If you're sure it's the correct pit file then it sounds like it's superbricked. Have you tried flashing stock gb via pc odin?

Try changing the USB CABLE !!! Just try it .........
B4 this had happend wiz me too ........... So when i was getin the msg " update fail , please connect phone and use samsung kies " i went into the download mode and used another USB CABLE OF MY WAVE 533 and i had also used 16 gb Pit files ....... Fortunately tht had worked 4 me ........ Hope it helps !! and don't panic ....... It happens with most of us .... So just stay calm and do it right !!
I am very familiar with the hole ODIN&Root&Flash system with the Samsung Galaxy devices and my friends see me with my super Galaxy S3 overmodified and think is just plain easy so a friend of mine tried to root his Galaxy S3 Mini L version (Central and South American version) and after I don't know what he did his device just didn't woke up and is just trapped in the Galaxy Bootscreen, not even entering into the boot amination.
I kinda had a suspicion that he flashed a rooted ROM that was for the international Mini (the one without a L) IDK if it changes something or if the versions of this smartphone have something different in the insides, but I already tried flashing the WIPE_I8190.zip with ODIN and it failed to pass the bootscreen, I also flashed the Stock Firmware from SamMobile that is for the Mexican Version which is this smartphone (IUSACELL) and it passed successfully but it is stuck again
Do someone have any idea of how to save this poor smartphone?!
Try this, flash in PDA in Odin. Hope it helps you.

Hello dears! i have the same problem, my samsung GT-I8190L stays in the samsung logo (bootloop),
I tried flashing PARAM_8190.zip, wipe_8190 an original firmware and custom firmware.. and nothing.. is staying in bootloop. I was told to install from odin the bootloader, pda, phone, csc and PIT file. Then I have a problem, where to find these files for my Samsung Galaxy Mini GT-I8190L s3?. thank you very much! :fingers-crossed:
Flash the PARAM in PDA in Odin only. Don't mess with the PIT file.

You can find the pit file in the unbrick thread, you really dont need an pit file if odin doesn't give you pit errors
Can you boot into recovery? vol-up+home+power?

just download your stock firmware from here http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/1/?model=GT-I8190L&pcode=0#firmware
put it in pda. no need for pit file. make sure re-partition is unchecked.
if you stuck in bootloop after finishing, flash param as pda.

REgards !
That method is only for original firmware and not from custom 4.2.2
Then flash stock JB and after you can downgrade, right?
Powered by CM10.1

Didnt worked, still oding cant recognise it to install original stock firmware
So it should be about your PC drivers.Uninstall and re-install latest drivers or you can install crappy Kies it will install too
Thanks all guys.
The Phone is on Download Mode now, and Odin recognised my phone.
And the 2.3.6 version is uploading now, and seems it is solved.
Thanks alot.

That's why you have issues with it.Downgrading have different method you should use pit file and check re-partition, you can't downgrade with a stock GB.
There's a thread in our i9070 forum.Use the given files in the thread maybe PC can recognize your phone.

If you stuck at factoryfs.img then you device is bricked.
Replace the motherboard
or
try the workaround (and it is only that) with the repartition method described in hg42's thread.

How will it move ahead? You have not selected any PDA files to flash.
And why did you flash that PIT file? Have you done any scans using the scanners found in that thread to determine the bad blocks?
ENter all the 3 files without PIT! and tell again!
