Great I have the same setup. Have you downloaded the Android SDK ?
Do you have ADB and Fastboot already in a folder on your windows PC ?
If you don't have ADB or Fastboot your going to need them and your going to need to set them up in a folder easy to access.
For example I have mine in C:\Android\ADB folder.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First step in getting ADB and Fastboot is to download the Android SDK
I have vivid 2.2 ? I need obligatory fastboot? Ok perfect.. next step bro?

I use all in one hasoon 2000 toolkit to flash kernels and recovery
Sent from my De-Sensed HTC Vivid using xda premium
1. Move recovery.img to the folder where fastboot and ADB are located.
2. Launch CMD
3. Change Directory to the folder where your ADB and Fastboot are loacated.
4. Boot phone into bootloader with fastboot usb enabled.
5. Run the command fastboot boot (recoveryname).img
6. Phone should boot into recovery then flash the kernel as if you were flashing a rom.
7. Reboot = Done.
I try because use all in one thanks so much for the support bro!

Hi,
I need a bit of help on an accident I had.
I have a Galaxy S with the [AOSP][4.2.2][UNOFFICIAL] SuperNexus 2.0 - I90 rom, but somehow I made a mistake and ended up erasing the internal sd card storage so now my phone doesn't work (it's stuck at the rom boot logo). I tried to install the rom again using an external sd but couldn't do it. Is there anyway for me to get my phone up and running again?
Thanks!

You could try falshing with Odin on 2.3.6 again and then flash back to 4.x
With download modus that should work.
But no promisses
Go to download mod using 3 botton combo and flash 2.3.6 GB with Odin ;and come back to jb surly it will work.

Thanks for the answers, I'll try that.
By the way, I forgot to mention that I'm able to boot to recovery. Does that make any difference?
Sure;flash the ROM again and reboot.

my problem is that since I erased the internal storage and now I can't boot properly I'm not being able to make my phone be recognized by my computer while in recovery so that I can copy the rom to the phone again.
Any idea on how I can manage that?
After my knowledge computer can't recognize phone in recovery mod;tray with Odin in download mod.

Actually I found out, a bit by accident, that in recovery if we go to mounts and storage and mount the usb storage the computer recognizes the phone's internal mem and allows to copy stuff in it. I managed to copy the rom back on the phone again and I'm now installing it again.
Anyways, thank you all for the tips
Happy for you and good lac;story for my bad English!!!

when I flash a custom Rom on s3 my all media like song video photos in sd card
now htc one now have internal storage no sd card slot my all media is deleted if I flash custom Rom
any solution for that

Your media will remain unless you choose to do a full format when you flash a ROM.
if you wipe data from a custom recovery then your internal storage will not be wiped.
Umm if you unlock bootloader your data is wiped

I have an old nexus one, which I'm trying to set up for my kids to play games on.
It's currently running cyanogenmod 7 and I tried to just to a factory reset, but it's now stuck in a boot loop.
I'm hoping to just download and flash a stock rom in the hopes of getting it working again. But the only way I've ever flashed it and the only instructions I can find all flash a zip from the sd card, but this phone no longer has an sd in it.
Does anyone have any advice on flashing without an sd?

Adb sideload through a compatible recovery

Thanks, I'll look into that.

The only compatible recovery I can find is twrp, which constantly fails to do things because it's trying to mount an sd card that isn't there...

There's amonra clockwork and 4ext also, of hand not sure what has sideload functionality
Can you not borrow a sdcard for a bit and then return it?

Rooted the device, trying to reset it and it just keeps rebooting. Is there a recovery installed still that I can use to do it? Will flashing the 4.4 recovery break root?
