what happens when you plug the phone into the charger?
Try holding the power button while flashing a light into the light sensor on the front top left of the phone, see if the capacitive buttons start blinking when you do that.

You flashed a twrp version for the galaxy note 2 (t03g) on your htc one (m7). Always make sure files you flash on your phone are compatible. If you can't make it boot, its probably hard bricked...

Recovery partition in note3 is p15 or p16, so the flash trashed one your Ones internal partitions. That's one of the risks of being s-off, you can write any partition, both a blessing and a curse.

[Q] Touch input is not working after flasing rom

Hi,
I just flashed the last nightly build of cyanogen mod on my HTC ONE.
Everything was successfull, but now I come where I must set my SIM Card code, but the screen doesn't work, I can't press any number.
When I press the power button, I see "reboot" and "Shutdown", but no way to click on them. If I do a long press on the Power button(more than 20sec), Nothing happens.
Since I can't remove the battery, I also can't reboot for now. And with my full battery, no application running, and no connectivity, it will take very long until having no more battery.
Any idea of what I should do now?
Did u check the md5 checksum before flashing? Maybe u can try power and volume down and then flash again or reboot.

No I didn't, I used a software on android to directly download the rom.
I did try to press power + volum down/up for several seconds, with no lucks, all it does is changing the sound volume
Hold it for already 1 min and if u see back button and home button blinking it means is working and it should restart.Always check md5.

I see home and return button blinking after 3 seconds already. After pressing the button for 1min, then releasing it, nothing happen.
Next time i will for sure!
U should not release it it should restart on its own. It's the fastboot option in power enabled? I'd so disable it

Hold the POWER + VOLDOWN under a very bright light (not kidding!), as soon as the buttons start flashing it should take about 30sec to a minute to reboot the phone. (you may have to try a few times, sometimes it works from the 1st time and often takes 4 or 5 tries to get it working)
Once the phone reboots, keep holding VOL DOWN to get to bootloader then recovery, push a ROM using adb push or adb sideload to your phone and flash that. make sure it's not a corrupt download as stated above.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I did something like 7-8 times the operation:
I press on the power button(also tried with the Vol-down button most of the time), I got the < and home button blinking, I keep those button pressed for 1-2 minutes(my finger are officially dead), but nothing happens except this blinking.
I've a backup that I can restore once I'm on recovery.

The blinking is good, means your input (ie press of the buttons is recognized), Are you holding your phone under a very bright light (it's not a joke, the sensor reacts to the bright light), it does help. My phone was stuck too a couple of days, had to put the phone directly under the light bulp and had to try 4 to 5 times POWER + VOLDOWN + bright light and after 30sec to 1 min it reboots.

Flashlight? When I was messing with my phone the daylight was enough to get it going, but half an hour later, as the sun was setting, the reboot no longer worked. had to go to stand under a light bulp (with the sensor directed at it to get the most of light) and the reboot worked again.
If it's booted you should be able to use adb. adb reboot recovery, do wipes, flash a rom (or restore a backup)

Yes I tought of that, but since it's a very fresh install, I don't have USB debug enabled, then adb cannot find the phone. Or is there a way to use adb with usb debug disabled?

[Q] One's touch screen disabled

RESOLVED
Silver HTC One for AT&T; bootloader unlocked, rooted, s-on
I tried to flash a 4.1.2 ROM on the phone earlier today through CWM. No errors were given during the process. After the phone restarted the touch screen is now disabled. All three hardware keys seem to be working fine (power, v-up, v-down). Since the touchscreen is not working I cannot get past the initial lock screen. If I try and restart the phone by holding power it takes a long time >5 minutes of holding down power, "To restart your phone continue to press and hold power for 3, 2, 1, comes up and then stays at 1 for a long time.
If I connect the phone to my mac android file transfer opens up and I can see the files on the phone. However, if I try to find the device using 'adb devices' the list of attached devices is empty.
I would like to put a different ROM on and then flash that but because I am unable to do a power down (only restart after a long time) or use adb to re-boot into fastboot or recovery I am stuck.
Anything you guys could give me to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
also I installed HTC sync manager and it launches after the device is attached, but does not indicate that my device is attached.
Thanks!
You need a 4.3 based ROM. Push via ADB and install via cwm or adb sideload

Just copy the 4.3 rom via the file manager, then restart with however long it takes. While restarting, keep the vol-down button pressed. You'll reboot to bootloader. From there, go to recovery and select your 4.3 rom.

Can you elaborate on the OTG cable? It may be my best option at the moment because I cannot get the phone to reboot at all let alone into recovery. I tried to restart while holding down power and vol-down (like n1234d said) for about 20 minutes and the phone did not restart.
You could use an OTG cable and a USB drive to get the ROM onto the phone inside recovery. Unfortunately, you still need to reboot to recovery. If the phone can't reboot, I'm not sure what to do.

Just hold the power button and power it off....
then try to get in recovery from bootloader....
the phone wont get recognized via adb if not in recovery mode cause the USB debugging would be turned off....
the phone WILL power off if you keep the power button pressed for 20-30 seconds and should reboot.

Thanks for you suggestions, as I mentioned above I got the phone to reboot into recovery after holding down power for an insanely long time. From there I was able to use adb to get everything sorted out.
So my problem is resolved, how do I close/delete this thread? Thanks for all your suggestions.

I think what should be focused on first is getting juice back in that battery. Plug it in to the charger and let it sit for a few hours (like, at least 8 hours). It may boot loop but maybe it will still get some juice? (not sure about this..). Then you can try again to get into Flashmode. (Are you experienced in flashing stock FTF's with flashtool?)

What have you tried after that?
The battery was ending?
Tried to plug the charger something happens?
....
A fix...
Have you tried holding the power button?
hold it for a minute or two to see if starts...
Nothing. Try again with the charger plugged.
hold the power button forces the phone to reset. Just like in windows when it is stuck. Maybe your phone is just stuck.
Good luck.

OK, try this :-
-install JDK 8
-download and run https://github.com/Szaki/XiaomiADBFastbootTools
-select fastboot tab
-Hold down power button again, see if anything pops up in the left box
If it does, then you can download the latest global / eea rom and flash it from there. If nothing comes up, we'll see what else we can do
