[q] qhsusb_dload HTC Butterfly S 901s - HTC Butterfly S

Hi all,
My Butterfly S 901s is stuck in QHSUSB_DLOAD
I was using Maximus HD 11.0 with no issues
one fine day it froze, it tried rebooting it
it wouldn't boot past HBOOT, wouldn't do a reset, wouldn't boot to recovery
I tried flashing boot.img and recovery.img
It failed with "FAILED (remote: image update error)"
now it does not boot at all, the LED blinks amber for few seconds then goes off
when connected to PC it goes into QHSUSB_DLOAD
I searched lots of forums however did not come across any such issues for Butterfly S 901s
please help...
:crying:

I think I f*cked my phone up, help me PLEASE

Hi guys, I have a problem.
I tried to flash the Android Revolution HD 5.1 ROM to my HTC One. I had an older version of that ROM on my phone before.
Now my phone doesn't turn on and it doesn't even go into recovery. The HTC logo comes in, then it goes black, and then it just repeats that.
What should I do??

Did you update your PC to Windows 8.1 by any chance? Fastboot may not work without some work, if at all. Do you still have an older version of the rom on your phone you could flash?

Well I would do the following without knowing all the circunstances:
1. Turn off phone completely and try to boot into recovery again. Restore backup
2. Try to install drivers for fastboot on another computer and try to refresh recovery
3. If fastboot does work, flash a RUU
What OS (Windows 8,..) do you have on your computer?
Which hboot version on phone (1.55,..)?
Did fastboot work before?

the right question is "what should I have done?"
you should have read before proceeding, and you should have used the search button, since your doubt has been widely answered before.
your phone is s-on, it had to be s-off to receive ARHD 5.1. the result is a bootloop.
it can be fixed and the answer is written inside ARHD 5.1 thread.
i have windows8

[Q] Possibly Bricked HTC One M7... HELP!

Hi,
This is my first time to create an account and or post on XDA, so I appolagize if my question is somewhere else, or if this is the wrong section...
I have a T-Mobile HTC One M7. I flashed the Google Edition RUU to try it out. I then flashed just the firmware back and was going to restore a TWRP Backup. After I issued the command fastboot flash zip firmware.zip twice, I entered the command fastboot reboot-bootloader. The screen then turned black and won't turn on. The phone seems completely unresponsive. It won't boot to an OS, or Bootloader. No HTC logo on the screen. If I plug the phone in, nothing happens. No charging light or anything. I surrely thought I actually Bricked it, but it appears to be reconized by Windows. If I hold down the power button for so long, the light won't blink, but the computer makes a device disconnected sound shortly followed by a connect sound. I went ahead and connected it to a Linux machine, and the OS sees 6 different partitions / removable media. I am able to browse what appears to be the root, system, recovery...
It is S-OFF via firewater and the firmware I flashed has hboot 1.57.0000. The bootloader is unlocked. The device is not seen by adb nor fastboot.
Does anyone think I have any chance of recoverying it?
Yes it's dead, try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2770684

Hi there,
so I have managed some how (I don`t know how) to brick my htc one sv. I was moving TWRP folder with backup files from PC to phone internal storage, got ext4 error, and phone just died... no lights on charge, no bootloader, nothing.......
When I reconnect USB it is detected as QHSUSB_DLOAD device, so that indicates that there is no more bootloader... I was reading that this is fixable (without jtag box), there was explanations how to do it for sensation, and M7, but there is nothing for ONE sv...
Can U help me with advice??? How to get bootloader back on rolling??? I was on 4.2.2.
THX in advance!!!

hi, my phone (HTC one s4 z560e) with error qhusb_dload. When you delete a photo depends after which he was forced off. Then began a constant reboot . after turning off the phone shows error qhusb_dload. in ubuntu did fix (PblClear.zip -http: //unlimited.io) start up the phone and then started constantly rebooting .
I stopped fastboot then install the firmware manages RUU. program issued that now run android. Phone is turned off and began again to reboot . in android is not included. If you turn off the phone , he gets back mode qhusb_dload.
What could be the reason !?!
Sorry for my english
htc raider bricked help
when i perform the command line ./brickdetect.sh it tells me 'the bricked device is on Use the above node to perform operations using the emmc_recover tool' but no such thing like sdb. i have removed the usb cable several times and restarted ubuntu 14.04 as well. when i plug in the usb i see a small red light. when i plug it into windows 8 with battery in phone it detects qhsusb_dload and charging lights comes for some few seconds and at other times flashes. phone screen doesn't light.
what happened was that ruu landed me in bootloop. i read a couple of tutorials and i found that what i could do was to unlock and install cmw. unlock was successful. guide to installing recovery.img was also well but when i go to hboot and choose install zip from sd nothing appears . when i press on-key it goes back to the cwm. so i tried reinstalling recovery.img if could this time read the sd to install the .zip and it got stacked. nothing was happening for about 15min i removed the usb and the battery and couldn't switch-on again. please every help is appreciated.

Bricked HTC 8X Windows Phone
Dexter93,
How do I use your method to unbrick HTC 8X which has a non-removable battery?
[email protected]
Thanks
Suddenly
Is possible to unbrick it, if script not showing partition?
Device died very suddenly... Just charging it for 15-20 minutes and it turned off.
Tried to turn on, but only two times it showed HTC logo and after it doing nothing. Tried to replace battery for another one - no luck. Just turning on with black screen and nothing more.
In devs it shows as COM device "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008".

HTC One M7 Soft Brick?

Hi Guys
I just tried to convert my one into a GPE, but i guess something went wrong when flashing...
So now i'm stuck at the HTC logo and 4 warning triangles in each corner of the screen. I can't go to bootloader or recovery and adb commands doesn't work as my device is not recognized with them. I do see my device listed under Android USB device as My HTC.
What can i do?

Its the only known fix. Its only supposed to work if your phone entered QHSUSB_DLOAD after you have mistakenly flashed a bad firmware. If your phone went in this mode by itself (not the direct result of a firmware flash) its most likely an hardware defect and you'll need to send your phone for repair, probably a motherboard replacement.
