[Q] About Sim Locked Sensation XL

Hey guys, anyone know how to unlock the phone? The phone bought from UK (3mobile). He's currently staying at Malaysia now but the phone is locked.. Anyone know how to unlock the sim?

In the development section there is a tool called HTC super tool, some people say they've had success with that... If that doesn't work, Google is your friend

[Q]RUU HongKong/Singapore Edition for 802W

Hi There,
I just purchased HTC 802W (China Unicom) with dual Sim card (WCDMA and GSM).
The problem is, I hate the Official firmware (no Google Apps, no Facebook for sense, but full of useless chinese apps(at least for me)).
So I just want to know if I can install another RUU?
because Hong Kong Version or Singapore Version must be more usefull for me.
oh... did somebody try the developer RUU?
Can I install it in my device?

sorry to disappoint you but the ans is NO you cannot use different RUU as we are s-on,
for the ruu you have match the CID,FIRMWARE,ETC you will have to live with this
OR
Unlock the phone and install custom ROM but this voids the warrenty

i have purchased 802 w from china but now i am facing blingfeed problem . i cannot connect to facebook or my news any other useful things . i have rooted my phone but want blinbgfeed and google translator to change please help me i am very disappointed .
anyphone can help how can i get facebook or change bling feed .

i want to ask the pro that's how i can unlock sim for htc desire 500
i know that should be with s-off for bootloder and a new kernel that should unlock the sim ..
but i don't know the way and the sim is locked i'm in turkey could you help with a general post that i understand all of that ????? :crying::crying:

I think the latest sim unlock is for Lollipop.

Is there anyway to downgrade Lollipop?

I am also in the same boat with OP, I have a Sprint HTC One M8 Harmon/Kardon with Marshmallow 6.20.654.3. I live overseas and i need to get this phone sim-unlocked. Can this be done with the current software version or do I need to downgrade the ROM to be able to sim-unlock my phone for use with an international GSM-Network?

...because, there's at least 20 topics here with this question, and in every one of them at least 20 times is repeated that AT&T Axon M has locked bootloader AND YOU CAN'T INSTALL CHINA ROM, nor you can root it or unlock bootloader in any way.
