Q: What is MagicMod
A: MagicMod is a custom rom mainly based on aosp , and implements other open source projects' feature. We also make some special features by ourself, we want to make a light-weight, user-friendly,open sourced miui-like rom. Sine it is an open source project, every contribution(maintain new devices, push patches, fix bugs) is appreciated.
Q:Waht's about the update/OTAs
A:Sine we're a small group and don't have enough code related support/money by others, we updated roms about once a week by our home pc.(So don't curious about the rom name like Local-Build-xxxx

thanks, I just saw the X3RIL code and looks similar to CM but like you said it has some modifications, i will try this rom, i'm tired of CM based ROM's RIL problems

yes, it has some drops but sometimes it recovers the signal, and sometimes just reboot to get signal again... but at least is more stable than original CM, however, i've been using original CM 11 nightly with v10h baseband and for today i haven't any drop

maybe is silly request,but can anyone please upload last build of this rom on some mirror site because im on limit internet so l can't use OTA fuction?

Keep in mind, this is an AOSP based ROM (Running off Haxynox's stuff), so any custom kernel has very less chance of working unless it's an AnyKernel.

For sms install google sms and for mp4 crash try to disable hw overlays in developer options.

This is BY FAR the best lollipop rom for the s3. Its super FAST, and i mean REALLY FAST, and stable. No fc and im testing it out scince a week.
The really BAD thing tho, its the missing camera... i mean, its a must be in every rom.. and i really use it a lot. I would switch back to kitkat till this is fixed, also de missing sms.. i know its a new rom, i guess it would be included on next releases. Great rom and thank for the effort.

First time installing crDroid to your Redmi Note 3 Kenzo, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (TWRP)

Just reflash the ROM without wiping anything and as soon as you reflash, reboot..

What's the point of making so many roms? Why not maintain a single rom and fix all the bugs?

agreed as well.there are many roms with the same user and all with the same bugs.if someone experienced wants to take this project they cant cuz some developer wannabe has taken it.let other users build roms. this needs to stop.someone needs to call the moderator to clean up all this mess.

The roms and bugs are fixed and i am working on it which are remaining
Further the experienced people are working on the roms and they have nothing to do with this thread
they will make there own threads and will work on it !

Well you should of have waited until cm13 was stable and official and then you could of start building roms. you have i think 3 roms and they all with the same bugs. I know what u are trying to do is to get them official but dont hog them all. just do one at a time and if is stable enough then do another but not 3 at the same time.

HOW TO INSTALL:

Yes it's will solved
This ROM is in alpha stage so some minor bugs is remaining like no reboot option in power menu cannot accses recent menu from hardware button
i hope in the next update will slove these issue

If you're having issues and want to submit a report (Logcat) please make sure you are reporting from the stock kernel, not a modified kernel. Modified kernels can break or fix, even improve things. It depends. I can't get a full clue of the issue when you're not running the original kernel.

A: Battery> 3 Dots > Settings
Q: How do i edit the QuickSettings tiles?
A: Tap and hold onto the gear in the top right hand corner of the QuickSettings till it spins then let go

Q: I want to edit my clock and Status bar icons
A: For clock Date & Time> Clock & Date. For Status bar icons and customization's go to Additions> Statusbar> Statusbar icons.
Q: I have a bug! Fix pls!
A: Please provide a logcat if you have a bug and it'll help us be able to fix it.

Test it out and make sure but it should be stable. Only problem is when your editing nav bar it force closes.

Not an aosp ROM but alright I understand

you can flash what ever you want but Why you bother and come to write here if you going flash other rom. i think you should say thanks to the people who spent time to do it for our device.

can you post Gapps? For users less able is very useful , however, very good rom , congratulations must , use it since last night and so far no problem

hi thanks for the rom has some nice features i just flashed it all nice and smooth but cannot see battery icon only solid cercle but no option for precented .... thnks again

at the moment all is fine with the rom...it runs with Bank dynamic Gapps 6.x.x 20160701.
The battery-life is not really bad ...it's ok....
Nice rom-ok for daily use

Full wipe. Open Gapps Pico. Works fine. For me only when touch to open Gestures, FC.

Sorry, my mistake, i meen "Motion Gestures", (first screenshoot). Gestures opens fine.
Wheel it's fun. Fast Charge it shows on lock screen, so it works.
Screen on & screen off does not work everytime. I must press power button..

If you could give a log cat it would help me fix it

I am up and running with this CypherOS but I have a few things to report, one the gestures setting which enables actions without touching your phone crashes the settings and the HTC service pack keeps saying it has stopped, any ideas?
