can you get into custom recovery or is it gone too?
If it's gone get TWRP 2.6.3.3 >> http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.3-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Then sideload this Rom
http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/guru_reset_m7_3-62-401-1-zip/
From TWRP / Advanced / Sideload
from PC adb /fastboot folder /command prompt here
adb sideload guru_reset_m7_3-62-401-1-zip
if you want OTA update choose Yes install stock recovery during Rom install and No to Root

Your bootloader must be UNLOCKED. not re/locked.
TWRP 2.6.3.3 is installed, adb is working. Funny enough, adb stops working with TWRP 2.7.
..adb sideload of Android_Revolution_HD-One_53.0 seems to work, go through the install questions, but never gets past HTC logo on reboot.
...flashed boot.img from HD-53 after sideload just in case, no change
...did factory reset in twrp, as well as wiping cache in twrp.. no change

Did you md5 checked both your recovery and your rom before flashing?
Btw, you need a locked or relocked bootloader to flash a ruu with S-ON... Thats why you got the signature fail.

Didn't do md5 check, but twrp 2.6.3.3 comes up as expected, and AD-53 installs as expected.
The bootloader was relocked for the RUU zip install.. I thought I read somewhere that it was because there is no OS present, or something.

you are S-ON, you can't use decrypted RUU! With s-on you can only use SIGNED ruu

Thanks, I'll give that a shot once it finishes downloading. I was coming to the same conclusion but was stuck on trying to figure out why sideloading wasn't working. I guess the firmware is corrupt or some such? First time messing with an HTC and the world of RUUs
Will report back..

You should be able to use this RUU: ruu_m7_ul_k44_sense55_mr_htc_europe_4-19-401-9_r_radio_4a-23-3263-28_10-38r-1157-04l_release_353069_signed_2-1-exe
There is all so an OTA update you can get if it doesn't automatically down load.
Thanks I try it

M7_WLS = Sprint so use a sprint RUU
your bootloop issue is probably because you are trying to flash GSM rom not compatible with the sprint variant.

htc1guru.com but this site is currently down
(link removed)
save it in the same folder where you have fastboot and adb on your computer, rename it ruu "ruu.zip" to make it easier in the command prompt
open a command prompt from that folder (or cd to that folder)
Code:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip ruu.zip
fastboot flash zip ruu.zip
fastboot reboot
Do not do what said above if your computer is running windows 8. Must be done using Win7, Linux or MacOS.

Do not relock the bootloader, your phone is s-off so relocking the bootloader is not needed. Better to leave it unlocked.

Did the file complete when you downloaded from the internet?
If MD5/SHA1 are available, I would check it. (Hashtab is good if you're in Windows).
If that is not the problem, then I don't know. I'm too new.

Did you used supersu 2.46? Also keep in mind that you can only flash recovery / roms compatible with the sprint CDMA variant (M7WLS) everything you'll find here is for the GSM variant and won't work on your phone.
