Flash any other ROM. Mini cm works well for me.

Only torch which works like one in CM roms is nexus torch and can be downloaded from market. But be aware that its not fully compatible and screens gets off when you switch on. You have to remember widget location to turn it off.
If you download the same cyanogen rom as your android version of sense (so 2.3.3 or 2.3.5 or whatever) and take the apk out of that, you can install it like a normal app and for me it wins works perfectly.

Yeah, you will have to flash those drivers again as it gets replaced with the ones in the Rom you flash.

Can you upload the rom ? where didi you get it ?
I think it's cm10 with android 4.2.2 features (it's always android 4.1.2)

its android version is 4.2.2 not 4.1

i was using the same ROM before. its 4.1.2.
about the music enhancements, download this app- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jsf.cmprojects.cyanogenmodappinstaller&hl=en
and install dsp manager using this app. then reboot to recovery and wipe dalvik cache. dsp manager should work then.
