alrighty people my phone is finally rooted after a long time of learning HTC
So I now have the root access but the phone must be on ENGLISH only. Root does not work in case the language was Arabic. What do I do?

I want to gain root access when my device is on Arabic language as well as it does when it's on English.

so you have already unlocked bootloader and custom recovery installed?
if yes, flash custom rom and select Arabic during setup. Root doesn't care what language you use.

Yes I unlocked bootloader and twrp recovery installed but I didn't know that I should have selected Arabic during setup :/

If you can understand English it doesn't matter what language you chose. Flash custom Rom and select Arabic language during setup and all will be good.

you don't have Spanish pre-installed? generally, the pre-installed languages are German, Italian, English, French, and Spanish.
on device, go to -> Settings -> Region+Language
which HD7 do you have?
power off device -> hold volume down, power on device.
will bring you to a Tri-Color screen, aka Bootloader... what PD21xxxx number?
pull battery to leave screen.

alright, well, i assume you aren't Dev or Introp unlocked nor have R/HSPL..?
only option, that i know of, would be to flash a new ROM.
the latest TMOUS Shipped ROM, i know, has Spanish pre-installed.
link in my signature.
a Shipped ROM is a stock ROM. flashing a new ROM will erase all data.

SIM unlocked? no, shouldn't affect it.
i have the same on my TMOUS HD7. SIM Unlocked and on AT&T.
i have flashed numerous ROMs.
gimme a hand with that what custom rom i need to download and gimme a tutorial for do it thanks alot

tutorial in my signature.
any Custom ROM for Schubert should have Spanish pre-installed.
also, stock TMOUS Shipped ROMs should, too.

Bootloader is 2.9..? weird...
i suggest flashing the TMOUS 3.01.531.02's SPL_Signed.nbh with task00.
then RSPL.
then HSPL, if desired.
then flash Custom ROM with task29.
then flash Radio with task00, if desired.
and everything gonna be ok? unlock sim state? and everything?
and other question by the way can i jailbreak? for install unsigned apps

as long as all flashes are successful, yes.
SIM unlock should remain, yes.
you'll lose all data on device with ROM flash.
all Custom ROMs are already 'jailbroken.'

ERROR [262] : UPDATE ERROR
This error occurs during the CE ROM code upgrade process. If this happens, you can just soft reset the device and run RUU again. The update process will then continue. At this stage the rom on the device is incomplete and it will not boot back up into Windows. You will need to place it into the bootloader to continue.

Yes its possible
Root your device(search for root locked bootloaders)
Install dual recovery cwm and twpr(for locked bootloaders)
look for roms that states lb or locked bootloaders
flash them
each version i have tried it was a complete mess. finised to reinstall from scratch default image.

Hi! I need some help please! I just root my phone and flashed some custom rooms but I don't like them. So , I whant to go back to stock but I don't know what to do. Do you know which is the latest room with Romanian language who can be flashed by recovery? My phone is unlocked and s-on. For this operation I have to relock the phone. I can flash this room by recovery? Sorry for the noob guestions. Thank you very much!

Hi, i just unlocked bootloader, flash recovery , bootloard is ok, but i cant go to recovery becouse i installed 32 bit version of it, and cant install 64 stock now.
It look like that
h***://sc*.hu/1hsn/zyd2v (ttp, r)
i cant go to recovery and install binaries for supersu.
if i go to recovery then my phone restarts and normally turns.

As far as I know there isn't a recovery for 64 bits as of now. You need to install stock recovery, which I may have if you give me specific details about your phone, carrier, country, etc.

Neither HTC nor Telstra would release these ROMs, I've been on the phone with both and had very lengthy email exchanges also. More or less a lost cause: they advise to send the handset back to a service center who would flash the ROM for over $50+ courier's fees (not to mention taking a month to do it..). I really don't understand what their problem is - they release ROMs for other handsets to the public, just not for the AU Desire 510 :/
After i updated i lost root and i tried to root again but

first，confirm what is your mobile phone manufacturers? HTC? SAMSUNG?google? and other?
second，look at your phone can be unlock, ofter that unlocked, try again root

resurrection rom is not have root function. you must used supersu.zip install at the recovery mode after ，root will be comeback.
