Random reboot on CM solved (hopefully).. - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

I think the random reboot that plague cyanogenmod roms until now has something to do with minfree ram configuration..as i increase the threshold of minfree, my phone even on stock rom face the same random reboot as with the CM roms..so if any of freeXperia team who read this thread, please address this problem so we get more stable rom in future..peace

Don't set 768 MHz and instead set 748.8 MHz, if that doesn't work set 729 and just keep on downgrading until phone doesn't randomly reboot when playing games. As for slowness, check the slowness thread on x8 dev foeum for a fix.

My phone is closing when I put it to charge...

I put it to charge and after 10min I go again in my room and see my phone closed(power off)
I've got CM10 but it didn't did that before flashing it again...maybe is because I've got adrenaline engine?

Has it occurred more than once ?
i think wat happened with u is called "sleep of death"
generally happens bcoz of too much overclock, or incomplete boot or any stability problem of rom.
As u said its on CM10, dont worry, bcoz cm10 was not made for our device originally

[Solved] How frequent is it safe to flash nightlies?

Dear xda-developers:
I have galaxy note with CM10.1 nightly of March the 10th. It's good and stable to a very good level compared to the stock ICS I had before.
I want to flash more recent nightlies or perhaps try new ROMs. How frequent is it safe to do this? I read about people who are flashing on a daily basis but also, I read about people who damaged their phone memory by repeated flashing.
Thank You
Re: [Q] How frequent is it safe to flash nightlies?
I flash mine every chance I get with updates on my ROM been flashing it for over a year with no problems

Re: [Q] How frequent is it safe to flash nightlies?
It is safe to flash as much as you like IF you are on a safe kernel. On a stock(non safe kernel), you are vulnerable to the brick bug.

As long as u follow the direction that's given in every thread, i guess there's nothing to be worried to flash it repeatedly.

Maybe it wasn't the point of your thread, but... Do you know the CyanDelta updater app? It allow you to update your cm nightly simply downloading few mb, instead of download the whole rom and flash it again and again. Search in on market. I hope it is helpful

Is kernel panic, I have faced this issue, seem like this a bug from cm, temporary no solutions yet, I just flash back to stock Rom

But if we use official cyanogenmod and combined with unofficial fxp kernel should work right?

Having the same problem here.
it happens specially when I open the camera app or very ram demanding apps.
hope a solution will come out soon.
thanks
Same Problem, also with CM 10.1.3-RC1
Sometimes it reboots without working with it?!?
I think they're working on it. Please report this to the official cyanogenmod forum or to the fxp team. I've used cm rom with my previous device and i love it. I hope i can use it again after this bug fixed. Cyanogen is a great rom!

Need suggestions for a stable ROM w/o SOD bug

I have tried several roms but all have the SOD bug. Can anyone please suggest me a stable ROM without SOD bug.
Sent from my MI 3W using XDA Free mobile app
from past 1 month i am using EOS rom, its very stable. have not faced SOD till now
I second this. Using EOS 12/10 build for a while now, and no random reboots.
I use RR and perfect here.
I am using CM + God's R4 kernel. I got SOD when I used DU with God's R3/R4/Zuerion final test but not with official CM. Try for yourself.
If you want to try. then flash CM + gapps and then boot once. Then flash R4 and reboot without clearing any cache.

Give AOSPA a try.
Stable, no SOD. There is however no active development of the ROM.

Bro just go for Metallium OS, Pure AOSP with CM theme engine and No Bugs at all "NOT AT ALL".
