Okay so I'm completely stumped and, to be honest, I'm a noob so bear with me please.
I have unlocked my Motorola droid 3 with the psouza method. I have done every single step, the root, the flash, the fastboot... I bought the unlock code and entered it, replaced the build.prop file with the one included in the FastBoot file to the system folder of the droid. I even tried the buiild.prop file from here (v3) but it didn't work and now I'm totally baffled. I have connectivity to wifi, I have GSM network selected, an ATT pre-paid card in it that is current and working in my crappy ATT phone, but I still show no networks and no bars. PLEASE HELP! I'm totally stumped and would appreciate any advice I can get.
Sorry for being new to this! Thank you anyone who can help!

OK. You will need to get the APN settings from your carrier. I tried searching, but all of the relevant information seems to be in Spanish. You can probably find it somewhere on your carrier's website.
Once you have the APN info, you should go into Settings. Then under "Wireless & Networks", there should be a more button. Click more and there should be an option for Mobile Networks. You should find the APN settings inside. I'm not sure if this is exactly where you will find the settings on CM11, but it should be similar. Those instructions are for the stock ROM.
Without the proper APN settings, your phone will not get any data, as it does not know the gateway it should send the data through...that's what the APN settings are for.
Good Luck
i think I found it

Yes! That is the one. Just get the appropriate settings for Nextel Mexico and and create a new APN on CM11. I'm guessing there aren't any when you first flash it?
Were you able to find the appropriate settings on the carrier website? Or is "Telcel" (as shown on your Moto G screenshot) the same as "Nextel Mexico"?

No, that is from my other phone, my moto g
Here the same, nextel is not publishing their APN settings so I think we are just a little f***ed up...
Read about taking from original ROM and install it as a zip but it was for other phone so I don't know if that could work
Also this one have some trouble with proximity sensor so I'm not even able to do a call without headset
apn nextel screen captures
Hi!, I had the same problem, got a TWR backup and re installed the original firmware: 161.44.35.ghost_row.Nll.en.MX
You don't have to do this, maybe you can set up them from the screen captures that I've just made
(all of them are in a rar file, check filename's order)
Hope it helps, just let me know if that worked
edit: remember, they are only valid for nextel mexico
Hi everyone! I really hope you can help me out.
Here's the story....I recently got my Moto X 2014 (XT1097) from Wind and plugged in my Rogers sim card. It works great. Last night I got the OTA update for lollipop. Little did I know it broke my phone. It kept hanging on the startup screen and rebooting itself.
I finally got to factory reset from the boot loader and it let me in.
I followed some sets and flashed some stuff from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x-2014/general/guide-update-xt1095-pure-edition-to-t2937074
Everything seems stable now in lollipop except for the fact that I have no baseband. My APN settings lists "Access Point Names is not listed for this user" and my phone doesn't recognize that I have a SIM card inside.
Could someone please help? I THINK I need to get a NON-HLOS.bin and fsg.mbn file that corresponds to the Wind stock images?
Thanks!
Look up @grafixnyc (I think that's his name) he has all of the updated goodies you'll need.
That particular Lollipop update is broken. You need to contact Wind as this is not something you should be repairing yourself unless you want to void your warranty.

LG G Flex L23 stop working after 3 months usage
Got this junk from ebay, paid more than $200 for it and it stop voice and data connections after 3 months, it suddenly won't recognize the sim card which work with it for 3 months, I suspect this phone wasn't permanently unlocked by the carrier or seller. They just unlocked it temporary and sell it to grab the money and leave. Unlocked international phone isn't trustable. Anyone have the same problem?

for me, I didn't do anything to the phone, it came out the error message 'no apn connection configer' and there isn't any way to config the apn for this model, then it cut off the data connection, and voice still work. Because the data isn't working, I reinsert the sim card, then voice dead too, a red 'x' above antenna sign, even hard reset the phone still not work, anyone can help....

hello guys. i've got a problem with my Flex. The situation is next: i've purchased it from aliexpress and the phone model was d955 and was working on JB. after a few months of using I decided to update to KK. After update it shows "no network" and IMEI is "null". when I opened the back panel I saw "L23 main(2)" written on mainboard, which means I've installed incorrect ROM. Is there any idea how to revive GSM ? I've tried installing .tot file for L23 via LG Flash tool (or something like this) but it says that my phone isn't L23, so I cannot install thos ROM . Also I cannot get root and custom recovery. any help please or link to helpful thread...

Your phone was detected D955. So, first you try to install original LG G FLEX D955 rom. Or try cyanogenmod of D955 and see if gsm works. Then if both don't work then it will be confirmed that your phone is L23.
If you got KitKat update on it before, then it means it is D955. Because there is no 4.4 for L23.

I'll try it tomorrow. Even if it is D955, why is it written L23 on mainboard (motherboard)? A friend of mine has a D958 with the same problem, on that mainboard are two models written - LS995 and D959. WTF???

I have been off XDA for a few years. I recently got a Verizon Moto Z3 put onto another carrier other than Verizon, It is working well but I am curious if I would be able to Flash a Stock Non Bloated Rom (likely a Verizon rom Id assume, since its a Verizon phone originally) to the device with out affecting its port over... please provide any help you may be able to. Phone was taken from Verizon and moved to Metro by Tmobile. If you need additional details please ask.
I am familiar with Odin and the Flashing process, just a few yearas out of practice.
Thanks
