Again, I followed the instructions. I took the order # from my email confirmation and replaced the DM number.
Hit enter, and the page went blank.

You said you took your order # from the email confirmation... is it the same DM # you see on your order history page?
I ask because my order number in my email is not the same as my DM # on the order history page.

You can't use the order # from your email. You have to use the number from the Order History page (the one that in your screenshot starts with DM60). You should get a page like this:

Mine looked like yours (assuming you whited out the rest of your DM number). You might want to try a different browser, make sure you're not in incognito mode, and make sure you use the exact same tab.

Wow. Figured it out. The "D" in "Id" was capitalized.
But you know what? I work for UPS, and all I've ever seen a Sprint phone shipped in was a NDA PM or "1P" service level.

Tried and the order crashed, but it appeared on Google Wallet 30 mins later.
I got two, first order went through when I thought it bugged, so I continued until I got confirmation. Then got 2 emails.
Looking at how it went, could have easily resell it, but I'm a nice guy, and cancelled the second one, to make someone else happy today :highfive:
spend 10mins getting as far as adding a nexus 4 16GB to my basket to then get an error.
finally managed to get to entering card details and address then got another error.
then finally got to clicking accept and buy and the screen froze for 10mins!
closed window down assuming it had crashed again then checked transactions in google wallet and my order was there.
checked credit card and money has gone out of account.
finally received my confirmation order email after an hour!

I had check4change running ALL night with speakers at full volume next to my ear... so much waited anticipation!

I have received confirmation emails for both of my devices, with estimated delivery of 15 November.
However, I would not get too hung up on following order status, as my screeny below shows that apparently the Nexus 7 I ordered on august 2nd is still pending....

True - money is not 'taken' till it ships, but it will usually put a 'hold' on the necessary funds. To check this, look at your account and see if 'available balance' is the save as 'latest balance'.

I just got off the phone with Google Play. The guy I talked to didn't have any information but said he'd let me speak to his supervisor. After being on hold for a while (so they could look up more info), I spoke with the supervisor. He told me that even though my Nexus 4 and Bumper were ordered separately, they will be boxed together and shipped overnight. I asked him to make sure that he was positive and he said that Google told him that all devices ordered on the 13th should be getting the same treatment. I asked him to e-mail me what he said so that I could have a reference of him saying that. He did.

I updated the OP. It says the order date was the 13th and the shipment date was the 15th. It never changed for me.
Mine shipment is being overnighted as well. Should arrive tomorrow.

When I was on the phone I asked the Supervisor why nothing was unchanged and his response was that 1) He didn't know exactly and 2) Google just gave them this information so things might change soon. He also told me that because it's overnight and it's so sudden that by the time I would get the number it could already be here.
I don't know what to believe, but this wasn't just a rep, it was the Supervisor (not sure if it mattered or not).
EDIT: I'm going to call them again and double-confirm.

Limbo 3 was bo email but at that time they didn't change anyones order dates under play store so he said his remained 13 while mine changed from 13 to 19 this morning

I ordered on the 13th, got a confirmation email, and got a back order email.
I just called them back and the girl read off of a something that Google gave them with the exact announcement. She said it doesn't apply to those with back order emails (such as myself), but I just lied and told her I never got one (since some people who got the email have received devices). I also asked her about why everything is still the same and she said that my Google Wallet payment is no longer pending on her end. She also said that I should get a tracking number by the end of the night. Hopefully this works out. I'm going to call back 1 or 2 more times and see what other info I can find.

No i did not receive backorder email... and I'm in pacific time zone.
4 calls to Verizon and I am denied having my phone added to either device database for HD voice option. I bought from Google Play Store in Nov 2014. I need to add HD voice option so I can use VoLTE. Four support people filled out a form to have my device added to VZW database and then the option can be added. When trying to add now it fails said unknown device ID.
Motorola supplied me with device ID starts with 35. Verizon refuses to add any device since their Nexus all start with 99 for device ID. Anyone have this battle of issue with Verizon and find a fix?
My next thought is could I use another person Nexus that was Verizon and has the right 99 ID call back to have the feather added and then sway my sim back somewhat like some us did back when we got these phones?

So you guys are saying there was no issue of the device ID....you just logged in your account and selected that option and done?
I had to call Verizon to have that added. Could not do it myself online.

There's some number you can dial from the handset to activate it I think for a business plan. Search the other threads in this forum and the general forum.

And I wonder could I be going about this the wrong way. What I want is the ability to be in the airport while on long business calls and be able to check email so voice & data together.
This is suppose to be "Advance Calling 1.0" or is this HD Voice.....some tell me separate and some say same. If different how does one get "Advance Calling 1.0" only added...
Thx will see if there is a automated number for biz ppl I am SPOC/authorizer for our company and each time enterprise support has come back with a rejection since my device ID is not Verizon

If you got your device like us from Google or Motorola, your device ID would be not same as the Verizon models. So what device ID number did you give them?
The shut me down since mine begins with 35 and Version Nexus starts with 99
it supposedly cannot be done on a business account.

interesting...not that I need it I am all set and working with zero trouble since day one which was 12/31.
asked for a SIM, they sent it, got phone from Moto a few days later, popped it in, called and had it activated with absolutely no problems.
added HD calling and all is good, except of course the imei not being white listed appropriately.

They wouldnt add my imei. It starts the same as yours 355, but they were able to add advanced calling. HD voice is when your talking to another Verizon customer with a HD voice device. Not the same as advanced calling or so I think.
Try this
I have the Nexus 6, purchased direct from Motorola and used on Verizon. From your Nexus 6, dial *611 for Verizon Support. Press 3 for Technical Support and when asked what you want help with, say "Advanced Calling One Dot Zero" and it will add that option. As soon as the phone call was over, it was enabled and working. BTW, this worked for a co-worker with an iPhone 6, we both have government/business accounts.
I bought a moto mini on eBay. It was 40.00. Then activated the feature on the mini. Then Swapped the sim with my nexus 6. I'm on a business plan as well.

I finally got it to working being a corp user with:
1. Used another phone and put my sim in it this phone was a VZW phone. Added all the features, HD, Advance Calling. All done I put the sim back in my N6 and all worked...
2. Did not get a chance to try the automated line as posted in the links to see if it would allow me to add as one user posted
All info given was well received and thank you all
It's day one of pre-orders. Could they seriously already be all out of T-Mobile S10s and S10+s?

Maybe it's just a marketing gimmick to boost the hype and interest in S10s.
First time ordering via Samsung web. They are saying back ordered from my yesterday T-Mobile S10+! Sounds fishy...
Also, if not shipped can these orders be canceled? Never mind, I just canceled it.
It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete my order at launch last night so I believe they did have a good turnout.

What configuration did you try?> I placed an order for Tmo S10 Blue 512 around 11:34 AM and it was successful.
This fixed the out of stock error for me!!! THANKS SO much. was getting frustrating.

Try another browser OR clear your cookies, history, etc. Still seeming to work for me.
I ended up purchasing the S10+ in Prism White (128 GB) (Unlocked) - Expected Delivery 3/15
Tried different computers, browsers, deleted cache, etc.

Make sure you're logged out of the account, maybe try as new user account. Think they tie it to one per right now.
Could be due to the reservations. They may be holding out for those who reserved until the 72 hour mark has passed.

At the top of my invoice it says one of my items is on back order but when I look at the items it shows the phone shipping by March 15 and the buds shipping with the phone. Nowhere on either item is there anything about either being on back order except at the top. I thought maybe it meant my trade-in was the back order item since they haven' t sent the return shipping label and I won't ship the trade until after I receive the S10.
did my order at 530am the 21st and had no problem, so yeah i guess a lot of people ordered? mines also the original shipping by 3/8 too
That's the problem, I am one of the reservations and I couldn't order and now that I finally got an order through the ship date is march 15 and the color watch I wanted was out of stock.

I tried everything I could yesterday and this AM it was working better. I was able to check out through the reserve link but the verizon blue 128 was out of stock by then and also the only watches left were pink and green. I picked an unlocked blue 128 instead and a green watch. When I got to the checkout the ship date changed to 3/15 on the phone and the $50 credit was missing. It was the closest I got to putting an order through so I did it figuring I can call samsung support to get the extra 50 off.
Now annoyingly enough I looked at the check out now and they are giving the phone for 965 and watch for 185. Also the black watch is there for back order. I am considering putting another order through and cancelling the first. I'll have to wait until 3/22 for the phone but I'll get like 50 bucks more off and the color watch I originally wanted.
So frustrated with Samsung after this and the debacle with my note 7.

It seems they may be following the "fruit" marketing scheme, only release a fraction of the stock, to create market demand. Then you can go to the press and say pre-owned orders are sold out.
Try through their Shop app?
