Who says it's incompatible? Play store? Install it manually then let's say from 4shared. Or extract one from aosp rom

Have you tried ElementalX and/or TeamSeven kernel?
Latest beta Elemental X works with Sense 4.3

And you're definitely running 4.3 sense? There's no reports in that thread of it working with this.
Hi,
As far as I know there is not a version of ElementalX kernel compatible with Android 4.3 for Sense, the last version is with the latest kernel source code from HTC for Android 4.2.2 posted by tiny4579. I don't see any beta compatible with Android 4.3 for Sense.
Actually, only tbalden made a kernel compatible with Android 4.3 for Sense, latest beta here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=45204190&postcount=1650, with all the features included like in the kernel for Android 4.2.2 for Sense (S2W,etc...).

There is thread in the apps section for sense camera apk, might want to check that. And the search the forum for stock sense apk's.may not cause any trouble if you just want to install a apk.
Edit:Sorry missed the 4.4 part
I'm eagerly waiting for 4.4 to come on this device but is it possible to port cm11 to this device because for pico almost everything including WiFi is working.

Information was not clear. Have you flashed any custom ROM yet? OR running on stock ROM and flashed the kernel?
First download and install a ROM and then flash the corresponding kernel.
I think I got his problem..... You need to flash a custom ROM to upgrade android version actually. That android upgrading screen is because you wiped dalvik cache

Yes,I flashed sense Sensational Rom,then i flashed kernel

You need to flash a cm10 based ROM to get 4.1.2

Flash with CM10 build #3, or mini CM10. And then flash NOPE kernel 750MHz.
I am recently using mini CM10, for its night friendly looks and themes.

Just flash the ROM and kernel. Android will upgrade automatically.

It's not going to upgrade on its own. Just flash minicm and kernel. The ROM is 4.1.2 it doesn't matter what android version you have now.

It is not a pre-requisite. It doesn't need 4.1.2. You just have to flash the ROM. It will automatically say that version.
By the way, I flashed with JB 4.2.2 the same day and running on the same.

The overall look and feel is much smooth. I haven't discovered many bugs yet, but if you try to change widget buttons (which I generally used to do in CM10 build#3), then the quick settings (in the notification drawer) won't simply work.
Overall I am happy with it. So I will stick to it for some time.
Wi-Fi doesn't work
That's my problem.
