[Q] HTC One is not working - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I noticed that my phone was resetting by itself and it would freeze at the "HTC Quietly Brilliant" screen. After awhile the phone does boot up but, it will then reset after a couple minutes. I tried to hard reset the phone but when I do it, it goes right back to the fastboot menu and won't let me factory reset. It's not rooted at all, I got the latest update for the phone two days ago.
If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciate it.

Unsure what this problem is.. Looked Everywhere!

My htc vivid stopped turning on for a good day.... Left it there on the charger. Still didn't turn on. Then one day out of the blue I tried it and it turned on again. I'm able to get Bootloader and Recovery to work. But there is another problem too it. ((When I try and reboot my phone my screen gets stuck on htc screen)). So I try and factory reset my phone another problem occurs it says "unable to mount /emmc" something like that. And nothing else mounts. So now Im unable to factory reset and im stuck with an htc screen.. I don't know what to do..
This is quiet frustrating. Ive spent all day trying to find something that works or that can help me and ive got nothing...
Can someone help me out?
Thanks.
Im using an HTC Vivid. Previous ROM that I remember was Pac-Man JB..
It stopped working one day randomly when my phone died...
You'll need to relock your boot loader and run your carriers ruu. Then, unlock your boot loader and flash a good recovery (NOT CWM). Then reflash the ROM of your choice

[Q] Bricked till no end!

Hello,
I'm regular visitor but this is my very first post.
I gave a friend of mine my Sprint HTC One about a week ago. It had Digital Karma custom ROM I installed before giving it to him. Problem here is that he got into the recovery menu and decided to do a factory reset in there instead of doing it on the Android UI, now it seems that there are no files in the phone at all.
Windows will not recognize the device and in the bootloader menu I'm unable to select recovery, it just vibrates, shows HTC logo and then restarts at fastboot menu.
Anyone knows if there is any way to fix this? Thanks in advance!

[Q] HELP! Phone won't boot after encrypting (5.0.2)

Hello guys, I'm looking for some help here.
I recently got my update to Lollipop, and today I decided to encrypt my device. The process started alright, and then I left it there encrypting my data. When I came back about 40 minutes later, it asked for my PIN in order to boot the device. After entering it, the screen simply goes back and the phone does nothing.
After leaving it leave for some minutes, I hard resetted the phone by holding the power button, the device started booting up until it asked for my PIN again. I entered it and it's been 1:45h since then. I decided to leave my phone alone for a while to see if anything happens, it's charged and everything. It's still stuck at the same black screen so far.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can access recovery, btw. I've never unlocked my bootloader or did any modifications though.
Thanks in advance.

At the third bootloop it loeaded up normally but it worried me because it's new and it's all stock. This happened to anyone else? or maybe it's a serious problem?

You can try booting into recovery and wipe the cache to see if that helps. Then the other thing to try is a factory reset.

HTC One M7 Unrooted stuck in bootloop, Nothing Works

Hey everyone, so today I tried turning on my mobile data on my HTC One M7 but it was not turning on so I decided to reboot the phone because that usually works but then when the phone restarted it could not get past the HTC ONE logo.
Now, my phone is not rooted and I do not have any custom rom, I only update my Lollipop with updates from HTC.
I have tried everything. I have tried the Shine a bright light trick, I have booted into recovery and done a factory reset and wiped the cache, I have done every possible action in the bootloader menu nothing is working.
PS - Unlike most cases I have come across, my phone is not rebooting it is just stuck at the LOGO. Someone please help or direct me to somewhere I can get help.
Thanks in Advance
