[Q] Can't reboot after xposed framework installation!

Hello dudes, I currently use the MIUI V4 ICS 3.22 rom on my galaxy mini. Yesterday I have installed an app called greenify. I wanted to use the hole features of the app so I have installed the Xposed Framework. But after the restart my device is stopping rebooting at the bootanimation. With the deactivation zip on my sd card I could uninstall the framework. How can I bring the framework to work?
Thanks in advance!

Xposed is not compatible with any MIUI ROM and it will never ever be. At least not fully.
Your phone boots on recovery?

Yes it does! Too bad that Xposed isn't compatible with MIUI.

If you have made nanroid backup wipe factory data / partition then format /system /data / cache and restore your backup or flash any rom.

Dude!
Should have read the installation instructions beforehand
The Xposed framework is not compatible with miui
Now the only way out, according to me, is by restoring the file system through a nandroid backup.
I'm sorry but no one can help you in any other way.
Not being rude but dude read the whole post before installing anything in your phone.
Other than that I should however tell you that greenery without xposed also works great. Believe me I have used it and still use it.

before you re-flash the whole rom, check if there's an uninstall recovery zip (it should be on your sd)
@TARUN SIDHARTH is "greenery" a different app or you simply use greenify without xposed?!? is it possible to greenify system apps (with a donate version of course)?

Greenery is a standalone app which works great and does exactly what it offers. The xposed framework just empowers it a bit more and makes it a bit more efficient. But even then Its not necessary that you have to install xposed framework for it to work its magic.
And yes to answer your other question you can greenify system apps with it although that's only available in the donate version.
He sure however that you are careful doing that since greenifying the wrong stood can make your system unstable or cause other problems that may interfere in is optimum functioning.
Cheers

amazing! think i tried almost every possible auto-start blocking app (autostarts, auto-this-and-that, various managers) and none have had a lot of success with the stuff i wish to block (possibly without total disabling and/or freezing (with TiB)
my google magic failed and all i could find was gardening and themeing apps
can you please provide us with the link or pm me some other details

Details details... Lemme see what more there is to know
Oh yeah umm.. Most of the startup managers for Android are full of crap... The play store ones atleast coz the Google developers policy doesn't allow such apps which actually work really well in this context... Still don't know how they decide that though. Well whatever if you had xposed then it could have been possible. But even then install gsam battery monitor and note the apps which consume the most system resources. Greenify them if you wish to and then they'll open/consume system resources only when they are active ie you are using them in real time.
That's all I guess

Just go into apps, all apps and disable what you don't want, this way you will keep the ota ability, but get rid of anything you don't want in the app draw

Heres your answer
http://www.androidcentral.com/how-to-turn-off-blinkfeed
you can also (if your rooted) download xposed installer, and then (depending on your sense version), download sense 5 toolbox or sense 6 toolbox, im sure the option to disable blinkfeed is in there too somewhere.

im not sure what that app does or what Android version you use (it could be a version depending bug) but install Xposed Framework http://dl.xposed.info/latest.apk, after you installed it (not just the app, the framework) install the module RootCloak, that module hides the root for a specified app,
cant tell if its working didnt tried out,
App not working

No root on flashed MIUI ROM?

First of all I hope this is in the write section. Anyway I unlocked my bootloader and flashed a custom ported MIUI 7 ROM, but it doesn't have root? Isn't it the norm for custom ROMs to be pre rooted? If not, then how do I go about rooting it? Thank you and apologies for noob question, haven't been in Android game in a long time.
In the security center app, you will see root permission.
move it to general or Q&A !!

I didn't try any xposed module or app to hide root but it seems that it doesn't work for users who tested that. People talk about "magisk" but i never test this and i don't sure how install it.
Finally i achieve to install magisk and it works perfectly!

Even the Approved Apps for RootCloak doesnt include Pokemon GO
I use magisk with bliss and it works so i didn't try rootcloak, but i don't achieve to unroot nuclearom in order to flash magisk. Any advice?
