Hi All
My friend gave me his HTC one mini to fix which has a major problem, the screen is constantly frozen. The phone has never been dropped before and one day it just suddenly started happening (according to his words).
Could this be a problem with the motherboard?
Thanks
try to boot it in recovery mode.

Well, I have a MDA III from T-mobile.( better known as a HTC kaiser)
The problem is that the phone randomly shuts down totally automatically.
It does not make any differrence if the phone is in my pocket or on my desk or when I'm on the phone with somebody, it just shuts down without reason.
And the number of shutdowns is increasing each day. Some days even up to 10 times. Sometimes it does not even start-up when I press the power-up button.
The phone has been for repair 2 times and the repairservice keeps repeating that they cannot find any problem. I bought new battery for the phone and still encounter the same problem. specs: windows mobile 6.1 and totally set back to the factory settings.
I hope that somebody can help me out with my problem?
many thanks, lexio

Mine did that also, even though the " new " battery I had bought for it was only 3 months old. I took a chance, and bought another new battery and have not had the problem since.
Hey
I have an issue with my HTC DREAM from Rogers. I purchased an HTC DREAM with the 911 update and My phone randomly shuts off and the only way to revive my phone is by taking out and incerting back the battery in. I've had Rogers send me a replacement and Im getting the same thing. Im using a Pdair Black Aircraft steel case spicifically for the G1/HTC dream. Any solutions. The batteries are new

Hello,
Recently I dropped my HTC One Mini and the touch screen got broken. Everything worked fine, but yesterday I dropped it again and now every time I try to call someone or someone to call me the phone is restarting. Any advise what to try before it goes to the trash?

Dear friends,
I am having serious issues with my HTC one m7 lately - cant remember if they started exactly after the 4.4.2 update or not.
Anyhow it seems that there is a dead spot on the screen that it doesn't recognize when i touch it. Plus the phone has been acting weird lately like it doesn't have signal and when ever i try to call from it although it has full signal it doesn't call.
Has anyone been experiencing the same problems? :crying:
My phone is completely stock, never got rooted just following the usual OTA updates.\
Phone was working great and i loved it, but now it's just unbearable- i cant press buttons on a horizontal line in the center of the screen.
Need your help.
Thanks.
Dear experienced Xda members.
I need help troubleshooting this problem.
The phone runs Android 5.0.2 but this flickering was present on older versions as well. I replaced the screen because it cracked, and this started happening 2 months after the repair. What could be the cause? (replacement screen from ebay)
Thank you for reading.
