Hey there.
I have an issue with stamina mode. Now, before, I know it worked by "disabling" any traffic from data or wifi while screen is off, by delaying them until screen gets turned on (right?). This kinda worked and adding apps to the exception list also worked. But now, its like even without any apps on exception list, I get all notifications right away. Ive even made testing with myself from other phones etc.
Ive tried clearing the data and cache off eco mode controller but to no different result. Have I accidentally changed something, somewhere else in my ROM?
Hoping for some suggestions and pleeeease no "do a factory reset", that's simply not giving actual help.
what rom you using?
have you tried turning stamina mode off and on again?

On my Xperia Z the notifications LED doesn't turn on. It only appears in orange while charging, but not with notifications and neither with using LightFlow...
Anyone has detected this problem? Any solution?
It's a bug, Sony are aware of it and should be fixed soon. A full factory reset can fix the problem.

Many thanks!! I hope that Android 4.2 update fix the problem, but at the moment I will try to reset...

Same here.
I don't know why people keep talking about the Stamina mode, it's know that the LED doesn't work for many people, with and without Stamina mode.
And like I said, I also had to do a factory reset TWICE until it worked for me.
But I would also suggest when setting up the phone for the first time, not to sync, but to install everything manually, like wifi and installing apps.
After that is done you can sync, should work after all that.

You saying that the notification light is working for you 'in Stamina Mode' ? - It only works for me when SM is off.
I reset my Xperia Z once and the LED works perfectly...

I don't think that's what he is saying. People ASSUME that when people complain about LED not working, they automatically think that the person complaining is using stamina mode. We all know that when in stamina mode the LEDs are switched off to save battery. But some handsets have a problem where LEDs are not working even when stamina mode is switched off. To fix that we had to do factory reset and still some peoples handsets are still not working.
I also found that my LED does not work for notifications, first thing Sony said was to disable Stamina Mode, well unfortunately that was already disabled, so what else could it be?
I guess it is a bug, because factory resetting twice my phone the LED still did not work, sadly.

Turn off stamina mode and restart your phone.I got mine working this way without any factory reset .
I have one query for notification LED.
MY notification LED works for SMS, EMAIL.
but I am using "talk" application to google chat, on your phone does it shows notification for newly received reply.
Mine it's not showing any notification. Wanted to confirm before I do factory reset, since phone is fully configured.
I got a notification earlier saying something about MyXperia stopping STAMINA mode, but not all of the text was visible. But when I clicked on it to find out what it was going on about, it just opened MyXperia settings. I don't know if it is affecting stamina mode, and moreover I think it is, because I'm getting WIFI push notifications that I wouldn't if my wifi was off when my screen is off.

Are you sure that was all that was said? Maybe it was something alongside those lines: "[app_name] is preventing STAMINA mode from saving power in standby."? Some apps need constant wifi connection to pull data so that you are always up to date which kinda kills the purpose of stamina but stamina should overrule them. I suggest you use Greenify, it goes well with stamina.
If the "error" you got is same as i quoted, I also encountered it. After that i forced stopped the app at fault, waited - didnt get the error. After a reset i also didnt get the error. I just assumed that was a one time thing.
Does the thing you describe happen often or did you see it once?

Yeah it was exactly as you described,
Yeah I also Force Stopped my xperia, and turned it off too, and it seems to be fine now. I wouldn't mind being able to turn it back on but with Android Device Manager doing the same thing, I'm a little more okay with it.

"Yeah I also Force Stopped my xperia"
What do you mean? Im afraid I dont follow. To force stop means to kill an app thus i dont understand what did you kill exactly? Do you mean you reset your phone or...?
Anyway, I hope you got your problem solved. If not, be more, much more specific next time. The devil is in the details, so if you are asking for help provide as many as you can, it help people to help you.
So turned on stamina and have no apps in the exception list, it does not appear to be turning off my data nor my wifi when the screen is off? Also I often get an error Photo Analyzer has stopped working when i turn on the phone. How do i fix these issues? I am on newest stock firmware and am rooted.
Wifi and data is Just completly sleeped. Wifi dont drain battery when screen is locked +1 minute. Sorry for bad English.
Yes after a minute of screen off they are prevented from downloading/uploading data, which is the thing that drains battery, maintaining the connection means you typically get to use the internet immediate when you activate the phone again (no logging on etc.)
Why individual apps cause an error message isn’t really answerable – it happens from time to time, sometimes the app’s developers have made a mistake with an update, sometimes if you restore an app from a back up it doesn’t install properly, there are many other reasons too. Try clearing the data in the app, try re-installing it, try clearing the cache and the dalvik cache, try fixing permissions.
I’ve found clearing the data works the most often, not always – I usually get app errors like this after installing a mod/rom.

Turbo automatically changes from Priority mode to All when fully charged?
I seem to be having an issue with my phone automatically changing from the Priority mode to the All mode for notifications. This happens every morning (presumably after the phone has finished charging completely) and is REALLY annoying. I always change it to Priority mode indefinitely when I realize that it has switched, but doing this every day has been a pain, especially since I don't want my phone to go off at work. I've tried wiping the system cache, but that hasn't helped.
Has anyone had this issue? If so, is there any way to fix it without doing a factory reset?

Take a look at the configuration on Interruptions and on the Moto app; after Lollipop update, these two are not getting along really good and they produce some weird behaviour.
On my phone the wifi toggles off and on repeatedly.
It toggles on for one second then off for one second then the cycle repeats.
The only way to make it stop is to activate airplane mode.
If I turn airplane mode off (to talk, text, etc.) the cycle continues.
I therefore cannot use internet unless I am using LTE and I get very rapid battery drain.
Any proposed solution to said problem?
do you have the latest version of marshmallow installed?

I have not received an OS update since September.
This is a very bizarre issue.
The wifi just perpetually toggles off and on without explanation.

Were you able to fix the problem? I would backup your contacts, pictures and anything else you might keep exclusively on your phone or do not want to lose and then go into recovery mode. Perform wipe cache partition (this is your system cache or /cache). If this does not fix the problem after reboot, go back into recovery mode and perform a wipe data/factory reset. Again, backup everything beforehand as this will format your /data, /cache and /sbfs partitions so everything will be cleared. After reboot, it will behave as if it was just turned on for the first time. Your system version/build will be the same as your last update in September.
Here are some videos if you have never used recovery mode before.
