I got use to my lock screen shortcuts on S4 and now since they missing on S5 can anyone advice me something to replace them with?
I tried app called "galaxy s5 lockscreen" but it works poorly, functionality is limited and it drains battery a lot.

Is their a way to make my "Power Control" widget transparent to my background?
I was running Chromatic 3.7 and he had his power control widget
completely transparent to his background and it looked super sick....
Right now im running Htcclay superfast 1.3.3 rom,
It beautifully themed as is but I was wondering if their is some sort
of script I could flash to make my power control widget completely transparent.
Or maybe a XML I could run on Metamorph.
Thanks for reading!
The original post about that project is in the development section. I have not seen any progress on it in some time. Search through the development section, find the thread and ask your question there. Hopefully the original dev will help you out.

I couldn't find the thread you were talking about... Is their anyway you could point me to the right direction?
I recently switched desktops and misplaced a modded apk that makes your homescreen widget selection menu compact by grouping alike widgets in one category.
I've been searching the forums but can't seem to find it anywhere.
Would be grateful if someone could point me to the thread.
Thanks
I am thinking you are thinking....

this is a question, so mods can move to Q&A if necessary. though it had more of a chance of being answered here.
Anyone know how to remove the home screen page indicators?
I have TouchWiz 4.5 I believe on Honeycomb 3.2 (Gtab 7.0+ -- P6200)
I have dug through every .xml in Launcher2.apk, there where a few page_indicator lines in like dimens.xml, which I edited to 0.0dip. Ive dug for hours. Also had a peek in twframework-res.apk. Ive seen a few people do this on froyo, as well as move them to the bottom. Ive managed to remove the tabs in the app drawer by changing page indicator value in .xml to 0.0dip
Any hints would be helpful, such as is it an .xml in launcher2.apk? or am I way off?
not new to theming but new to samsung. Working on an ICS theme for 3g Gtab 7+.
Thanks for the help guys.
Hi, I was just wondering. Some review sites say that the Mini's lockscreen has the same water ripple effect as the original S3, but I can seem to find where to enable it? All I have is the animation for unlock that looks a bit like from the Tab's swipe lock screen, Honeycomb like animation effect.
It was there in 4.1.1, but with update to 4.1.2 is gone. But it can be easy enable, just look in apps and theme section or use google how to do it

I've been using BenzROM v6 that restores that functionality. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2119219 if you want to look)
this is why there is a search function on these forums
the other thing is that we seem to have a lot of users registering just to post questions that have already been asked and answered
Hey guys, new to the forum.
I would like to report a bug that I've found after installing a custom ROM but since I'm new I am not able to post in the developer section. What would be the best curse of action?
Thanks

Cheers, eight more posts to go..:good:
May as well ask here without opening a new topic.
After installing RENOVATE Milestone 9.0 and selecting icon grid size to 4x5 in Aroma, the first row of icons aren't fully showing. This happened after I've launched play store an installed a new app. Only rebooting seems to fix the issue temporally.

seems to be a DPI setting and your font size not getting along
I use a 4x5 grid and Medium font

Initially the font was set to medium changed to small just now and it's back to normal but smaller which I like better btw. Also, your pic shows the app drawer, never had an issue there only on the home screens.
I'll leave it as it is for now and see what brings. Appreciate your help mate...
