings > Security & Location > Device Admin Apps)
To provide better security, it's assigned as a Device Administrator.
Meaning it can't be uninstalled.
And it's always running unless you deactivate it manually.
For someone else to deactivate it, they would need your security credentials (password, fingerprint or face).
Is it possible to finally remove this pesky thing on this last update iteration?!
Did somebody tried?
Thank You all!

Thank You on Your answer but to be honest that's not my question. I didn't asked about procedure itself, I have asked is it possible to uninstall this APK without "mysterious" error in ADB shell, [Failure -1000] or something like that, when one tries to uninstall those particular APK's?! I don't won't to just disable those APK's, I would like to uninstall them from currently working OS (I'm totally aware that with this they are not uninstalled - deleted "forever" because they are still in image itself and after factory reset they are still there but that's OK, at least they are removed from currently deployed OS). This JAVA application for which You have gave me a link is nothing more but nice GUI for ADB shell and I don't have a need for something like that, but thank You anyway!

Maybe issue lays in currently disabled state of APK?!
Maybe APK must be in enabled state to be uninstalled, not in disabled state (I have earlier disabled this APK because that's maximum I could do in this time)?
Nope!
Previously disabled APK is not the issue!
So i have a poco x3 nfc that keeps rebooting, and i don't mean bootloop sometimes it's rebooting and also i cannot open apps, since this is my new phone im really panicking so please help me.
It's most likely an app that causes this issue, try uninstalling the apps that you don't need - especially apps that require root permission - and if the problem is solved then it's one of the apps.
You can try denying root permission to the apps that require it and wait for 1 or 2 days.
uhhhh it's new, the only app that needs root is termux

It's still an app, if you didn't notice... And I said all apps, not just root apps.
Also some system apps can cause this. Remember that your device isn't supposed to be rooted.
yeah but what should i delete?
oh it just rebooted

Wait and see if your phone reboots.
Man, why root when you're so incompetent? If you want to get free WiFi so much just go to a cafe.
All the apps work in safe mode and also no, it's not rebooting
