Question - Samsung Galaxy Mini

How to install Google Play Store 4.5.10 on Chocobread v3.2?

As far as I know (since I'm not using Gingerbread ROMs anymore), it will auto-update itself to newest version.
So, if you didn't receive any update that's mean the ROM is unsupported.

[Q] nexus one ota updates???

i have cyanogen 7 installed on my nexus one. can i install the official updates again or is there another way to update my phone and still have a custom rom????
No you will never get updates on a custom rom, and no a custom rom will never get any OTA updates from google. Custom roms will only get updates from the people who created the ROM e.g Cyanogen for a Cyanogen Mod Update
As I posted in your other thread, if you are just wanting an up-to-date android version, CM 7.1.0 is already based off of 2.3.7 (which isn't even available for the N1 from Google).

[Q] Google Apps

Do they call it play store or g apps? I just installed the latest slim rom in my N7000, where can I find the latest apps store? shall I use one that is modified to work with my slim N7000, or the apps are usually the same for all roms?
thnx
Slim GApps include PlayStore, which you should flash after the ROM.
ROM + GApps > Profit!

So no Google Maps 7 for our phone?

Even the mid-range Samsung phones such as Galaxy Ace 2 officially supports Google Maps 7 from Google Play. The LG-P880 seems to stuck at Google Maps 6.14 forever....
I'm using Maps 7.7 on my p880 with CM11 Nightly.... You mean on LG's stock ROM perhaps?
Yes, I am on stocked LG JB 4.1.2 ROM. I am not into custom ROM yet. Galaxy ACE 2 with stocked JB 4.1.2 ROM gets Google Map 7.x updates. Hence I don't understand why can't mine get the updates, too.
V7 can be manually installed on stock, but it has bugs with flickery screen for some reason

Thanks althafvly,
I tried Darky rom and CM which were gingerbread based but no success
after that i flashed slimrom 4.4.2 so i got access to google acc.
nw after that i m stabilized on CM9 so may be google has blocked access for GB roms or GB Gapps

Google has blocked login to Google Accaunts on old versions of android due to low security level.
So what is the solution if i want to use lower version of android?
bcos here in my country many people still use GB version of android if they format there phone once they will not get access to google play store again
Its better upgrade to kitkat or jellybean
Ya but low spec phones dont run good on these android versions

Can you install GAPPS on top of the Stock Rom?

Any issue if I install GAPPS over the stock rom?
Reason being, I like having the latest updates on the ASOP apps.
Currently on 6.0 - Version 24.221.7

ttt
While it shouldn't hurt, you should just be able to install which ever "updated" apps you want from the Play Store.
