[Q] HELP! No Service - SOLVED! - Sprint HTC One (M7)

I hope someone can help me.
I stupidly flashed ViperOne on my HTC One with C Spire Wireless without reading the thread thoroughly. After I flashed the rom, I got several force close errors and the phone kept rebooing itself about every 2-3 minutes. I rebooted in recovery, wiped data/cache/dalvik cache ect and went back to Liquid 4.3. I have noticed now that I do not have any phone service nor do I have any data connection. I tried to flash CM10 to change my CDMA Subscription but the settings do not stick. The settings keep reverting back to NV instead of RUIM/SIM.
I also noticed on my bootloader, the radio version and basband are missing:
M7_WLS PVT SHIP S-OFF RH
HBOOT-1.55.0000
OpenDSP - v31.120.274.0617
OS - BLANK
It appears that I have no radio? I have the radio from C Spire Wireless in a .img format and a flashable zip. I have flashed the radio repeately and despite twrp saying the flash was successfull, I still have no phone service. I confirmed in my sim card app that the sim card is working fine. Does ViperRom contain its own radio? Do I have some firmware missing? Any help is appreciated. All i have is a fancy paperweight right now.
FYI: there is no RUU for my carrier

For those who would like to know how I fixed this, SPECIFICALLY C SPIRE WIRELESS USERS,
I changed my CID to match Sprint - SPCS_001, instructions are here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317536
I then relocked my bootloader using the command: fastboot oem lock
Downloaded and ran the latest Sprint RUU from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2576995 **if you do not change your cid, the RUU will not work**
Once the RUU was complete, I then unlocked the bootloader via HTC Dev: http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader/
I then flashed TWRP recovery via fastboot
Flashed Liquid 4.4.2 from here: http://teamcspire.com/index.php?/forum/27-htc-one-m7wls/
Once everything booted up, I was back on C Spire Network with working voice and data. I also changed my CID back to C Spire - UTSI_005.
If for some reason you don't have voice or data, you can flash a CM10 rom from Cyanogen's website, go into Settings-More-CDMA Subscription and change the setting from NV to RUIM/SIM.
If the above doesn't work, here is a flashable C Spire Radio :

[Q] Please Help

So I woke up today and decided I wanted to get a custom ROM on my HTC One. This sounded all good. I unlocked the bootloader and rooted the rom. All was fine until I tried to flash a custom rom. I had the ViperOne ROM ready to go but it would install and then get stuck on the loading. I presumed I would just have to wipe everything and then re-install the zip. This is where I messed up. I wiped the MicroSD in which the zip was originally on.
So now I am left with a device that has no OS. Basically a paperweight. From looking around I have found some topics that say that I just need to flash a RUU back onto the phone but something always fails and never works out.
As of right now, ADB is NOT working and the only way I can access the phone is through fastboot.

You will need to buy a USB OTG cable, which costs about $5. This is a microUSB to full USB cable. On a FAT32-formatted USB, transfer the ViperOne zip to the USB storage. Then, in TWRP recovery, choose the /usb otg directory. Then, flash the ViperOne zip from TWRP.
FYI, you cannot flash a Google Play RUU if you're S-ON. The phone needs to be S-OFF for that

Ok so i got the cable and flashed the ROM, now it is getting to the boot and just rebooting into TWRP.
The only error I got during the installation was the "set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed"
What version of twrp?

Yeah that was the problem. The version was old and it was reported to have those issues. I flashed the newest version of the recovery and the installation went fine and I have my phone back now.
Thanks anyway

[Q] HBoot 1.56 - S - ON - Working TWRP ADP and Fastboot - Need help

Hello,
So I have a Sprint HTC One:
M7_WLS PVT SHIP S-ON RH
HBOOT-1.56.0000
OpenDSP-v32.120.274.0909
OS-
eMMC-boot 2048 MB
Feb 25, 2014
I have it Dev HTC Unlocked with TWRP installed and working. I can push files to the phone via adb or fastboot. I accidentally wiped all data. Most ROMS I push to it won't work right. It loads up, and I get to the lock screen, but when I unlock I just get the HTC Splash. The ROM will eventually reboot on its own as well. Often get HTC Dialer failure.
Even if I turn it off, it just eventually turns back on and will load the ROM and then reboot eventually.
How can I get this phone a working ROM again? Is my best option to use the RUU process? If so, which one should I use?
I just don't want to do anymore damage to the phone, and just need to get a working ROM on there.
It's almost like there is no radio or firmware, and the ROMs won't work right.
My research is pointing me to this RUU:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2658910
Can anyone confirm this is the route I should go? Looks like I need to Relock my bootloader....do I also need to install the firmware file mentioned?

Thanks so much for the quick reply. So I currently have a ROM that will boot into the OS before rebooting. So I should be able to flash this:

Baseband - 1.01.20.0515***Latest*** Thanks to @BD619
Correct?

Think so. ONce you have radio you may also need to launch superuser and update the binaries - seeing some threads about that.

Hello,
Just got home and attempted to fastboot the radio file and I get this:

Flashed Radio via recovery and that solved all issues but the rebooting. Flashing SuperSU solved the rebooting. Up and running again. Thanks for the help!

[Q] Restoring Phone - Verifying I Have Correct Files & Procedure Before Starting

Hey Guys -
A few months ago, I wanted to completely reset my phone as when I simply install a new custom FW, all of the old files are still present. Someone suggested flashing an RUU which I believe I did. Either way, it worked.
I am needing to do this again today and after research, think I have got the correct files and procedure but wanted to post here to make sure. I have an AT&T HTC One (M7) which is rooted and currently running the ViperONE ROM 6.x. Below is some info directly from the phone, itself:
Recovery Menu Info
*** UNLOCKED ***
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-OFF RH

Here's the Procedure as I understand it:
Note: I've already updated TWRP to newest version (2.8.2.x) (which doesn't really matter i guess) and also verified that drivers are installed correctly as fastboot works plus I can browse the filesystem of my phone in Windows.
1. Downloaded the RUU named "RUU M7 UL JB43 SENSE50 MR Cingular US 3.17.502.3 Radio 4A.19.3263.13 10.38j.1157.04 Release 334235 Signed 2" from HTCOneGuru.com. I read that the RUU must match my carrier, hboot version, and baseband. This is the closest I could find. Even though I don't remember if RUU was what worked for me a few months ago, I did remember that at least initially it gave me an error. Hopefully, this won't.
2. In FastBoot, run the commands below
fastboot devices
fastboot oem lock
3. Run the RUU as administrator (Using Windows 8.1 x64) and follow prompts
4. Once done, I believe I'll have to re-root the phone. Once that's done, I plan on applying the ViperOne 7.x ROM.
Is that correct? Am I leaving anything out? I'm open to suggestions - Thanks!

You could do the following:
Download and flash in TWRP: Guru Reset 5.12.502.2. This will put you back at stock and if you wanted to remain rooted it gives you the option at the end of the flash in Aroma. Then you could just flash ViperOne in TWRP.
If you have problems with communications within the ROM you can flash the stock firmware 5.12.502.2 to correct them.
For future reference, you do not need to lock your bootloader to flash RUU or firmware since you are S-OFF.

Help Me Please!

Hello everyone, I'm currently having a problem with my friends phone, he accidentally wiped everything in the recovery including the OS, so here's the situation:
I am able to get into recovery, and I have flashed the latest TWRP, but everything I flash either gets stuck booting or goes into a bootloop, I have tried several roms wiping everything before each flash but it just doesn't seem to be working, here's some additional info:
HTC ONE M7: PN07200 (I believe this is sprint version)
CID: 1111111
I can provide more info if requested
I'm still trying to flash more roms but nothing seems to be working, help would be much appreciated.
Can you please post the output of "fastboot getvar all" ? Make sure to hide the IMEI / MEID and SerialNo strings before posting. What roms did you tried to flash (post links please) and what twrp version (post link) - yeah I know you've said the latest one, but was it the sprint version?

I didn't realize there were different versions of TWRP for different carriers, I am currently using TWRP 3.0.2-0 downloaded from TRWP website and flashed in fastboot, here's a fun fact, Android revolution HD 93.0 managed to boot but as soon as it finishes optimizing apps the ui crashes and it gets stuck at htc logo, I have tried flashing android ice cold project, lastest ver for sprint devices and several other roms I don't even remember, but they either go into a bootloop or get stuck in boot animation.
Edit: Looks like I have flashed the wrong recovery, I will be flashing the sprint m7_wls recovery now and giving this another try. Thanks!
Yep make sure to use Recoveries and Roms made for the M7WLS variant only. The M7WLS and M7_UL partitions layout are different, wrong images will be flashed to wrong partitions when using UL stuff on WLS phone.

using the right recovery for the m7_wls didn't do anything, I just tried flashing beanstalk 7 from the htc one m7 sprint forum with gapps and still wont boot. nothing seems to work, is there anything else I can try?
Flash the sprint RUU, will fix your phone. Then you can unlock, flash the WLS twrp and rom and it should work fine. Sprint RUU is available on HTC's website. http://www.htc.com/us/support/rom-downloads.html
Thank you!, I will be giving this a try

HTC One (m7), S-ON, HTCDev UNLOCKED, TWRP installed, ROM/OS NOT detected/bootable

Hey,
long story short, a friend has an old HTC One m7. We revived it from beeing deeply discharged. It was in a bootloader loop.
OS version is NOT shown in the bootloader, no matter which ROM is installed. So we started repairing the system. First I unlocked the bootloader via HTCDev, then flashed TWRP(phone is without branding and S-ON).
This works quite fine. The first problem then was a corrupted storage, which showed a capacity of 2,2 exaByte. Wiping, formatting did not work. So I changed the filesystem and back and then i could wipe, format and the storage capacity was correct again.
No matter which ROM I will flash, if Android 4.4, Android 6.0 or 7.0 and so on, nothing works.
Lineage and some others get stuck at "starting apps", some other just have the boot animation forever.
Only Omni Rom boots into the system, but then i crashes always after a couple of seconds.
I tried also Nandroid backup restores or flash the rom with or without GApps and so on.
I have no idea what to do else. Can anyone help?
Summary:
HTC One (m7)
S-ON
Bootloader HTCDev unlocked
HBOOT-1.61.0000
TWRP 3.2.1-0
ADB Sideload Service inside TWRP not starting
normal ADB commands ARE working
fastboot mode is working
OS Version / OS not detected, not installable, not bootable (no matter which one)

Did you tried flashing a RUU?
Can you post the output of "fastboot getvar all" so we can know the exact state of the phone. Don't forget to remove the imei and serialno lines before posting

Use the 7.19.401.51 ruu
Don't forget to use htc_fastboot.exe instead of fastboot.exe (see the ruu thread in the general section)

one last question, is S-OFF possible for me without paying 25$ for sunshine?

Sunshine is required for hboot 1.57 or higher, so the answer is no.
