DXJV9 Stock ROM stuck at stock recovery - Galaxy S I9000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have international Galaxy S, GT-i9000. The problem is the middle OK button dead during stock recovery.
I use this tutorial at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1102881,
QUOTE:
Special for DXJV9:
1. Flash with re-partition using 513.pit.
2. You will see a lot of red text after the flash is done, don't panic, just do a 'wipe data/factory reset' and reboot the device when done.
3. Let the device boot all the way then turn it off.
4. Re-enter Download Mode and re-flash only the CSC file without pit and without re-partition.
5. Enjoy
At step 2, I cannot do wipe data/factory reset because of dead middle button. Seems like software error as I can enter download mode just fine. (using 3 button combo).
Is there remote ways (adb/odin) that can allow me to wipe data/factory reset straight from PC? Or is it any method to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Look like I got scammed. No wonder dxjvu not working as the phone I have now is m110s.

At step 2 where you ssy you cannot do wipe data/factory reset because of dead middle button, well you don't use middle button in cwm recovery, you use the power button to select options.

It is a stock recovery not cwm as i flashed stock rom through odin. Because i wrongly assume my fake i9000 is the real one, i end up flashing dxjvu with 512 partition. With that, all my efs folder got corrupted and the imei/baseband missing. Totally my fault for not backing it up somewhere.

[Q] Help ... My Galaxy S is not booting :(

Hello
I bought today galaxy s
dirctly i went to install recovery to it to install any rom i want
i used this guide
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_S:_Full_Update_Guide
but the problem is when i finished the 7th step
it made restart and after 5 secounds it make anther restart and never boots
what to do now to fix this problem
please help me
try to remove the battery for 2 minutes. now reinsert battery and switch it on with menu button and vol -. if you go in download mode you can flash with Odin
if all fails get a download jig from ebay for £1.50, forces into download mode when you plug it into the charger socket.
can you boot into recovery mode? (Volume up+Menu button+power)
if you can and have CWM, try to Wipe Data/Factory Reset. Also, from the main menu go into Mounts and Storage and format /system, /data, /datadata, /cache. Also, go into Advanced and wipe your Dalvik Cache
can you go into download mode? (Volume Down+menu button+power)
if so, you can go into download mode, and using heimdall or odin, you can flash to a stock firmware and kernel, and start again from scratch.
I had the same issue on my first attempt. Something to do with the different extensions used by stock Samsung & Cyanogenmod. As a previous post mentioned just remove battery, restart into recovery & flash again. make sure to clear cache & wipe system data etc.

then install cwm recovery 4
then install cwm 5
wipe data and cache before and after flashin a new rom of ur choice...
Lol. I faced this problem long time back. Do this-
Flash stock Rom with help of Odin.
After it tells pass, you ll boot loop. Its normal.
Remove usb.
Remove battery and put it back while its boot looping.
Go to "Stock Recovery" and then clear user data and cache.
Reboot and wait. Might take around 1min-5min max. Good luck.

Please help - problems after flashing back stock

So... i was in cm 10.1 and i didn't like it anymore and i decided to flash back stock...I wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache and i flashed back stock. The problem is when i try to turn on the phone i have bootloop(i mean it appears the samsung logo but nothing happens) and recovery is not working and even download mode is not working everytime. So please i need help or my mom will kill me(not really, but kind of)
Did you have any errors when flashing stock? Did you flashed the right firmware? What model of the mini 2 you have?
but the phone vibrates and lights go off? or what else?
yes the phone vibrates 3 times(like an error), sometimes it's not even booting anymore and download mode works ust if i threw out the battery and put back and after that it works(i don't know why) and i flashed the right firmware because i've flashed it in the past and i got it still in computer.I have S6500D and no errors at flashing (you mean in odin i think).
use this ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2227982) flash in PDA with odin 3, when the odin finish you do wipe data and factory reset
sorry from my English
Update: I tryed almost everything in this forum for my problem: I tryed rescue pda - FAIL at fat.bin, i tryed this but for me it's not working.

[Q] Stuck in first Cyanogenmod boot?

Hi guys, first time posting here, sorry if a question like this has already been asked but I've looked around and haven't managed to solve my problem yet.
So I have rooted my Samsung Galaxy Mini II (GT-S6500T) and used Odin 3.07 to install ClockworkMod 6.0.3.2 onto it; I then booted it into recovery mode and installed ZIP from SD card, selected CyanogenMod 10.2 ("cm-10.2-20131202-UNOFFICIAL-jenad.zip"), followed instructions etc. installed Google Apps and all that.
Now, when I selected to start up the phone again, it just gets stuck in the Cyanogenmod boot screen, the blue arrow just circles around on and on (I understand that it usually takes a long time but I don't think it's meant to take over half an hour... also, every now and then I notice it kind of makes a low vibrate sound?).
I've read that to fix it you can reboot it into recovery mode and reflash it but the problem is I can't even get into the recovery mode. If I force the phone off (e.g. by removing battery) and hold Vol Up + Vol Down + Home + Power to boot recovery mode, nothing happens. If I just hold Power it starts up and goes straight into boot sequence.
I do have a backup of my previous settings and all that saved - one saved on my external SD card and the same file saved on my computer, so if I can somehow load that back it would be great I guess.

I mentioned earlier I cannot enter recovery mode. When I hold the button combination to go into it, nothing happens.
Earlier I managed to get into download mode (Vol Down + Home + Power) and I reflashed a stock firmware, but now my phone is stuck in a boot loop, it just shows the Samsung screen and vibrates every now and then. I still cannot access recovery mode.
Managed to fix the problem but thanks for the help anyway. Followed one of the solutions here and removed everything, held power for 1 min, plugged my phone into the computer and managed to get into recovery mode. From there I did full wipe, wipe cache, wipe Dalvik cache, format /system (probably only necessary to do full wipe but I dunno), then restarted into download mode and used Odin to reflash stock rom, then reloaded recovery mode and reloaded my backup.
edit: My question now is, I'm not sure what I've done wrong in the process of installing Cyanogenmod to screw up this badly. Is it absolutely necessary to format /system before installing it? I did do full wipe, cache and Dalvik cache and mounted /system prior to rebooting and loading Cyanogenmod.
what i do > install rom > reboot > install google apps .. I had this problem aswell a while ago. what also can be the problem is when u don't format correctly..

Have You as well was unable to go into recovery mode and stuck on bootloop ? One thing I can do is to use Odin, tried to flash some stock firmware with no result. Still no acces to recovery and still Samsung logo loop. I searched, read many topics but nothing helped. Is there something except Riff Jig that could be done ? Thanks for response
-Flash stock rom via Odin
-Flash cwm via Odin
-Pull out battery
-Connect phone to pc (without battery)
-Wait until screen turns on
-Hold recovery combo keys until samsung logo shows (home+volup +voldown +power)
-put battery back quickly
-You should be in recovery now :wipe data, cache, dalvik cache
-Reboot.
I was in similar situation, if not identical. This worked for me. Good luck.
Edit: I didn't see you fixed it already. Ignore the post.

wipe data/factory reset changes doesn't apply (Note N7000ZSLO2 Model:SHV-E160S)

*NEED HELP PLS*
1-My phone doesn't keep time/date/language when I reboot
2-The language goes back to French when I reboot
3-All my apps show the stop error when i make any setting change after reboot
4-Any app that I install after reboot will disappear on the next reboot, except the SU app I installed as zip from sdcard in CWM-based recovery window
5-The phone make sound when I connect to pc but doesn't to ask to chose connection mode, so pc doesn't detect it even though I have USB Debug enabled
6-I did the wipe data/factory reset several times but there's no change when i switch ON the phone even though the wipe data/factory reset was successful.
7-The only button combination that works is the one to go to Download Mode (Volume Down + Home + Power )
8-I can only go to Recovery Mode when I try to factory reset in the phone settings. The phone will restart and take me to Recovery Mode
-Odin is unable to detect the phone.
I just think is the internal storage that is corrupted or something but i can't tell for sure. So please i need ur help on how to fix this problem or if there is any app that i can install as zip from sdcard in CWM that can scan or format or fix this problem

You flashed the firmware on the wrong CPU, our N7000 runs Exynos but yours runs Qualcomm. Go find the correct firmware for your phone.
