Here is the lifelog apk!
I've just downloaded it from the Play Store and it installed fine on my Z1 with official 4.4.2 KK. It can also be started and works.
I then grabbed the app from my phone and uploaded it here for others to enjoy who might not be able to download it yet.
(This is not from the Z2 system dump as this version won't work, at least not for me!)

The step counter and sleep tracker require the smartband. Just got mine yesterday and it works great.

On that page is states..
•The new application, Socialife gives you all the information from your social networks in one glance, just download it from Play
I have tried installing it several times, both on European JB and now on UK JB, and on running it always gives 'An error occurred' which quits the app when pressing 'ok'.
Anyone managed to get this app to work on their Xperia T?

yes, the uk fw is uploading in 2 parts
one upload encountered some issue and never completed though file was present online. Didnt want to take a risk if its incomplete..so reuploading from scratch.
Just installed it on the rooted Europe fw, same error on UK too, maybe not quite ready and small patch due.

I also get this error... Think it might be some hidden system apk that was not integrated in the iHackers rom.
In order to use the Playmemories upload, I downloaded the Playmemories Online from Google Play Store, but it doesn't work with the Album apk.
Hope someone finds a workaround for this...

My bog standard unrooted new z1 gets the same error message. May not be your ROM.

Well guys,
I spotted a new problem, confirmed yesterday night (I wasn't sure, since I updated my new Z1 even before starting to use it). My old Z1 was running 4.2.2, though it had black screen wild restart issue from the opening (I was unlucky!), the equalizer were working without problem. I also use two amps that are able to boost the bass and enhance vocals by themselves so I was blinded.
Since I updated to 4.3 build .136, I don't have any equalizer working anymore. Nor the Walkmann one, nor Noozxoide, Noor Bass Booster. Nothing seems to work. Just a moment ago I had an update for Walkmann which was useless, the problem remains.
Is there a way to fix this? I'm not rooted. I will go the root way if I can sort this out. My only worry about root is the bootloader thing, a member already answered me about this but I had not the chance to check my version nor how to keep it unlocked if already unlocked.

Well actually you should install recovery and install the zip with the sound effects fix from the Android development forum
Or else wait... Kitkat will arrive at this moment

Ok I'm taking a look! Thank you (Plus I've decided not to go the Kitkat way and root instead, no ARM and SD card restrictions generalized by Google are a big malus).

Man I didn't see your post, thank you for your feedback too!
FYI, I just got an official OTA update for Walkman.
I now have Walkman 8.1.A.0.3 on my Xperia V using 4.3 (fw: stock 9.2.A.0.295, non rooted, no BL unlock) .
You may find some info about this release here.
Although some custom ROMs are including it already, this OTA is an offical update to stock.
Working/Sounding fine so far.
Where are you from? Waiting for Walkman update... :/

Here you have it even newer:

Just install as normal app.
@nlooooo For Album and Movies yes, but with Walkmen you need ROOT.

When I try to install as normal app I have info: App is not installed. And under that: is installed with different signature.
The Update Centre keeps telling me to update to 12.1.A.1.205 (which I've already installed, as seen in the screenshot). All I can do is to clear data in Settings whenever it appears again. I tried to update but it cannot be installed (with/without CWM). What can I do to get rid of it forever?
Root.install rootexplorer .uninstall updatecenter apk FROM SYSTEM/APPS

But the Root App Remover says that it is a key module and removing it will cause system crash/unstable or something like that.
PS thanks for fast reply!
Simply scanning for new updates in update center doesn't help?
If that doesn't help you could try repairing your phone using SUS
http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/
SUS doesn't support Xperia SP.
You can freeze it using Titanium Backup Pro or ROM Toolbox Lite.

of course it supports sp
It does: -)
Actually, I had the same problem as you. After updating to 12.1.A.1.205 using SUS the update manager kept offering to 12.1.A.1.205. The first time that happened, I accepted but installation failed and it kept offering the update. Just like in your case. When I did a scan for new updates in update manager the problem disappeared. But YMMV of course.
Thanks for your reply. I will try later.
